It is a hotel with a beautiful, old architectural style. Only the sanitary facilities should be long refurbishment. So it was in our room hardly possible at showering to is possible, without that the water it sprayed. Very unpleasant. The sauberkeitn was all right. read more

    The room was okay, the view of the lake excellent. What's annoying, is in the evenings the noise from the restaurant including and at night the boom boom -music from the disco in the basement of the hotel.

    The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. dreiminuteneier were not included and had to chf 4:00 be paid separately. The bread basket with white bread, dark bread and croissants was very poor.

    Directly on lake lugano with a great view. But it was very noisy by the busy street, where the traffic rush hour congested. Close to the town, what a made possible, in the evening on foot going out.

We were with our child (6) on ascent 2012 in the hotel Victoria in Lugano in a room with additional bed. The room was attractive large, great view on the lake, and clean (even under the bed). Wiki, television and were available and worked. The breakfast complimented a three star hotel, no massive selection, but it was all always enough available. We have one of the terraces -restaurant evening meal. Wide choice, average price, good food and speditives and friendly staff, Unfortunately in the double bed the slatted frame broken and the hotel has daily promised to get it fixed ..., which however not worked. Therefore we make a deduction in the review. If you want a simple and clean hotel at central location in Lugano-Paradiso is in the Victoria right. read more

the hotel lies convenient direct on the lake however at the busy lake street. Since doors and window renovation are mind overall in the morning, the job market and in the night it smells like cigarette smoke from the hallway or from the smokers rooms. read more

Completely morbides, desolate equipped Hotel in a great location right on the lake. It is however everything positive said. Non-smoking rooms with subspecies nicts otin odor and primary full ashtrays (yellowed wallpaper, burn holes in the curtains and sign on the window cigarette sip from the window to throw-odd for a non-smoking room). Breakfast buffet with sparrows and a mouse, quality of the food was below ground at extortionate prices. Staff was very friendly. read more

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, with the older construction, so you have to take it, but at the same time, the rooms and the decor not more in the newest condition. The location on the lake is very beautiful, especially the breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lake was very pleasant. read more

Nice older hotel with much charm brilliant atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea, room and bathroom clean and tidy. The disco the house is a classic from the eighties. read more
