I find to this hotel only one thing, a absolute pearl on the red sea.
So friendly and accommodating we were in the last 10 years nowhere worn out. We have the regency club booked, and with hospitality crammed.
The dishes in the many restaurants, as the aperitif in the regency club are excellent. We were every evening with fine creations and egyptian wines. The staff would not have nice can be, we felt very good!
The whole hotel is wonderful full blossomed, and very neat. Our room was modern and stylishly furnished. The cleaning was excellent, and in the ... two weeks we had no reason to the complaint.
The beach, especially the unique reef, was quite good. The only downer was the music from the neighboring hotel, depending on the wind at the beach was evident.
And for all of the negative reports doubt have, look at the map, Cairo is 500 kilometers away!

We especially enjoyed the coral reef directly on the hotel's own beach. The pool area was also ok and it was good that it always enough sunbeds and space. The food was both in the morning, as well as evenings first class, well varied and plentiful. An outdated hotel, but nevertheless a good complex. Exaggerated I found the prices in the hotel. For food, drinks and so on ( also in the supermarket). These are no proportion the value of the products. We felt a bit ripped off. read more

You feel in the hotel safe and comfortable. It is located apart from the Rummel of the town center. The but had the disadvantage, that one almost is forced in the hotel to eat. The breakfast is extensive, however it is in the essaal somewhat hectically and forth. If the table for a few Seconds left something from the buffet to get, the often already cleared ( even if a full plate on the table stands). The supper is relatively expensive for Egyptian standards ( pizza cIRCA 90 pound upwards).
The reef was very nice and spacious. With slight breeze ... and waves is however quite a lot of trash washed ashore (plastic bags, cups, paper). The beautiful reef attracts many excursion boats on, so are between 12 and 17 hours daily to 17 boats in front of the hotel beach to anchor (= noise, lots of people, stink of diesel). The beach is well-tended and it has enough sunbeds. The various pools only once used, you felt very good. read more

We were in spite of the heat (on 40 degrees!) and not stable political location to a week diving and snorkeling vacation in this hotel and loved it.
The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating, the dishes very good, the beverages also, the beach and the nearby riff are really nice,
Of course you have to know, that the hotel is not new ( mold in the bathroom ) and the water in the pool to be enjoyed with caution is (bacterial Ohrinfektion had the complete family), the air conditioning is noisy and freezing, but without we could not sleep ..., there is no internet in the room, only in the lobby for a fee on the computer,
But apart from that in accordance with the usual precautionary measures ( water in the line not to use your teeth, the hotel but several bottles available daily) in the Hyatt also with small children good have a vacation.
We have on the complex several families with babies met, our kids a red carpet rolled out, you from the old times in Italy knows.
In soukrestaurant be evenings nice shows offered, a recurrent, but quite nice,
If you on the ground diving or snorkeling would like, is the best in the hotel's own diving school repealed, you have multiple good restaurants the choice and-although expensive-there are also French wines on the menu.
The hotel management is good and the staff speaks no German, but always English, at the beach and at the pool towels and drinks distributed, the chef, moustafa Ahmed, conjures great eggs and plate of fruit, the bathroom was sad, the week way too short, so that we certainly come back again very soon! read more

We have ourselves a Regency Club -room booked and were very satisfied so that. Also the location the bungalows is absolutely great and all Club -rooms have a wonderful view of the sea. The rooms on the 1st floor are a bit better from the prospect was, certainly no hedge the view doesn't bother-)
The furnishing of the rooms is very good, only fly in the ointment ( with such prices) is, that no free -internet available is. Only subject to a charge and via cable, thus nothing with iPad and Sunday. Costs per day about CHF 20-.
The ... private -beach club -room is very recommendable. There were during a week maximum of 4-8 more persons in this section. So total peace! Also free mineral water and soft drinks! Very nice service.
The half board-principle needs a bit of getting used to, as you have also for dinner sign and thus really not know so exactly, which now will be charged or not. The final bill perfectly correct.
The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Stray employee are however not helpful at all and simple 'no Bock' to work. Generally however OK.
The diving school is generally recommendable. The people are very nice and uncomplicated. I was almost every day at the nearby reef diving and I even Ganztagesauflug done.
Regarding check dive it is very on it, whom one as guide 'caught'. During my check dive I had to purely nothing at all make. Rather strange. Have however notice of another Guide, that one with the many ' checks' had. Here, the feeling of security was something for everyone.
Also I had the borrowing material a bit' bad luck'. The demand valve was not really close and the mask had to first a couple of times to be changed. Well. Your own fault, in future I take my own material with-)
All together a great short break in Egypt. Absolutely no influence of 'unrest' and so on at any time felt very safe and enjoy the vacation could! read more

My review I would be relatively brief, because the very good overall score and my overall impression is based mainly the upgrade.
Thanks to an upgrade to the diplomats suite was this stay for me wholeheartedly and I agree with almost an A +. I booked a standard room for 120 American $ night, received a diplomat suite normally 1' 900 American $ night costs.

Great holiday. For wheelchair users difficult, as hillside. But the willingness to help of the staff is amazing and makes up for it again. I would once again go there. Particularly the restaurants are very good.

One week beach holiday in a wonderful hotel. Very quaint, very friendly staff, unfortunately none of the staff's German wasn't't spoken once at the front desk! The hotel was only 40% full and we had 30% 'Russian', unfortunately! But civilized behaved. The hotel is more for Russian guests set, menus are even listed on Russian. If you're looking for relaxation this is just right at the Hyatt. The staff is accommodating friendly, and convival. The sun is shining and the water always had to be addressed. The house reef is great to watch the fish. Don't forget to use mosquito repellent then it's better a cool drink after dinner with moonlight enjoy. It is a heavenly week former. The price-performance ratio is not right.

The first view of the hotel area and the Red Sea, was overwhelming. From our room we had, since the hotel is arranged in terraces, an unobstructed view of the sea. Very impressive was the path to the beach through the well-kept, blooming gardens with various pools. We preferred however the beautiful sandy beach, as we have found our love for snorkeling.
The possibility, to eat in different restaurants, we liked it very much. The food was very varied and delicious. The service of the staff was friendly and good.
It was an unforgettable and comfortable speaking tuhe holiday. We ... have to, stay at this hotel again. read more

A very nice hotel where the service really important. We got married six months before the trip and got a free room upgrade and had a great view of the ocean! The rooms are very large and functional. On the balcony there were chairs and a table. Tv had about 35 channels including two German, RTL and ZDF via satellite. The bathroom had a nice shower and an additional bath. The air conditioning could be targeted check-in/check-off. Furthermore, it had a ceiling fan.
We always had enough beach chairs available (the shade or Sun), both at the beach as well ... as at the very spacious pool area with several Terrassenebenen hindurchzieht. The water in the sea was still 23° 28 ° warm and in the pool. About 25 °C air. On the beach there is in part quite windy. You can directly from the sandy beach to the reef close to swim without any damage the coral reefs, there exists a special lane where you can be well. There was also a jetty the 50 meters to the sea and one out there can get directly in the reef.
The service in the hotel was always spotless. The staff was always very friendly and always had a smile. The prices for food at the hotel was very high (normal dinner in the Souk about 70 euro with dessert without drinks). However, it was also very good and quality!. Used mostly the taxi to Naama Bay (price about 50 pounds and back 30) and eat in the many restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel was very rich with fresh squeezed juices, various breads, sweet rolls, cereal, cheese, sausages etc. and 6:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. of breakfast.
In the hotel there is also a formal bank for the money you bring change.
Of the people we have seen only a few were Swiss or German. Many Russians and Englishmen, but didn't bother us.
We would stay at this hotel again. read more
