A disappointment overall. I arrived around noon and was told that check-in time is 2pm, but I could get an early check-in for 20 Euro. (If the room is ready, what is the rationale for an extra charge?)
Also, the internet reception is slow plus they charged 35 Euro for 3 days of service. For that amount of money, one should get lightening fast service.
Lastly, for breakfast, they charged 9 Euro above the published amount. The manager has not responded to my email. read more

The gastronomic offer of the hotel was an absolute disaster. The restaurant was like in a cafeteria, it is uncomfortable and cold furnishings! Here there goes a the pleasure about the food. The offered buffet was carelessly presented and of a small selection marked! The price this was not adequate!
We booked through the front desk a wake-up call requested, which however not took place!
We had no alarm clock together, we would probably possible our flight missed.
The staff the front desk justified this with a technical problem! Just ridiculous! read more

High of high quality 'airport -hotel' with much obviouslythey in the areas of aircraft crew's, with calls and many people on business trip from all over the world.
Furnishing of the rooms very good, the breakfast buffet more than enough.
Outward the hotel is good soundproof (highway- and restaurant's cleanliness level is outside), inside or in the hallways unfortunately the constant coming and going of travellers to hear clearly.
In short: for business and leisure short breaks and when exit(-night-) point for the flight good. read more

Particularly the personal service is in all areas very dedicated and very helpful.
The premiere bar seemed very inviting and you can here good stay. The food is freshly prepared.
In spite of the reasonable location to Airport Frankfurt, there is no noise from the planes. read more

Functional, the business enters into hotel, the ' voluntary ' not really again would choose ( participants of the meeting). Alone the cafeteria -character the dining room automatic parental control like a highway-toilet, the 'repetition' in limits. You can tell everywhere, that special location to the airport as so-called feature of alleinstellung quite pecuniary implemented.

Were already repeatedly in the intercity airport. The really big hotel has room in good standard and good condition, very clean. We stay there with breakfast, this is rich ( buffet) and hardly a wish goes unfulfilled. Guests many business travelers/ participants of the meeting and many foreigners/flight crews by the airport, you hear almost all languages and it is very interesting and again and again exciting. read more

For one night after or before a flight ok. Breakfast okay. Ambience in the restaurant: youth hostel. Room clean. Shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel free of charge. Hotel-airport 5,00 Euro per person both terminals are started. We had to however more than 30 minutes for a bus wait. Faster check in/ check out. Wi-fi not free of charge. We found inadequate for a four-star hotel. All together: a four-star hotel. read more

In an offer there is a room as: "Standard Double or Twin Room" and there is no any question if that should be 2 single beds or 1 double. So it could happened that you get a double bed instead of 2 singles!!!! That should be fixed!! or at least staff should contact customer if there is some doubts about kind of bed. I don't think that offer of another room and paying extra is a good solution. Another thing. I experience some rudeness while checkout. I asked if I can pay for room drinks using debit card so receptionist ... snorted saying that card charges will be more expensive that payment. So rude reaction. And he could only polite mention that he prefer cash because of these charges. I'd rather use another hotel. read more

Had the hotel as night mitParkplatz (park, sleep and fly ) for one week travel by plane booked. Wanted with my car for Eve check and the car than on the next day on the parking bodies. I should but the hotel shuttle bus take, this would be better, easier and cheaper for me, I was told at check in. Then unfortunately the view from the night would 1 week free. Since after landing in Frankfurt the luggage 1 hour took to the Gepäckausgabeband arrived was it now after 00:00 o'clock when we go back to our car arrived. ... I had to go for 2 additional days parking pay. Up to this trouble has everything with the hotel in the actual sense to do was okay! Food, beds, bathroom, Pub JU 52 were OK. read more

In my opinion a good middle class hotel. For me personally it was annoying, that the parking at the hotel subject to a charge was, because property of the Fraport AG. Costs for 12 hours - 17,50. There was no discount for the parking as a guest of the hotel. The cupboard door in the room was also only on a hinge held. Apart from that reasonable. In the morning around half 8 I got a visit from the room service, the in the room walked. A little later I received a second time visit, with the question, if ... I just needed something and, if the room should be cleaned. Clearly, but only, I way am!
