Thank God we had only one night in our tour of Ireland there. Unlovely room, dirty carpets and drapes, not to mention the beds. This hotel needs a big makeover in terms of optimism". because the location of this house is very pleasant. read more

The hotel was located directly on the Atlantic Ocean relatively far from Sligo, so you should have a car if you want to reach the hotel. Ample parking is available (at least but unfortunately is about the only positive about this hotel). From afar makes the hotel just a good impression, the closer you the hotel you can see the less "worn" there. Lobby and bar areas make a good impression and feel comfortable, the room and the rest of the hotel are but a big disappointment: worn carpets and furniture, miefiger smell and lack of cleanliness The guest structure ... is largely composed of English extended together Especially the breakfast which was a mass similar, very disturbing. read more

Beautiful large rooms, however everything was very worn. Very old TV, old furniture and worn carpets ....

  • Gastronomy

Breakfast (English) overall, from the quality no better or worse than most hotels on the island ... But the food there was sadly no quietness of the dining room is huge and you get the feeling that you were more in a big cantina to sit in than in a hotel. The tables were quickly in front of the next guest superficially cleaned, and then quickly offered, sadly also with leftovers on the chairs ...

The service is very poor, the welcome at the front desk was less than friendly, until they couldn't find our reservation and also occurred quite "neutral" with us ... In the room we had was a pretty thin blanket (scratchy blanket between two cotton sheets) and nice at the front desk asked if there was any chance to get a heavier duvet. This time we had immediately and nice ensured that they'd take care, unfortunately we did after another "complaint" never saw a warmer ceiling and again we were just so that they'd take care faced ... The staff in the dining room was also rather rude or very bored of the whole ...

  • Sport & Entertainment

The price per night was the use of the gym and the pool with included. The fitness studio was just met their purpose and has the necessary equipment, the partly strongly worn ... The staff here was also rather disinterested ..... Pool we didn't use it. In front of the hotel there was a very dreary concrete tennis court, that we didn't use ... There is a health club and spa, but looks more like a Rotlichtbar from ...

As I said, the hotel is quite a way out of Sligo and is actually only reachable by car ... The hotel had almost directly on the sea. In the area around the hotel is nothing to do, so probably many guests stay at 2 bars the rather chic look ...
