Good hotel. I was now for the 2. time there. Unfortunately, i had to say that the food was not as good as for the first time. (taste and choice) but still okay. In the rooms you all what you need and also clean, and the rest the hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. In the all in all i a great time and will stay there again. read more

Overall, very good hotel in a great location. March is an off season, which is a plus. In the summertime this big hotel may be too crowded for some ppl searching some privacy. Good food and drinks (all inclusive), friendly staff, clean. read more

Very nice arranged area. Everything seems to be well maintained and clean. Food, drinks, entertainment and partly also for the waiters improvements are urgently required. The guests come mainly from France, german and eastern european countries. Are represented all ages between babysitting and retirement age. Twice there the hotel a complete power failure. Then there was no water and it was problematic with the offer of warm meals and beverages. read more

    Our room was nice and big and also had a big balcony. We had a view of the beautiful pool area and the sea (in the distance). Room and bathroom were very clean. Storage space was also sufficiently available. Disturbed had us however the beds (twin double bed pushed together). They stood on feet with wheels. So moved the beds apart, as soon as the partners hinüberbeugte. Also creaky and the squeaky bedsteads very loud, so that we in the first nights at every turn woke up. Moreover, there were the rooms very badly soundproofed. Tv, air conditioning and fridge were available. Unfortunately the tv-program often bother us. Again and again it has happened, that in the middle of a film the screen black and the disturbance only after some minutes suspension ended. The safe in the room 3,00 Euro per day be calculated, i think impossible. In a 4 star hotel must be included!

    The buffet was large, uncomfortable and noisy. The theme restaurant is small and has a pleasant atmosphere, but the offered 4-course menu was very poor. You have to be there no 2 time in a spot. The coffee (tassenautomat in the restaurant or at the bar) was fantastic. The wine was for all inclusive surprisingly good. The beverages such as juices, drinks and cocktails were not at all! On a juice for breakfast we did perfectly, because the tasted simply only after saftpulver. Long drinks and cocktails at the bar there were unacceptable. A Caipirinha was for example in die cut lemons and lemonade produced! We had some tried and then disappointed gave up! We like the moroccan cuisine. On restaurant's buffet we thought was always something, which tasted quite good. We just had to often spice. Unfortunately the offer not very varied. Therefore we had to three weeks enough of it. It was always the same. Miss we had for breakfast a good fruit salad, nuts and raisins. The offered fruit salad was to 90% (or more) from apples. It would be desirable, if you the tables fast new eingedecken would. The dirty table-ware was cleared away, but not newly restocked. It is very unpleasant, if you the restaurant entrance and between lots of tables with dirty tablecloths a set table must seek, or be food between these dirty tables must play. In the list of beverages all inclusive only certain drinks were offered. With very many (most?) Beverages must one half of the but rather high getränkepreises pay extra!

    The staff is very friendly. But you can see very clearly, the some guests, the good 'champ' had, much were treated better. In the restaurant for example in the evenings the preferred tables at the windows with signs' reserved or with drinks for preferred guests already before the open reserved. For other guests there was no space. Also at the bars they were guests served faster. Amazed we were on with some coworkers existing good german language skills. However there were also staff without foreign language skills at the bars. That had disturbed us nevertheless somewhat.

    The entertainment was awful. The mainly by the entertainers conducted presentations seemed very unprofessional and sometimes simply only ridiculously. Since in other hotels but higher quality entertainment. We love to have at the water aerobics participate. But the two pools was only the smaller heated. The wassertgymnastik but in the cold pool. During the 3 weeks our stay has nobody found, the wanted to participate! What you think only with it?

    The location of the hotel is very pleasant. To the beach to arrive, is just a beach promenade to cross. There is also beach chairs and sun umbrellas free of charge available. Agadir is reachable in circa 30 minutes on foot. Shops and souks are available in plentiful numbers. You could go shopping well. Don't forget to bargain! If you don't like on foot on the way is, can also for 2,00 Euro by taxi to Agadir drive.

We bereisen Marocco since 2002 and then it was here where now this hotel there is also nothing. The hotel is located on circa 7 kilometer long sandy beach of Agadir. It is almost at the end the chain of hotels. The hotel is with about 400 rooms quite large but also very Current and modern. The rooms are all quite large around 20 to 30 square meter. The terraces or balconies also. Only if you want to sun sun should a room right of the pool there are. From about 11 hours sun until 16 hours. Internet in of ... the lobby gartis cool and was super! All furniture were in recent years actively used and were okay. - Closet and chest of drawers were so large, that you 8 weeks stay. - Everything was large enough, air-conditioning and tv were ok... However who here nothing to meals finds or even complained... Na... Sorry what rankles the home? . The food was in 3 weeks always very varied and ok. ... Which we in Marocco never experienced... In 3 weeks there was not even... A typical german food! . Tip helps everyone!

    There were leisure time offers enough... If the guests it wanted. . We played every day darts. Entertainment if you wanted, there were enough. table tennis, Boccia, Volleyball and many more. - A pool had always around 28 degrees the other was colder. ...     It is about 45 meters to the beach. . To the business centre of Agadir about 2 kilometer with the taxi about 2 €or 20 dh. Airport about 25 kilometer. All interesting excursions unfortunately all around 60 to 400 kilometer. Excursions with na we have a address so report! . Night life in Agadir not a problem with the taxi about 2 kilometer... But careful after sunset is this about 0.50 cents per way more expensive. ... Public transportation... Since about 3 years almost great There are bus stops... So nothing... A bus comes... Enter and then begins Marocco... Who knows where the there is... But don't worry, after all the years we live still in Germany.

The hotel has 470 rooms and offers everything, which one for relaxing needs. We had booked-as requested - a room in the upper floor with a view of the pool and inclusive services. This art which we personally find very good, as you get the dishes and drinks yourself can. The guests came from nearly all countries, what with such a large hotel is also understandable. The average age was from infant or babies to very old seniors everything was represented. We met with friends from the past years. A couple from the Netherlands and a couple from Wien. If ... we remain healthy, we have on 07-01-2014 again, because then celebrates the gentleman from Wien his 10-year-old om hotel. read more

    We had a room with a pool- and sea view. It was very spacious and sufficiently furnished. The bathroom with tub, a large mirror with counter, was next to a toilet (very tidy and clean) also a bidet. The air conditioning was in the evening very pleasant. The tv offers some german channels, such as ARD, ZDF, RTL and Eurosport. The room also had a fridge!

    There is a main restaurant and a theme restaurant. There is also a hotel bar, a bar in the entertainment room and a pool bar, where mostly at noon also meals. There are international but also local dishes, which always tasted, even if you had to be seasoned. But a hotel must for all the guests cook, also for diabetics. The reviews of some of the guests, we have resolutely back. We are not free to 3. or 4 time in the hotel. The cleanliness in the restaurant we can't complain about. The table cloths always changed, and if times a cup or the cutlery missing, you had to wait. But we make holiday and have time. The waiters do always their duty, no matter wether a tip or not. We were in this year 4 weeks and are very satisfied %blank%. Tip just have to be. This is in every country the world so. If the wages of the relevant staff considers gives you good service with great pleasure. This i could often watch. The main restaurant is although it is very large, but only one mealtime it must the size also. The prices we held for adequate.

    The friendliness is a priority in this hotel. It already started at the front desk at. You will immediately as a regular guest and everyone is happy, to see us. Here but also in the dining room almost everyone spoke german and if not, a colleague in/out privileges. We also felt in the 3. or 4. back very welcome. Our cleaning lady gave us immediately with zusatzkleiderbügeln and kept our room including bathroom and balcony always tiptop alright. The folded towels to swans with rose petals decorated, pleased us always. Complaints bze. Repairs were always carefully accomplished. Our thanks apply here for the director mr b. he led, that a repair immediately carried out.

    The location of the hotel is directly at the well-kept beach promenade. To the harbor or to the center there is approximately 2-3 kilometer. For the hotel there are always taxis, for very little money, mostly 20 Dirham= 2,00 Euro, almost everywhere go there. The red taxis within the urban, the white taxis other objectives. The previous reviewers must in another hotel have been! We were the 6 weeks fully satisfied. The waiters and the bar staff were always polite and courteous. Especially pleasant noticed, that the director almost daily in the areas to see. You could or another a member of the management constantly respond. Requests or problems were dealt with immediately The food and particularly the fruit was excellent. If etwes was missing was immediately followed. The beverages were constantly refilled and the waiters noted what you drink without that you ordered. The restaurant is of course a bit noisy, but that is ... in such a large hotel almost always so. The waiters should the clearing a bit quieter and not so much cutlery down throw. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit superficial. The dirt only breitgewischt. The whole area is very well-kept. Altogether the price/performance ratio absolutely. We are definitely coming again! read more

Very nice hotel. Room to be comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately has the food just not tasty. Altogether too few seasoned and little variety-rich. Everything tasted bland. How is that possible, in a country, for its spices is famous. Besides left the cleanliness of the dishes much to be desired. At the glasses stuck often still leftovers from the orange juice.     The animation was rather modest the mildly. The shows were all bad. I have 4 days used for an animation noticeable. Beach and pool we found everything great. Beach chairs ok. Everything was good. The rooms are very nice and large. Great bathroom.

    The hotel is directly at the beach separated by a very nice promenade. The beach is separated so that the sellers not the loungers come which also excellent worked. We have which still from time to time which bought... Simple nice people... And can act make also fun. We were a few times in Agadir for shopping. 3 streets then annoying it. Interesting. City tour in Agadir, and tagesausfluf to marrakech. Super strong experience. We are always taxi. Costs nothing. Short transfer time to the airport.

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Almost everybody speaks German. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The buffet in the restaurant offers a large and versatile selection-if you didn't find something you liked, is not to help. Also the belonging to the hotel beach area we cleaned daily and sorted out. Except for the somewhat distant location on the edge of Agadir there was no reason to complain. Contrary to the negative criticisms some apparently notorious naggers the hotel is for a beach vacation definitely recommendable. read more

The hotel itself is very big. The rooms are spacious, the beds rather took some getting used to. On the balcony one has 2 chairs and a table. The bathroom looked a little worn and should be renovated. Partly found mold in the bathtub. The food was very extensive and if you are up early enough in the food was, it looked also very appetizing. We 2 adults and 2 children ( 4 and 8 years) were 5 days in the Hotel Iberostar. The hotel is ideal for beach vacation with children. It is located directly at the very nice, clean and gently sloping sandy beach from Agadir at the end the beach promenade. The Iberostar is really a bit outdated already but nevertheless everything is very tidy and very clean. The garden with a pool is dreamlike nice. We had a family room. The room was huge and for children there was a extra room with partition with sliding door. The room was a ... bit old fashioned, but we were very satisfied. In the bathroom there was at the bathtub some small dirty corners, but in Marocco it is actually normal. All of the staff were always very friendly. Especially the entertainers were in any case very friendly and always discreet. We had booked all inclusive and were almost always very satisfied. For breakfast at the buffet there was everything you could wish for and everything tasted very good. Only I needed every morning for breakfast about 10 minutes until I 4 coffee cups had organized. No matter what time we had breakfast always, there was no mugs. The lunch you can in the restaurant or at the snack bar to take. We preferred to the lunch always the snack bar, because there for children and for us always delicious food there was. Very good fries, fresh salad, grilled meat and fish, completely fresh baked pizza and a lot many more. For dinner in the restaurant there was a big buffet with appetizers, different main courses, dessert and everything was very tasty. Especially good it tasted us at the moroccan evening, it was very many specialties And it tasted great. We were very satisfied overall. Between them is the very nice and also very large pool area with 2 main and a shallow pool. I have never in my life so many loungers in a hotel seen, nevertheless are the good for beautiful weather fast, because it is very much reserved, despite official ban on the side from. We had booked all inclusive. As we were right after ... the end of the summer holidays flew, was the average age of the guests very high, children there were hardly any, surprisingly were the majority of the guests German, afterwards arrived the french. What I was angry about, even if I know why, was, that on one day, as from Iberostar every guest in the evening a questionnaire on hotel review got, on this day everything better, the tables were clean, in every room was a rose, the staff members were motivated, it was really nice.     The rooms were big enough, we had a very beautiful view of the sea and the pool area. Unfortunately are the balcony bad laid out, so that almost every balcony can be seen. There was an unfilled mini bar ( filling not included), a flat -tv ( we have ARD, ZDF, RTL, satellite. 1 and super RTL received), a large wardrobe with a safe ( costs 30 Dirham per day, no deposit!) and telephone. It was clean and except for details in good condition. We had no bugs, not even more mosquitoes in the room. It was partly however quite badly soundproofed, especially if neighbors furniture crazy have. Shampoos and shower gel there were free and were regularly refilled.

    I had after the previous hotel reviews the food poor expected, as it was. I found it very average, but the lack of service for the food of course bad impression left. There was a main restaurant, in the breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack bar for lunch and coffee, cakes and crepes in the afternoon.     The hotel is about 40 minutes away from the airport, even if the tour operator always 25 minutes spoken has, but that creates maximum at night, if no traffic. We arrived after a 1 week Marocco round trip to this hotel. Because of the holiday check -reviews we actually wanted to another, better bewertetes hotel book. From the travel agency in Germany the higher rated hotel however gone and Iberostar recommended. Why, the know the gods. We would in any case never more this hotel visit, not free, since there in the surroundings of the Iberostar much better hotel complex there (we have several inspected). Already during our round trip we were greeted by insiders informed that this hotel more for guests with children and also for young guests ..., because of the children-and entertainment programs, better suitable. Because of the large number of guests (over 800 loud front desk) and only one main dining hall was the crowd and the noise there intolerablly. We had therefore, despite 'all inclusive' often ate out. The for the cleanliness responsible staff was biggest trouble of everything tidy and clean to hold. The other staff, in particular area of food discouraging order however nothing. Fell one waiter in the dining room times a few plates on the ground, the glass with the walking distance to the side pushed and the ruins of a chair provided, so that nobody reintritt. The same happened with a porcelain-salt shaker at the next table. In this case the glass from the staff with the foot of the table pushed.     It may well be, that other guests a other taste. We the food not taste good at all. Also the diversity the food was in our opinion very moderate. We travel several times a year, and has been well 40 years. Also business I was in hundreds of different hotels. The Iberostar in my perception a catastrophic bad kitchen. The kitchen style is very arabic style and still not even professional. We stayed at the round trip lunch always in very good, however also expensive restaurants. There were also the local dishes very well prepared. Also in Agadir we could outside of the hotel often excellent prepared dishes. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant the first two weeks only crumpled tablecloths were available. Often the tablecloth was also dirty or damaged. For breakfast ( we are early risers) was the first hour almost never cleared away the used dishes. Mostly was only listless service staff in the massive dining room present. That alone spoiled the appetite, if you the dirty dishes and the leftovers on a lot tables looks. Often there was in the entire dining room, no coffee spoons. Often were only round bowls without was henkel, instead of coffee mugs, on the tables. Disturbing was the lunch and dinner also the constant kinderheulen and squeaking. This kinderfeindlichkeit nothing to do, if you for the food always very loudly harassed. That it also differently goes, showed some families with children the good manners their parents took over. Unfortunately shouting often adults over many tables a bit too. It was often a background noise like in a station concourse during rush-hour. Especially disgusting was often also the dirty dishes in the buffet and in particular the totally polluted glasses.

    In order to take it in front: we had no desire us because of bad service to annoy and therefore with lush tip everywhere ensure, that we 'normal' treatment. We got unfortunately with other guests with, as bad the service actually was. The pool was the cleaning of the rooms - perhaps also by the daily tip on the pillows and the small sachgeschenke in between. Everything was in the room spotless and the towels / towels, as well as the bed linen were changed daily, though we gladly because of the environmental problems often used could. Often brought us the maid fresh cut flowers and sweets. With complaints one goes somewhat casual around. We had some defects in the room at the front desk and got the confirmation, that everything was quickly repaired,. As on the next day still nothing happened, I reported that a bit clearer. Then was prepared immediately to establish a technician into the room to chic, then also came. We had the following problems with the room, the technician then in longer repair time fixed: of the two major flat screen-tvs functioned only in the bedroom. The in the living room only had a schneebild (you can do in the hotel several German channels, for example RTL, ARD, satellite. 1, ZDF). A remote control didn't work and was replaced. In the floor lamp was broken light bulb. 1 shower head had to be renewed. In the shower cubicle at the bedroom was the soap dish broken and replaced. A defective overhead light in the large bathroom was changed. A broken lamp in the small shower bath was changed.

    For children and younger guests was the entertainment program very varied. Almost around the clock you could some animation programs participate. However was this kind of entertainment only for young groups suitably. The level of the entertainers was a disaster, at least if you comparison with other holiday destinations puts. For older guests was especially the every day the same however therefor very loud music by the pool very annoying. The pools were however huge large. Unpleasant we found however, that the loungers because of lack of available space was very nearby together were. There is no so-called pool boys, the loungers and table (of which there are only a few exceptions) morning sponge. So you have a towel from the room bring your own everything dry wipe, if relatively early at the fresh air goes. Late dries the sun then everything. The sun shades are a few 'sperrmüllreif'. The towels, the at the pool against deposit spent, are sometimes also very stained and often already frayed-rag.

    We arrived after a 1 week Marocco round trip to this hotel. Because of the holiday check -reviews we actually wanted to another, better bewertetes hotel book. From the travel agency in Germany the higher rated hotel however gone and Iberostar recommended. Why, the know the gods. We would in any case never more this hotel visit, not free, since there in the surroundings of the Iberostar much better hotel complex there (we have several inspected). Already during our round trip we were greeted by insiders informed that this hotel more for guests with children and also for young guests, because of the children-and entertainment programs, better suitable. Because of the large number of guests (over 800 loud front desk) and only one main dining hall was the crowd and the noise there intolerablly. We had therefore, despite 'all inclusive' often ate out. The for the cleanliness responsible staff was biggest trouble of everything tidy and clean to hold. The other staff, in particular area of food discouraging order however nothing. Fell one waiter in the dining room times a few plates on the ground, the glass with the walking distance to the side pushed and the ruins of a chair provided, so that nobody reintritt. The same happened with a porcelain-salt shaker at the next table. In this case the glass from the staff with the foot of the table pushed. Leftovers, paper servietes and so on the staff in clearing away on the floor fell, were also beach chairs. There are probably a pecking order if you fine and who for dirty work is responsible. Because of the political past from the staff except arabic first of all french spoken. Single member of the staff spoke a little German and English. Altogether the hotel makes on us the impression, no management around something worries. All the guests will receive written pointed out (which were of course should be), that evenings in the dining room the men 'long' pants should wear. Nevertheless came about each 3.'herr' in shorts, partly with bathing slippers and many also in muscle shirt. The latter perhaps partly also, your tattoos to show. In any case was so some sight just disgusting. In three weeks on the days, in which we in the dining room were, only once in the dining room-receipt clothes controlled. On this day we heard, as guests with short pants the staff scolded, because they do not were bolted. In the subsequent found no checks and everything was in the old. The check in on arrival took very long, since only two forces at the front desk were present and often larger groups arrival - pure chaos! For the conditions of the country the safegebühren for the safe with 2€ per day relatively high, especially for old models with key, which you then always hiding or to carry. In the hotel is some in need of renovation. On our hallway was missing for more than every 2. Lighting body befestigungsstift in the shade, so that they always diagonally sag. Similar you will find everywhere, if you have open eyes through the house. In the lobby is a wireless internet-access free of charge. The connection is however extremely slow, so that one constantly problem did once his e-mails to open and when the ship was's then not at all.     The lies at the edge of town and is just across the promenade separated from the beach. The airport lies far outside and you get no noise from the planes to feel. There are shops in the surrounding surroundings of the hotel not. One must with the taxi into town drive, if you apart from the usual souvenirkram, want to buy something. Taxis are however very good value for money. With ' red taxis' about 2 €for objectives in the town. With the larger 'white' taxis, almost only ancient Mercedes, it cost about 50% more. Excursions, the worthwhile are, are very limited, as the places worth seeing relatively far away are, for example marrakesch 300 kilometer.
