The whole team was very nice, friendly and helpful but never pushy. We had a room with a great view of the schlern and sun from the morning until the evening. Everything is very clean and new. The location of the hotel is very good. Without a tip from a travel Kastelruth Burgess, we would probably not so well in the hotel's immediate vicinity. read more

All in all okay. Our room was large and clean. Which however somewhat to be desired was the breakfast buffet, unfortunately there was always very little choice. Generally you could choose between one sort of cheese and one sort of sausage. Mirror or scrambled eggs as advertised in the hotel there was unfortunately no. At the Dinner, you could choose between two menus, as described on the homepage of the food were satisfactory. Four nights we had four times potatoes (hash browns, croquettes.) as a supplement. The tablecloths were not changed every day. ☹ In the morning had still ... had the stains of the evening. Oh well. Had only four days stay and the ski slopes have compensated for everything. read more

The hotel is run by the family Pfanzelter excellent. They are around the welfare of their guests very hard. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but not far from centre away, with a magnificent view of the schlern. Good breakfast buffet, fresh fruit would have been nice. The only drawback: payment with credit or cashier possible. read more

The small but fine Hotel friendliness hard to beat. All the leisure activities on offer were very nice and helpful. The only drawback were the somewhat too small rooms. We were there for two weeks and had corresponding Luggage (Wanderklamooten, shoes and so on) therefor was the room a bit too small. read more

We stayed in this house in a very nice July 2010 holiday spent. We had a great room with a balcony and view of the schlern. Sanitary facilities were in great condition. Due to the convenient transport connections to the mobile card means you are in the situation without a car, the most important Ausflugsaziele to reach. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The house is very beautiful with a direct view of the schlern. Cleanliness in the house, but also in the rooms is very good. You have the opportunity to get, dinner in the house a snack. From the hotel you can directly very good hikes. Make. A really nice hotel, where we have now for the second time holiday spent have. The rooms are in perfect condition, bright and modern equipped and very clean. Sometimes you had a wonderful View of the mountains. The wellness area is bright and friendly, very clean and comfortable. We could relax here every evening. We have half board we had booked and were overall satisfied. The breakfast buffet was wide and in the evening two delicious menus to choose from. Overall we were pleased with the friendly service. Price was okay. The rooms were large and quiet. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Family Pfanzelter from the hotel Viktoria was very concerned about the well being of the guests hard. We can only recommend this hotel. And we do not, we'll be back next year our holiday to spend there. read more

The holiday was up until now the best I had. The area is very nice, the hotel is situated in a very quiet location, the service was great, always very friendly. Robert is a very good chef, and also very sociable. This hotel and holiday in kastel Ruth I can only recommend to everyone. read more
