The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The service ( laundry and cleaning the room) is good. The food and the sport possibilities we couldn't rate, since we did not use these. The hotel is very near to to the Bierkönig and the Mega arena is not far away. So the hotel for people, who want to party. We want to gladly again stay here. read more

Apartment consisting of living room with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Balcony of two rooms from accessible. If you are not cramped in a hotel with double room to live, has a alternative. The kitchenette offers with two burners, fridge and rinse the possibility for easy self-catering. The kücheninventar is however on the coerced limited. Coffee machine and toaster are not available. But there were fortunately a filter for the manual brew. The room decor is nothing special new, but since we didn't fussy are, was the also no problem dar. More importantly was for us more freedom of movement in ... the apartment. The air conditioning in each room worked perfectly. / Wi-Fi in the room here GG. Fee offered ( we didn't use, as own stick brought). read more

A great hotel for the Ballermann to meet. Merely a coffee machine was missing. And in fact it was not even in the room to the street according to. The beach was easy to reach and really clean. Merely the chairs and screens are with 5€ overpriced. But were the beverages cheap. read more

To 4. time in jade and as always brilliant-everything really centrally located; pleasant staff, cleanliness top, some apartment are renovated - the other will probably additionally, but were completely enough for a bathing fun -short break can only be recommended! We are already looking forward to it from next time! read more

The hotel has its 3 stars absolutely deserved. It is a apartment complex with front desk. Not more and not less. A simple building without much schnikschnack, however therefor very well maintained, clean and tidy. One feels here almost an easy going atmosphere, since in the main building only 40 apartments and in a smaller side building about 10 more. Contrary to some hoteleschreibungen there is no bar here! This is a large advantage, if you with children traveling, since the nightly marathonsaufen therefore only outside of the complex or on the rooms take place. Because we in the summer ... vacations traveled, was the audience too many from younger German singles in party mood. However much peaceful, as it in the media like is presented. read more

    Our apartment consisted of a small living room with a kitchenette, a large bathroom and a separate bedroom. Since there were four of us, had to a sleep on the sofa and there was a camp set up. Thus it was not possible, at the dining table to sit and the whole room was very cramped. This apartments are safe only for a maximum of 3 persons this, but fortunately traveling you are not in the middle of summer to Mallorca, a time in the room to spend. In the neighboring house is it two separate bedroom give. The bathroom must a few years renovated and seemed high quality. The rest was a bit chipped, but fully functional. The air conditioning performed in flüstermodus reliable their work. The kitchenette was spartan furnished and had no coffee machine.

    Because we altogether two weeks spent there, we could accordingly lots of different employee meet. Everybody was normally very friendly. Needless to say, their knowledge of German not perfect, but absolutely sufficient, in order to inform itself. If someone perfect spanish, English, German, french, dutch, Polish and could speak Russian, is it not for a hoteljob on Ballermann apply. As time towels were missing, was spontaneous and friendly helped us. When I asked for a cash asked me in detail the way to four different locations described. Once even a nice chat about the weather in it (we had up to 40 °C). With our neighbors fell times the air conditioning and the stove from. On the next day it was repaired. Respect! My kids had their clothes in the room scattered. The cleaning lady has clean folded on a chair put. In addition it has the teddies I son cute on the pillows placed. This I found to be very welcoming. Note: what the employees the jade not at all like are rioting. There are very strict rules. For example absolute prohibition by the pool. No gettoblaster! No ass bombs!     Luckily no entertainment offers in the hotel. Finally a complex without constant zwangsbespaßung of self-appointed entertainers. At least in the summer is the brilliant and multi-faceted sports and entertainment on offer the mediterranean sea. Merely the beach area the balneario 06 was despite daily cleaning slightly dirty. If you bother, need only approximately 200 meters further the direction of balneario 07 this is already other audience, also on the beach too. We were anyway most of the time in the water. As a family one lives at the Playa de Palma upstream. If the last night owls to the hotel go, then we are almost up, to have breakfast. If we at o'clock to the beach came, was not much going on. All specialized vehicles freshly cleaned, almost empty and still no sangria -bucket. In the afternoon, when all other to the beach wanted, we had more space by the pool. Because of the alcohol ban was for long runners uninteresting anyway. The quality of the water in the pool was excellent. He was cleaned daily and the water was crystal clear without too much to chlorine to smell. Unfortunately was the pool given the low number of beds to small. The children it has however not prevented from hours to swim or tauchspiele panel agreed.

    The approximately 200 meters to the beach are acceptable. In the immediate area there are many shops and restaurants. Recommendable is the 'munich kindl' in 50 meters away from the jade. Stood August 2012: large coffee 1 euros, big breakfast 5,95 Euro ( then of course included coffee). The public bus goes from here. So one can fast times the cathedral in Palma visit or a little by the town, without a whole island tour book to have. The back entrance by the notorious Bierkönig is only 10 meters away. I wanted it from other reviews hard to believe, but it is true really, that the jade very little of it receive. Our kids could easily sleep, even though it is very sensitive. Merely if we parents then on balcony went, you could on pleasant way German schlagern listen. Please note: at night drive in the surroundings some black prostitutes your pleasant. Also the pub police are you a thorn in the eye. As we because of the children at this time the complex anyway never left, was the not a problem dar.

Location: directly next to the Bierkönig, so do a room to the pool or lateral road ASK! Front desk: Woman & old man very, very rude Linen/ cleaning: only every 2 days, in the beach vacation no-go! Towels should be every day to be changed! Bathroom :-a little counter, girls beware an apartment for 3 ladies and only a little storage space for the washbasin, although more would be possible! No bar, no drinks machine read more

Despite that the hotel directly behind the Bierkönig is it pleasantly quiet. From the hotel management shall in particular, which we found very good, as you were only a couple of steps walk to party to. Pay attention to, that no loud parties in the room take place the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Complaints ( the normalled our balcony door was loose) were promptly taken care of. The pool was really clean, but unfortunately a Tacken too much chlorinated. The rooms are big and also the Reignungskräfte did their work well, they have even every time with the ... clean, our clothes folded and refolded. That not every day cleaned, was not a problem for us. Change of towels, were also, only' every 2 days, however it's not so bad for us, as the towels are not to the beach adopted (is also loud hotel prohibited ), but its own. For us it was a wonderful vacation and we have for October 2012 also already again booked. In any case the hotel is recommendable, if you Ballermann-party holiday at night time sleep wants and value a good three star hotel sets. read more

For a Ballermann vacation a really great hotel. It is located opposite from the Bierkönig and one is in the middle in the middle of everything. Book early is worthwhile! With our next stay in s' Arenal we go definitely again there. read more

We were for a party vacation in the hotel Jade and had 2 apartments. These were absolutely awesome and large. We had double bedroom and 2 bathrooms, then still a massive living area and a terrace/ balcony. In the hotel there are however also completely normal room. The apartments were almost already too good for us and our actual expectations! But just great. On the normal rooms I couldn't say a lot. The location is for partylustige brilliant, but therefore also, of course, quite loud, since the hotel front right in the Bierkönig look out! read more

At the hotel Jade is an apartment-hotel. Without catering. A small kitchenette is located in the room. It is clean, neat and tidy. The walk to the beach is short. For party goers, not in the last dump to is this hotel ideal. All of the Playa popular locations are nearby. The hotel lies at the hinterausgang from the pub bierkönig. We were already 3 times here and have always been satisfied. Loud guests are in the hotel not allowed. read more

A quiet great hotel, although it was right next to the beer King is. The staff sets high value peace. Should mean, who was party makes get fast trouble. Unfortunately no bar in the hotel, therefore there are also no delicious pool beer. Does to the thing however no abort, as a result, everything decent. We felt very much at ease and can only recommend the hotel. There are at staff only one person at the front desk and the cleaning crew. Therefore no bar in the hotel or other Odds and Ends. Also to bring own drinks at the ... pool is prohibited. Food and drinks in the room is allowed. read more

We were just for one night to celebrate at the Playa de Palma. We had a large and clean room. The hotel is directly at the back entrance of the beer Kings. Shops and bars, as well as Discotheques are in the immediate proximity. In spite of the central location it was in the rooms really peaceful and you get all of the hustle and bustle of nothing. read more

Very nice and cheap hotel in perfect location right next to the beer King! Although the hotel offers only small food, however it wasn't so bad as this in the surrounding hotels also rather bad is.
