A really wonderful hotel with great pool and beach. In Dubai Marina, towards the Palma. Very friendly staff, in every area!
Super fine, generous breakfast ( lunch is not necessary, you are full until the late afternoon!)
The rooms are really spacious! Large living room and sleeping area, very large bath with a bath and separate shower!
Great great location: directly on the private beach, very near to the shopping center, 10 -minute walk from the Marina ( port) with many beautiful cafés and restaurants and large flanierzone and only approximately 20 minutes by cab from Dubai mall and souks!
The palm is about ... 5 minutes' walk away!

After 2010 and 2011 now this year a short trip to Dubai - the choice fell on this hotel. The check in was absolutely perfect-friendly, fast and already in the morning we could into the room. Small refreshment and welcome drink there was also. Also a breakfast (, although for this tomorrow not booked) was possible - without an extra charge.
Room very big - super clean and well appointed-but for US that was known. Great breakfast - great pool area and a the best beaches - just now in the summer were on 500 meters Length maximum 10 persons ... at the same time in the water. Wonderful.
This time, we had the executive club-really we only used the afternoon tea with snacks and drinks. Evenings we were out during the day. We have from principle metro used and rare that taxi way to metro approximately 800 meters.
In case again a Dubaiaufenthalt planned is-naturally again in the Westin.

Good five star hotel! The location is good for beach vacation suitable, into town it was about 20 kilometer. The way to the metro is not far away (about 1 kilometer), in the heat but quite difficult. Dubai Marina is also about 1 kilometer on foot, there are numerous restaurants. A Carrefour supermarket is diagonally opposite. We had a large executive double room (land view) with access to the executive club lounge. This has in our opinion in any case worth it, more than view of the sea. In the lounge you could breakfast, afternoon coffee, tea, soft drinks and ... delicious Appetizers, evenings even alcoholic beverages and cold and hot appetizers. The breakfast in the blue orange was however much rich, here no wishes remained unfulfilled. We were already often in five star hotels - this breakfast is certainly the best. Wi-Fi, safe and water there was free of charge in the room. During this time it was very hot, on 40 degrees, but there were always enough sunbeds with umbrellas available ( at the pool and the beach). The staff were always friendly, but not pushy. The whole hotel and the rooms were very clean. There is a modern fitness room (24 hours open) with enough devices and sea view, otherwise sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (men and women ). In short: the hotel is great, there is nothing to complain about. We deliberately for a beach hotel decided, because we rather relaxation and only a little sightseeing wanted to do. That was a dream vacation in a dream hotel. Our summary: we will come back without fail. Everything, but everything was excellent. Starting with the food, the cleanliness, the friendliness etc. The room was a crazy. Massive beds with 6 pillows per bed. We felt very much at ease there. The excellent room service, the US even at 3 o'clock mornings the breakfast into the room brought when we left. The excellent Concierge service, the US supervised. When we rental car late to the hotel came back were our bags whisked away and brought into the room, thus we could ... directly for going out to eat. We booked half board and that was it well worth it. It was a variety of food, similar to the cockaigne, just friendly, competent and nice staff. 2 front desk employees could even speak German, apart from that we arrived with English well. The cheap gas prices are an incentive been, a rental car to take. The next time I shall rental car longer take, because the surrounding Emirates invited you to visit. Particularly the Oman with its beautiful mountain regions, attracts us magical at. For a drive in the Oman one must however an international driving licence. This I will before our next trip be issued. We have a daytrip to Abu Dhabi made. The massive Mosque there is very worth seeing. We were in Ferrari World. This is for Formula one fans a absolute must. There you can in a formula one car (simulator) with 320 kilometer per hour on the race track and there are a lot of information about the Formula one circus to see and hear. There is a small Kinderrennstrecke, a way for a ride on a nostalgic Ferrari through the hall and the fastest roller coaster the world. It runs 320 kilometer per hour as a Ferrari. There were rides by the motor one of Ferraris and other Rides. The people the Ferrarisimulator exits were quite pale in the face, as they do not with such a force had expected. After the Ferrari World, we are free with a shuttle bus the Formula one Circuit de Marina on Yas Island drove over.
