The passage is a very modern hotel. The area is rather quiet, since to the beach only 2 hotels. There is the road along a few restaurants very cheap and good, as an alternative the hotel's restaurant. In addition the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Chaweng and nathon on so in the supermarket can shop and a little shopping. However, this is not more in the evening. The design of the pool area is very nice and modern. The hotel offers no free airport shuttle in. But there are plenty of benefits or actions. We had a garden-villa the has everything that you need. In the restaurant is the food very expensive.
If you 200 meters at the beach along to the right is, is a nice bar (gg restaurant) where you very good and cheap food. At the pool bar there are 2 times per day the beverages for half the price. Best man of the hotel is mr yan (pool man). He is girl for everything, and at its work pleasure. Helpful and polite what you don't from all staff can say.

The passage has extremely attractive equipped villas. In particular the baths are great. Location is but suboptimal: at the beach there is only the north two overpriced restaurants and on the main street are south in some distance imbisshütten. Supermarket only in nathon or bangrok. No hotel block, but nice laid out beach hotel. Only for those seeking tranquillity recommendable. Garden area wonderful.

Pools super small pool with jacuzzi/additionally large swimming pool - clean and tidy. Beach is rather a bay and not for long beach walks. At low tide is also the swimming only limited possible. Two reasonably priced nice restaurants within walking distance. The ring road ( ... small train) around 10 minutes away on foot. A comfortable, not so big hotel. Not far from the surrounding places, the shuttle bus walking distance, far away.
Friendly staff, very good cuisine.
The restaurant was very clean, the food was always brilliantly prepared, appealing delicious arranged, always!
Breakfast very nice and tastefully at the buffet arranged.
Serving staff very friendly and accommodating, without being pushy.
Housekeeping nice, very considerate.
Who however in the hotel constantly loud music, disco, animation need, does not exist. In addition drives you in the surrounding places, not far away are. read more

Dreamlike complex, bad service. The hotel is on short time and weekenders aligned. We were every day in the restaurant asked, whether we today leave would. Was thrilled by the complex in the middle of paradise with dreamlike landscape! However very isolated and without scooter is almost not at all except overpriced hotel by taxi ( Chaweng 800 Bath = 20 €) then better a small trains:-) beach fantastic but unfortunately not for swimming, however not really disturbing. To cool off or perfect. Often even all alone at the beach! Breakfast completely sufficiently! Delivery of the whole island from pizza until McDonald's and of course Thai food everything-) cocktails for 5 €of 17 to 19 happy hour! In short: rather 20 minutes with the ... scooter to undertake. As Ballermann flair in Chaweng or Lamai! If possible again next year:-) read more

The hotel complex is very nicely done with the 3 pools and the garden area is thanks to the many industrious gardener very well maintained.
Breakfast very good with everything that you need. In the evening little imaginative menu, but good (except for the duck, was too tough ). Service in the restaurant very bad and of the pool bar a Kathastrope. As you can and only guest fast times 15 minutes waiting until the staff finished talking. If the restaurant manager there was, it was a bit better.
Ladies wanted a always overpriced hotel's own taxi service to turn ... and were always often very wundrig where you go.
Rooms were very clean and beautiful. However we had 5 lizards and some ants in the room.
The beach was beautiful, but the sea is for swimming unsuitable.
Complex even for children and wheelchair users unsuitable.
On most friendly were the gardener and the shuttle drivers.
Hotel we can because of the beauty of the complex recommend it, but because of of the staff and the remote unfortunately not! read more

after my bad experience in June 2011 with breaking into my beach villa, I really huge on my fourth stay/vacation in the passage November/December 2011 happy. As already 3 times before has the welcome very heartfelt and one has directly again as at home felt since I stay the same beach villa have referred. Safety precautions were taken from the owner the hotel as promised improved, under other with a small guardhouses at the beach, the 2 hour was occupied. From there I was once again very comfortable and safe feltas always on the first evening I went in the ... restaurant of the hotel I was more than astonished as many guests in the restaurant were the last 3 stays were hardly guests since, like always, I enjoyed my meal and a good bottle of wine and went back to the villa on next morning was my surprise even bigger, as so lots of people for breakfast were there. It was previously never the case, but it was just so and is actually good for the hotel, if not.! Since flood was, it had at the beach no choice opportunities for sun loungers. Soley before the beach villas you could sun loungers provided. It was so, that all guests in the beach villas your day spent and the peace, the previously there was so nice and the beach villas deference, was there in the first villa immediately the beachpool was a really nice family from Japan, with whom I often find myself entertained. the have also complained about the many sun loungers direct before the exit the villa to the beach. It was really a Zig Zag through the beach chairs, in order to arrive at the beach we had a very large group from Scandinavia, which does not exactly exaggerate the slightliest and in which breakfast on the beautiful terrace just 6 tables together pushed, so that all together, this is not done, this is the task of the restaurant manager to organize and plan. There are also other guests, who like to have breakfast on the terrace. Also by the pool it was not more beautiful to relax, because this group already was very loud and the hotel itself in fitting took, as well as 2 families with really infants, with baby carriage. the breakfast the infants at the shrine and quängeln, so the dream of so beautiful and quiet passage was past I have a Swiss couples learned and by this experienced, that the hotel is so a kind of 'selling off' the 20-12-11 had, on the website'Groupon' and the prices the said were respectively the Swiss couples had paid, was really a schundpreis /underprice. As I was of course everything was clear, why it many guests. It came twice before, as it in the morning rained and the terrace not to use and so was the'set' breakfast room so bang full, I 1 time with pain and misery still a spot get could and another time I had to even back to the villa to later on to hope it was no wonder, had it with so many guests not enough room. If the terrace not used is the restaurant way too small, respectively for so many guests designed and the hotel was not to 100% booked. Imagine the then, horror. I actually wanted three weeks in the passage stay, however as I one night in the restaurant fine dining and a good bottle of wine enjoyment wanted, were the 2 families with their small children as, the rumgeschriehen and the restaurant as playground used. I am then evenly again up and drove to naton what food on next morning I went to the front desk and have earlier checked out. As it was just not. Wrong did it to me for the staff, as always, very nice and accommodating was, but for me, was it simply and not at all more. I have myself after the check out still for a long time with the resort manager entertained. He was aware of the situation and the many guests in the clear and was not at all happy with this sale/situation. But the buchungsbüro in BANKOK this billigausverkauf angeleiert immediately dealt. A quiet and relaxing holiday. Unfortunately we only had low tide and there was no water for a swim. Otherwise you can explore a lot with the scooter alone, which was fun made. the hotel lies on the north-western coast of the island Northern the port na Thon. General a very quiet area. If you walk a few minutes to the right at the beach long walk you will find three restaurants. The direct at the neighboring hotel is just crowded. A little further you will find a small, comfortable restaurant direct by the sea. Very recommendable. Every day fresh fish and just a great atmosphere.
around the island there is a large main street, with the scooter easy explore can. Small tip: no choice Tours direct on the neighboring hotel in the ... event there again. The same You could book tours for at least half of the travel agents in the villages.
the whole hotel area is very well maintained and the staff very freundölich. We stayed at this point almost alone in the hotel with two other couples, so it was the total relaxation! The only downside thing about this hotel is the beach. Since it is usually low tide unfortunately at this time of the year impossible baden ☹

Very unprofessional management
-No specialized staff in the restaurant
Hardly selection, and no variety at breakfast
No entertainment
Standard room very small and no storage space
Very, very out of the way with very long to shopping and restaurants (at least 20 minutes)
-We had seven days rain storm and beat (the March very unusual), the hotel management was completely overstrained, unprofessional and very uncooperative. The Sitaution was very seriously. (Emergency ... power for three days and partly leaky ceilings, water up to 30 centimeter in the whole area)
-Beach was absolutely useless (trash and schlammiges water), even after the storm came a little improvement, since the staff didn't keep up with clearing
CONCLUSION:
Whoever wanted relaxation and absolute peace and quiet in a small but high-quality area, about bad management in extreme situations not angry and no restaurants and shopping in the immediate surroundings needs, this is the place to stay. It is a hotel in a difficult situation (7 days with lasting rain storm) to assess objectively. In this situation the hotel management failed. On nice days is better, but we found it to be very remote. Since the dinner was not very good and especially not 'original Thai' was, we had to partly very long trips to external restaurants on us to take, which eventually was very nice to the money. We were in 2 and passage Samui really loved it. The resort is a little off the beaten main street right on the beautiful fine sandy beach. If You're Looking for peace, sea, Palm Trees, relaxation and a beautiful setting, is here Surely nothing to moan have.
we had for the second week rented a scooter and are, if we wanted some things going, just after Boputh or Chaweng risks.
the food in the hotel was really very delicious, albeit relatively expensive. The staff were always very friendly and even if' s problems there has been an extremely helpful to. ...
the rooms are all really beautiful and comfortably furnished and were always very clean.
we can recommend the hotel really only recommend and we are looking forward to the next time in the passage! read more
