Was a very nice short break. Service was perfect. The spa is very nice and big. The only thing which missed was a hot tub after skiing would be the great. But apart from that very recommendable. read more

We were very impressed by the interior styling of the hotel, you could see, even the attention to detail is available. It is really a hotel which the meaning and spirit them. The spa is very well maintained and spacious and you can get something to drink. Only the saunas with its vollglasfronten provide a schaufensteratmosphäre, the definitely not for 'all' as pleasant,. Wellnesshotel is for cosy and quiet people recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast cook very stressed and unfriendly, so that we will gladly comply with a fried eggs declined. read more

The hotel and the staff are super. All very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are simple furnished but everything you need. The beds are super comfortable and it is, although the hotel vis a vis from the train station is very quiet. The food unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very delicious. During dinner were the dishes very small and especially. Unfortunately not completely as one it from the Tirol otherwise is accustomed. Lovely hotel with some problems if you are in the details is like for instance Turkish that unfortunately the two days was not possible, because it is not down. Bathrobes gives it only to xl. Xxl which i for example need was not possible to get what, of course, my visit to the wellness department negatively influenced. Dinner was too quickly brought. The hotel is located at marktplatz and quite near the train station. The shopping arcade is immediately on the doorstep and to the bars and pubs you can also in a few minutes walk. During the winter season there is a on-site ski bus the vacationers to the slopes. About the friendliness and skills of the staff i was very pleased. At the front desk you get very friendly and accommodating served and, if necessary, also advised. The size room is ok, you are pleasantly equipped and very clean. The restaurant is both in the morning and in the evening ... nothing to be desired what service and food choices. Particular emphasis should be on but the beautiful spa area all day is accessible. Also here you will expert staff-advised and cared by them. The hotel offers in addition to several saunas, and spa treatments in internal, very varied sports program at. Bensonder the stone pine nest with waterbeds where you after exercising magnificent rest and the panorama can enjoy. They even the weather secondary. We stayed over the easter weekend for 3 nights in the Krumers. We were very friendly with a begrüßungsapero welcome. In all in all we were very satisfied, with the entire hotel. It was up to the spa our expectations. The spa is very large and nicely furnished, but i thought it could be a hot tub or otherwise what did, because the spa consists mainly of sunbathing areas. Two big downsides we must unfortunately the sleeping quaity gotten soutenant. Both of our mattresses were totally worn out and extremely soft, you slept almost on the feathers/springs. The 2. aspect ... were the possibilities the room dark. There was merely a nachtvorhang, which was white. Therefore it was already in the morning at 6 o'clock very bright in the room and you could only bad sleep in. This is very negative in the rankings, since wellnessurlaub probably there should be, to recover and to it belongs also the sleep in. If these mattresses be replaced, a shutter installed and the spa a jacuzzi is completed, we will would gladly come again, because otherwise the hotel was great! read more

We felt good overall. The property, the rich and varied food, as well as the spa were super. Up to a warm jacuzzi is everything available that you ask for. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We have the weekends also still to the ski drive used. The neighbouring ski resorts are easy to reach and we had a great sunny day on the slopes even if a few elevators were closed. Also the massages are very recommendable. We would in any case like to come again. read more

The dinner was excellent, service and quality of the dishes great! For breakfast it took a little bit longer, good choice, eggs freshly prepared and brought to the table, condition the kitchen is manned, otherwise it takes somewhat longer! We have two nights in the hotel spend. As only still available rooms we booked a 'junior suite', with orientation of the room the village square. We put a lot of emphasis on peaceful sleep and therefore i asked prior to twice by phone at the front desk to, as it is with the noise in the room hold back. I received the information, that it so good as never any complaints have and the room despite emphasis on the back quiet is. It turned out however unfortunately the exact opposite out the room itself is very badly soundproofed, you ... can hear for example conversations in the hallway clearly, also noises from the neighboring rooms (shower, hair dryer, tv) are clearly vernehmbar. The windows on the small balcony were ageing and as good as no noise. During the day as at night you can hear clearly, what was on the square happens, and there is a lot going on, night drag partly loud drunk the lying close bars loud in the streets, in the morning you can hear the cars, which the surrounding houses and restaurants supply. It is, as if one would have permament a window tilted. To all that the church, which from 07:00 a. m. early until 21:00 o'clock proposes, this is exactly opposite the hotel (and is even with ear plugs good factor). The curtains in the room serve at best as view protection, darken you can the room not. The bright lights of dorfplatzes and the opposite hotels' case in love ' illuminate the room also at night. Who with light sleep cannot, is a sleep mask not around. At all: a hotel room, which only a room (+bathroom) has, you can actually not at all as' suite ' declare. (see wikipedia' in the hospitality industry is as a suite a series of at least two lounges to sleep, living or work, together with at least one full bathroom with a toilet a common, completed nutzungseinheit forms). Even when the hotel a beautiful spa area and right good food offers: without quiet sleep at night you can holiday forget. The check-in time is 15:00 quite late, check-out 11:00 very early. When we asked, only at 11:15 o'clock (so we are talking about 15 minutes!) Check out for us, we were pointed out, that the next guests already waited and that we the room 'so quickly as möglich' left. With a price of over 300 Euro for the room for one night i feel this is pure impudence. Therefor clear: no recommendation. read more

We stayed for 4 nights in the Krumers and would highly recommend it! The staff was polite, the food varied and delicious and the whole hotel or the room very tasteful designed. Also is very recommendable the reservation of the private spas, but as the general spa during our trip was not crowded, it was also quite private. Great breakfast bufett, 2 small winter sports region (also with free shuttle bus to reach), an ice-skating rink, many cross-country ski runs in walking distance and there the train station either far away is, you can be car quiet home leave. read more

We stayed at the birthday party of our mother with the extended family on site, as we the hotel already from a previous visit in memory had. Unfortunately this time we were not with the hotel management satisfied, since our reservations not confirmed then took place. Upgraded for a room should the two other ' downgrades' for two rooms even. Not so beautifully! Overall, we had the impression, that summer 2011 here a lot in the service has changed. Still top is the location in the middle of the town, plenty of parking are also available. Also great the spa ... velvet aufgussprogramm, massage and many more. For a short stay with direct access to casino, shopping etc. However still recommendable. read more
