-catastrophic service, especially in the area of food: listless and unfriendly waiter with bad body odor; no varied selection; cleanliness in the dining room miserable, so that the guests partly board itself the tables clean and cutlery had to get; staff royals at the same time as the guests and therefore the already little existing capacity; atmosphere for the food resembles a cafeteria, because the service staff especially many noise produce, which the impression gives, you want the guest the negative arbeitshaltung on; all inclusive-deals outside the 3 hauptessenzeit ridiculous: ice only for one hour and snacks consist of nuts ... and biscuits; some dishes partly after a three quarters of an hour, not refilled; no signs of the buffet or wrong signs; drinks in the hotel bar organized one rather itself, since only one serivcekraft drinks to the tables is; hotel manager does not when we complained abount faults and relegated these as' accident' In short: unmotivated and half-hearted, definitely not within the meaning of score run hotel with lousy service. read more

The hotel has a good and new decor and is located conveniently location from Alanya. It is very popular with young turks-German. The beach is steep and very pebbly. Apart from that there are in Turkey better four star hotels. In particular for the food and the drinks you should not to high expectations bodies. Untypical for Turkey we found the not very distinctive friendliness and responsiveness of some employee. During dinner come lots of guests in flip-flops and shorts. read more

The Grand Zaman Beach hotel was all right, but unfortunately overbooked. We had the first night in the hotel Sara right next door to spend. I have never such a bad hotel like the hotel Sara seen. The room, we were incredibly dirty, the ceiling was black the bettlacke torn and dirty and it smelled as if there before a chain smokers used. When we on the next day our proper room in Grand Zaman Beach hotel was we really relieved. Weak i found, that there is no compensation for the first night there. We were only offered, that we ... the loungers and the umbrella at the beach for free may (whereby the first day no cost). We were altogether only three times at the beach, as for diving in Turkey drove and us in the hotel not so much anyway. Otherwise but i can about the hotel almost only positive things to say. The room was cleaned thoroughly, the food was good and the staff friendly. The rooms and the plumbing seemed fairly new. What i did not like was, that it at the pool bar the beer sometimes in plastic cups gave. The cups were often very scratched and seemed a bit dirty. It was remarkable, that in the hotel no russians were. There were mainly german and dutch. All together things considered i'd but the Hotel Grand Zaman Beach recommend it. We have 710 €per person for 9 nights all-inclusive and flight paid. I think for this price was the value for money good. read more

    - great room cleaning - bathroom and rooms appeared fairly new - in the minibar there were every day mineral water also was free - the safe had to be paid separately (has about 15 €for 9 days cost) - the towels for the beach had also be paid separately (have 6 €for the whole stay cost)

Was perfect the vacation in Grand Zaman beach as always only this year the hotel was completely overbooked because of the wedding the in the hotel celebrated! Was however times beautifully a turkish wedding live be heard! Can this hotel only warmstens recommend in my opinion with one the best four star hotels in Alanya and environment. Are again next year spend our vacation there! read more

500 € for 10 days, there one could not complain. Room reasonable, in the restaurant there were often problem the dishes from the previous guest way, reasonable food, wi-fi only of the lobby reasonably possible, in the rest of the hotel directly the reception a lottery ( at the front desk was on demand said :' this is German technology, the does not work in Turkey! ' - without words). All together however no bad hotel. read more

A very nicely updated hotel. Especially the rooms ( with nice blue led lights and flat screen equipped ) and the pool, the very maintained seemed, were a highlight in the hotel. But also the restaurant, the lobby and the outdoor area were very nice. Also positively mentioned should be, is the location of the hotel. Just a few meters to the beach and the 'shopping'. Also should be emphasized the varied and delicious food. There was a massive choice at salads and every evening in the outdoor area fresh things ( mostly meat dishes) prepared. Negative points of criticism: ... The service the staff! Just some waiter ( in the outdoor bar) make fun of a, instead of good mood to spread. Furthermore there was a very weak the offer for alcoholic drinks ( actually only beer and Wodka). What also strongly improved is, is the Wi-Fi in the hotel! Basically good, that it in the whole hotel free of charge are offered. This brings a but nothing, if for a the reception miserable is (and our room was right next to the router) and to the other the net to the peak times ( evenings after eating) completely overloaded was. Altogether but it is recommendable, since it is a nice hotel with a good location the beautiful Cleopatra beach acts. read more

The staff were so hard and took care of it very well for the guests, so that your tip fairly earned. The animation was funny and diverse. The rooms were very modern decor. Really very recommendable. Once stumbled and was already one at the beach. Very sweet were also the daily changing themes from the bedspreads of the room service were built. You can absolutely recommend. read more

Great hotel, centrally located, nice accommodating staff, very good service, very tasty varied food. Very pleasant guests. Pool area very clean. Beach on the doorstep, also very clean, however are chairs and an umbrella extra will be charged. It was a great vacation, we will be back! read more

The service has unfortunately no that great worked well with us. There was the cleanliness the knife, fork, plates and glasses in the restaurant not really good. We had to before each meal the cutlery clean up. It is for the waiters on the waiter at, whether it works or not. Soft drinks in glasses from plastic the partial and mostly for dinner to toilet smell so that we only beer ( efes) drank it in real glasses was served. The cleaning ladies were hard but overlooked but most schmutzstellen. The hotel is but as a travel destination recommendable however ... on closer look at and but some unclean corners feast read more

The hotel has style, but moves to a narrow line between good and bad. Many good aspects by lots of negative repealed or diminished. Altogether it is clean, however not as clean as we other 4-star hotels in Turkey are used! It is a rather small house with about rooms, offers lately all inclusive ( earlier half board), which one however better not done could have been, since the building not on all inclusive this is! The building altogether is in a very good condition. Guest structure: many germans ( about 50%) and scandinavian (about 30%) retirees, a few younger ... people ( about 15%), almost not any children, because the hotel for family vacation unsuitable! Apart from that ( remaining 5%) mixed. read more

    The rooms have style, apparently could a creative interior decorator play. They were auserichend large, the beds also. The blue light has simply something unique! The balcony ( ours was to the sea aligned) offered enough room for 4 people and had a great view! Negative however: all the guests were with the lighting conditions in the bathroom not agree. You can only very difficult shave or put on makeup.

    The food is heavily on the target group of the central european pensioners aligned, accordingly there are hardly any local food, however rather pasta, pasta etc. , furthermore is at the beach everything subject to a charge and totally overpriced ( for example a normal efes-pils 3 Euro, a small plates noodles 4a 5 Euro). The has nothing to do with all inclusive to do! Altogether has the kitchen nothing turkish cuisine to do. There was the warm courts much too small choice. The salad- and gemüsebüfett whereas was very good.

    The service was very different. Some waiter were perfect service staff, other seemed unmotivated and grumpy. The front desk was also very different manned. We got all information at check in distributed, as well as a ' freikare ' for one day beach, people, the another concierge checked in, we were not even greeted and given no information or towels etc. Also on the day of arrival I said, that you every 2 days new beach cloths gets. In the final outcome we have in 15 days 3 times can change... So better even beach towels bring along and, where appropriate, rei in the tube... The pool bar was-no matter who on duty-always well manned. The guys there were all really great. Mehmet had furthermore always an eye, which glass in seat area is empty... That was the high school of servicekunst! All together therefore rather mixed feelings, what the review of the

    Pool: small but clean, however konservendosenflair, since really tiny. But since a maximum of 10 loungers were occupied, we had always place The cleanliness was daily tested. Entertainment: animation none, apart from that tuesday ( live music), wednesday ( turkish evening, but hardly something was turkish...) , friday ( pretty good than bingo camouflaged)

Great hotel if it was not crowded because then one must 1a 2 nights in a other hotel which straight is not beautiful if you only 7 days vacation makes. But the travel guide was super and also for the vacationers a! From the hotel was came we also contrary to as compensation there was safe and beach chair and sun screen available for a week! Was also not bad! The rooms are great there was nothing commitments, to light is a bit too few the activities ready to close-) It food is really great delicious is always something ... for everyone, whether morning/lunch/dinner. Drinks are for allinkulsive also okay! With some tip you have better service, but think that is everywhere so! It was really a stone's throw away, only a bit too hot around barefoot walk. To the harbor you can comfortably walk so about 20 minutes, there is always a two stores where you nice findete. The port is ßehr nice cafes and bars is very good. I can dieße hotel only further recommend. read more

Because of the good reviews we are with high expectations to this hotel gone. The rooms and whose cleaning were OK. The blue lighting looked good, but it was especially in the bathroom, rather disturbing. The food was okay something was always tasty. In the restaurant left the cleanliness and caution the waiter sometimes to be desired. Memed, the waiter at the pool bar was great. It would be very nice if it in the outdoor area a few plants there. read more

From the outside, as inside a very nice hotel, the lighting of the hotel was simply a focal point. It is very nice renovated. It has 5 floors, a small pool ( the for us but was unimportant, because the beach anyway much beautiful was ), a very nice dining room with plenty of places to sit and also enough places to sit in the outdoor area, in the lobby, as well as in front of the entrance, there were also still small places to sit. read more

    In the room there were an airco, as well as tv, a mini bar with water and a balcony. Our balcony was on the 2nd floor and went to the street out (but completely okay was, since one almost no noise from the street heard)

There were also again and again enough refilled, so that one also still later could eat and nevertheless the complete choice.

    The staff were very friendly, nearly daily we saw duman (the guest relations manager) the guests questions, if everything is okay. They took almost always just time for a conversation, she was very friendly. Furthermore was the service at the pool, as well as in the dining room very friendly and super fast.     The drive from the airport to the hotel was about 2,5 hours, which already somewhat annoying but once arrived the stress was forgotten! The good thing about this hotel was really not much had to lots to see! From the beach you could already see the castle (the evenings very nice was lit) The port was also a focal point in night. Shops were also enough available.
