Never and never 4 stars, run-down, staff hopelessly overburdened, especially, if seminary in the house, dedicated not refilled (help yourself!) , no information half board, because it is (cheaper) a la carte (but only, if you don't book half board!) , way too expensive ( price-performance in no relation to each other). Room way too big, kitchenette unnecessary, bathroom small

The hotel complex is divided into a main building and several small houses each with apartments are fitted. We had in our case a little disappointing dark rooms which along with all the lamps in the morning not really lighten I wanted. The kitchenette was convenient but so small, that the frühstückszubereitung to a logistical challenge However this is definitely recommendable, as the breakfast buffet to take advantage of it. 15 Euro for such a unloving buffet with a below average selection and we have stayed in many 4 and five star hotels - in a noisy and little relaxed ... atmosphere are clearly too high. In a hiking vacation starts you like early, however there are the breakfast buffet only starting from 08:00 A. M. with exception the departure daily, then starts a hour early. For us was the below average breakfast reason enough, the dinner first not at all to try. It is possible for breakfast pastry to order, however is the pastry qualitatively rather unsatisfactory, the roll were rarely resch and firm.
Added is still, that the room inadequate cleaned was, on the bed frames was for example a thick (!) layer of dust. read more

Wonderful big wellness area ( steam-bio sauna particularly recommendable), swimming pool
Great view, beautiful restaurant terrace, breakfast buffet with much fresh fruit and vegetables, cereal, various pastry-, tea, coffee, cakes, freshly prepared eggs; dinner buffet offers choice
Location: breathtaking view over Grundl lake and mountains, place ( supermarket, bakery, beautiful big houses ) easy to reach on foot, great area for cycling and hiking, lots of ways, good signs, swimming in the lake without entry

The breakfast and dinner is outstanding! We travel a lot and usually in four star hotels and never had such a rich breakfast... The view from the breakfast terrace over the Grundl lake is breathtaking. Wellness area is great. The room the we had was great since I understand some naggers not!
Also at cleanliness and friendliness of the staff there are nothing to fault. All in all a wonderful stay in great environment. read more

Front desk and management at the front desk friendly and uncomplicated. Our room or our suite was already prepared for us. Facilities, size and decor of the suite more than enough. The dinner in the restaurant in a very comfortable atmosphere tasted us especially good. The service the children after eating in the adjacent room very pleasant. Therefore we could in peace chat. Breakfast buffet extensive, very polite staff.
In the immediate area very, very many activity and excursion options.

rooms at the best main building book, apart from that you have to to go swimming just the Winterklamotten purely and a short walk get over with.
opposite the front desk there is a small shop where one can buy the most necessary, for larger purchases recommends the Unimarkt in town.
the place itself is in a few minutes easy to reach on foot and offers cheaper possibilities for dinner. read more

We inhabited an apartment for a week with great mountain views. The lake you could enjoy coffee and delicious cakes from the restaurant terrace. The dwelling was super equipped and in good condition. The staff was competent, friendly and helpful. Very useful the child care in the early evening (relaxed dinner for the parents). Very attractive wellness area with a beautiful pool. Overall great, but short stay. We will definitely stay check-in. read more

Huge apartment in the main building with a kitchenette, table, desk, exit to the covered with greenery terrace, Satellite -tv- Adjoining room; unfortunately no bed, but remodeled Schafsofa (was for me as allergiker problematic; got after complaint at the front desk a extra bed - from then was no sleeping well possible ) - really small bathroom

Very fast and friendly check-in. The studio as classic hotel room-there's nothing to criticize. However, if you want to use the kitchenette, will moderate its limits. The kitchen was great.
The view breathtaking, the general competence and the foreign language competence of the staff was perfect, the hotel as a whole in very good condition. Colorful nationalitätenmix, English is spoken everywhere fluent.

Unfortunately, we only spent 1 night in this hotel. The rooms are in individual cottages. Some with Lake View, some with mountain views.
Beach chairs on the balcony. Kitchenette in the room. Indoor swimming pool with outdoor area available.
Absolutely great was the breakfast buffet with everything, that the heart desired (for example, smoked salmon, freshly grated horseradish, Tyrolean bacon, sausage, eggs and bacon were freshly cooked, different sorts of cold sausages and cheese, fresh fruit, like pineapple, kiwi, melon, and p. W., tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt, cereals, two different cakes, U. S. wireless. )-Including champagne-and the terrace of the restaurants. ... However because of the breakfast I would book this hotel again, even if the price is higher than in the course of a small private pension.
In the evening the quaint restaurant 'fish' visit cold. Only a five-minute walk from the hotel-right on the lake-very delicious fresh fish dishes are prepared by the owner himself.
We will definitely go back there again! read more

We had a double room with mountain views in the main building. From our about 80 centimeter wide 'terrace' from we could really a mountain see, but more verdant roof of the hotel with abluftturm (?). To the double room, there was a kitchenette, which we didn't venture to use, because ambiguous formulated written instructions in a information folder in the room us have held. We felt after reading as tutored, badly behaved kindergartenkinder, which you in writing must say, as you to behave have. Which under daily cleaning a double room in comparison to the apartments, which was specifically ... had to be paid, to understand, was not good. So we have our papierkorbmüll even thrown away. A big disappointment was, that after a long day's journey the restaurant in the evening not could visit, because a wedding party. Thus we had in the village, and which are looking for. For breakfast the next morning we had to say, that the valet service after the celebration in the restaurant probably not beseitigende or back to its capacity to had caught. The breakfast was appropriate for a 4 star hotel, the pool also. read more
