Very innovative hotelier-couple and staff, very family orientated, the 'experience' -dinner are really a wonderful experience - for children as well as for adults! Above average customer service, great, stay the erlebnishotel etoile. I was the 10. time and by the owner married couple with a basket, filled with valais cuisine, honoured. From the tourist office saas fee i received a certificate and a pin. The next vacation already booked ☺! read more

Like every time the stay was great. The hotelierpaar as well as the employees were very friendly, cheerful, convivial and longstanding team no wishes to be desired. If a problem aufauchen should, the taken care of immediately. The rooms were very clean. Good are also the organized hikes in the summer with the hotelier and the deals from the hotel in the winter, we this time because of the short stay unfortunately not use. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but very nearby the center. We would gladly come again. read more

Very nice location, views of ' viertausender '. Mr and mrs B. and staff very accommodating and friendly. Evening agenda with movies and games were offered. From the hotelier guides hikes were a highlight. Room, stay- and dining rooms were very clean, the food ( breakfast buffet and dinner ) was very good, healthy and plentiful. The lots of regular guests prove, that one in this hotel in very good hands and you love to return. read more
