Love family B., since 1991 we come every year during the Marmormesse to you and feel in your Resedence always very comfortable. Even this year we spend again wonderful days with you and enjoy your hospitality very. Also great we find a for breakfast the view from the balcony over to Lake Garda and late at night after the somewhat strenuous Messetagen. It is a great flair and you can to super recover good. For our car we are pleased with the great parking lot and we can our suppliers of from super good. Thank you for everything. We would ... gladly come again. read more

The Residence Villa Rosa was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. It is a very friendly informal complex. Sports facilities in the nearby located fitness center was great and included. We are coming back next year. read more

The modern apartments leaves nothing to be desired. As mentioned in earlier years the great hospitality of the family B. again impressed. Due to the central location there are many excursions also in other Cities as Verona or Venedig possible without a problem. read more

    this family owned pace makes you welcome like they have known you for years, the bend over to do anything they can for you.they speak english german and naturally italian. there is a big library with books in many languages it is fantastic.you clean your own appartment, if you need something ask and you get it, the tell you where a doctor is or drive you there and translate for you, they shuttle you down town if you dont want to walk

    1o minute walk downtown garda, with an owners parking space half way down, olive trees all around and fantastic smelling magnolia trees, lemon trees and flowers around the pool, lots of shops , you will find something for everyone. the bus goes to verona where you can visit romeos and juliets house and the famous balcony, i just loved that.there are factorys where you can get oive oi and balsamic vinegar direktly from the producer also a lot of wineyards to taste great wines and also buy a few bottles.

Older lovely area with a special flair. Because of, that the owners with on the complex live, are you constantly locally and for every and all a open ear! The complex/ apartments is/are constantly renewed and renovated. Very nice outdoor areas with a very large pool ( separated Crèche!), plenty of deck chairs and sun screens and plenty of room for everyone (whether by the pool or adjoining garden). Therefore no 'early fight' for a lounge chair! Very high proportion of regular guests. The says it all (everything naturally only in the summer!)! Now in autumn very calmly and a ... few guests (!?). read more

    The only (!) Downer, you should well on foot his, if you without a car to the center from Garda to go would like. The complex is about a mile from the old town away. The complex has but still has a Ortsnahmen Zusatzparkplatz, the only about 300 meters away the lake is. The complex located on a very busy main street. However in October street noise is tolerable( in comparison to summer!). Apart from that offers lake Garda everything your heart desires. In the North mountains, in the South the shallow beaches and the theme parks! Everywhere sights and beautiful Towns on the lake. To high season these places very busy, but now in fall very quiet and relaxing. Furthermore is the location ideal for city tours: Verona was only about 25 kilometer; Brescia approximately 50 kilometer; Venice about 180 kilometer and Milan about 200 kilometers away.

A very family friendly resort. We had an apartment with a balcony, very well equipped kitchen, flat screen tv, couch, spacious bathroom and a ceiling fan. Since we in the august were there and temperatures of nearly 40 c had, we would have for the night an airco desired. We had from the balcony a view of the beautiful Lake Garda. The pool is very big and was great. A small lawn with lots of palm trees make for a nice ambiance. Family bertrame is very, very welcoming. A great help with the food, always friendly. The resort is gated ... and locked. It has regard also totally safe, can towels and air mattresses amongst others just by the pool leave. The other families, which became acquainted with we come already for years. Each has its own parking lot. Free of charge are: football field, a visit to the fitness center and a barbecue area. At night you can have been comfortable beer or aperol injected by the pool drink. We want to again next year go there - is in any case recommendable. Even dogs are allowed. read more

Great apartments and the nicest staff we have ever experienced. Would definitely stay there again. The pool is very large and there were enough pool chairs available. Prices in the bar for cappuccino etc. are very good (1.50 €cappuccino) read more
