I have just returned from a holiday at the Aquis Pelekas Beach Hotel in Corfu with my three kids aged 22, 24 and 25 and just wanted to tell you that we had a truly fantastic holiday! In a discussion with my kids, we decided that this was the best family holiday that we have had, even better than our P & O cruise to the Caribbean. The hotel staff were all excellent, particularly the 'Animation' team (mainly Italian) whose enthusiasm and cheerfulness were truly legendary. The waitresses that smiled and talked happily to us at each and every meal ... also made a big difference and all the reception staff were cheery and helpful at all times. Best away day was at Trailriders trekking centre and riding stables where the excellent tuition, quality of the horses, beautiful scenery and in general the very clean and tidy British run stables (thanks Sally) made this a day to remember. Some positive criticism as being room for improvement, to which I have already communicated and received a positive response from the hotel manager Anastasios Mexas, included the following; 1) The smell of effluent, particularly by the swimming pool was a big negative. 2) The wasps, when eating outside were a continual nuisance, meaning that for breakfast and dinner, we were forced to eat inside. 3) I am disabled and the drop both on entry and exit to the lift down to the restaurant made it difficult for me and hotel staff whilst using a trolley. Other than the above, the scenery, location, sunsets and weather made our holiday experience very special. Thanks again to the booking agents, Mercury Direct and the Aquis Pelekas Beach Hotel for a really great time and to all the great friendly guests. I will undoubtedly recommend the hotel to my friends! read more

    The room was very spacious and bright. We had a big balcony with a sea view. The room was equipped with two single beds, a seating area,, flatscreen tv ( ZDF and RTL II), fridge, telephone and mini safe. The room was renovated but the cleanliness left much to be desired.

    There was a main restaurant and two other restaurants, but we never saw open have. The food was always very tasty and there was something there for everyone. There were both national typical, as well as international food. In the restaurant it was clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

    Overall the staff was very friendly, wether at the front desk, of the pool bar or in the restaurant. The servicesparache was too many English, but there were also some employee, the German spoke. The cleaning of the rooms was unfortunately very superficial.

    The entertainers were alöle in a good mood. We have the tagessportangebot didn't use it, since we were always at the beach, however the evening entertainment was always very fun and entertaining. In the hotel was a small shop, in which one the coerced to buy could. Otherwise was about 200 meters away from the hotel a small supermarket. Chairs and sunscreens were both by the pool ( free of charge ), as well as at the beach (2 loungers and 1 umbrella 5,- Euro per day) abundant. The fitness room you can completely forget.

    Scenic lag the hotel very nice, but unfortunately quite off the beaten path. If you shop wanted or evenings through the bars strolls wanted, you had to to Kerkyra go. This was difficult, since the hotel shuttle and the public bus limited no more the possibility had, evenings come back. You could then take a taxi to take. The bus to Kerkyra drove about half an hour and cost 1.50 Euro per person.

    Where already initially suggested: the food is largely not enjoyable, daily there was almost the same (meatballs, barbecue, roasted liver on request the English almost charred). Greek food with low exceptions: none. The beer was cheap and tasted not, the wine less. What than cocktails was offered tasted no better than painted water. The machine coffee was awful (personal injury), the juices not better. Espresso, Cappuccino and greek mocha was only at a charge available. The breakfast buffet matches other food, best was a honigbrot. , but that was already everything. At least we could our weight, pv. Lose weight.

A beautiful quiet hotel on a great beach with dreamlike Sunsets, you on the terrace can. The quality the juices, as well as the mineral water with chlorine could be improved. This we didn't like them. Something disturbed us the odor to sewage on the terrace. Unfortunately, that it in all-inclusive no Cappuccino gave. Not a five-star hotel. The PERGOLA restaurant with of the terrace is very nice, however in case of bad weather the dining room definitely too small, there should be more covered possibilities give. The staff were friendly, special praise goes to Kosta from the bar! read more

The hotel has a yet straightforward size, the condition I would as good. Very clean rooms, a well-kept pool area, in the evenings the quality of the water has been checked. All inclusive had really deserves the name, the food was each day class. Many families with children, therefore the noise level in the restaurant ( air conditioned) enormously high.     The rooms are really spacious and had a good working air conditioning. The furniture was modern. As mentioned, has every room a big balcony and has a fridge. We had a tv in the room, but could only 2 German program received; well, there is even worse in the life...

    As mentioned, we had booked all inclusive and fully at our expense came. The food was incredibly varied and tasted really great. The restaurant and the accompanying terrace were always clean; from the terrace from you every evening a perfect sunset. The atmosphere was sometimes a bit hectic, due to the many families with children. If you quiet would, should therefore vacation period rather avoid. The staff preserved but always the peace and quiet and always very friendly and attentive.

    The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful; to problem will immediately cared. We had no language problems, it was both speak German, as well as English spoken. Our room was always clean and tidy. Complaints we had no, but I think, that this sovereign treated.     It was beach volleyball by the entertainment team offered and other smaller activities ( water polo, water aerobics and so on) on 6 evenings the week there was a 'showtime', for any taste was something there for everyone. Access to the internet was available, the computer run however quite slow. The beach is wonderful, lovely clear water. A sonnenschrirm and two chairs were for 5-€ per day to get. However is a umbrella for 2 persons in the heat in August (to 38 degrees/shade ) too few.

    The hotel lies at a slope, the rooms have all balcony and view of the sea. A cable car the guests from the upper area except for the lower level, on the stairs to the beach leads. When leaving the beach showers available. The distance to the location pelekas is 2 kilometers away, this is just very steep streets to reach. One can however the from the hotel available presented shuttle bus use.

Beautiful quiet well-kept complex, top engagietes staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet are always well stocked and really something for every taste to offer. It is evenings they grilled daily and freshly prepared dishes. The entertainment evenings is very nice but also unaufdinglich. The view from the Cream pot deserts on the sea and the endless horizon is unforgettable. It takes only a few steps and one is at the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach with crystal-clear sea water. Noise this is taboo-a real place for people who relaxation want! read more

Interesting location, but it was always just above the main sewage smell and the rubbish dump the kitchen is located in the middle of the complex and when everyone was. Lots of stairs, not suitable for gehandicapte guests. Rental car would be highly recommended, as the hotel is off the main street and only occasionally a shuttle drives. Great beach. read more

    the room was OK: we had no view of the sea, so that we looked out onto a wall-sized terrace have. The bathroom was medium sized.     As lots of restaurants it nearby there, we don't know, in the hotel there was however two. One of them was a sushi bar. The food was always very varied. For breakfast there were various cold cuts, rolls, bread, and even English breakfast. At lunch there was much different. Fish, then meat, and mussels. However were always spaghetti or fries for everyone, so the children always enough choice had. The quality of the dishes was very good. Everything was in the form of buffets eye builds. Also, the hygiene was good. Of course, there is also Greek food. The atmosphere was very pleasant. There are tables for two, three, four, but also for several people.

    the staff were very friendly, as far as one with you entertained could, unfortunately they spoke only French, English, and Greek. A service staff member spoke however German. As already reported, was the cleaning of the rooms good. It was every day everything properly, the toilet paper was always filled, and when our air conditioning once was broken, it was immediately repaired again. As the complaints is, we can't say, since we did not have any ☺ our child was not care, we have however see the special offer: from morning until evening we are the children cared. It is the bar in the pool, there are castles built, there is a extra Siele area, you eat together, evenings there was always the kids disco, but it is also a so-called mum and daddys time. Unfortunately the child care it was only in French.

    The sport can we only see beurteieln: there was a good selection of ausgestattenten fitness room. You could take a dance teacher by the pool dancing lessons, and other the standard, and in the pool make. We were not in the pool, but have been told, the it a lot chlorine smells. Also the animation in the evening was very varied: there was Greek Evenings, where they danced together, there was Bingo, the piano bar, different musical such as mom-Mia were vormat in the short Amphiebtheater, and on Saturdays there was always the pool party. You could also go into the Internet. As previously stated, the water and the beach was wonderful. You could for 7,50 euros Two beach chairs with a sun screen rent. This we did a couple of times, but we decided to stay for the pool chairs under the palms on the sunny terrace.

    The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach. The sea was super clear. There was many beautiful rock, the perfect for the snorkeling suitable were. Many colorful fish swam everywhere around. But if simply you want to swim, was that sea in the right place, as there is also lots of large spaces, where there were no rocks, and you just meter diving could. Far out basically came but also a few Rocks, where Shwärme with hundreds of different fish were... Of course you could go to Corfu town. We were with the hotel-shuttle bus to the bus station risks, there came the bus, and about 30 minutes you were in the city. It is recommended, a few days car to rent, in order to explore the island explore, as it is within the other places a few minutes time. Very recommendable is the exploration of the famous Sissi-castle. Also from the hotel there are possibilities, excursions to undertake. We chose the entrace, and the trip to the blue lagoon. We also have a Uboots tour, this was Palaiokastrizia. But if you really diving. A reserve diving... There is sufficient opportunities for excursions.

Nice hotel at good location ( beautiful sunset), however not so easy to reach with public transportation. For a week at the beach without large excursions this is an very good hotel, apart from that should a car or motorcycle be rented, to discover the island. The five star hotel has only three stars in terms of service and cleanliness. all inclusive drinks only on a minimum. A half liter bottle of water had to be paid with 1.50 Predominantly french speaking tourists, as it is to a french club hotel. Unfortunately is not part of the German tour operator pointed out. German residents were absolutely in the minority. With english one could inform oneself however. Sunsets are second to none. beautiful area is quite isolated and the location pelekas also not the best. For beach and pool vacation but very to be recommended. Us ... situation on the last day with pick-up to 8:30 p.m. unfortunately only to a room with breakfast. It has offered us lunch and dinner for 15 for 30, what it us but was not worth. The holiday was for us very relaxing. We would recommend this hotel but not. read more
