The hotel is in a lively area. The all-inclusive offer was rather bad. Also the condition and above all the cleanliness of the rooms ( on the first day we changed). Up to the beach and the view of the sea ( at least if you're in the front of is housed) I can hardly more positive aspect call. The restaurant to bad times ( example lunch 13-14:30 hours). For families with small children questionable. ' snacks' there was only from 17 o'clock. read more

To the hotel in general can be said, that, in 2 parts. If you in the back part land, one has pitch. You can, if you have a bad room get, also at the front desk to a new ask. It worked for us. We have after a somewhat dark room by the pool a nicer larger with a view of the sea received. Our room was clean and large, there was only a couple unfortunate things in the bathroom ( for example switch the water in the shower continuously between cold and warm). To the guests in the hotel ... can be said, that especially british and french there. The age can be said, that there many older couples, but also some families keep. read more

    We had a booked half board, that means we had breakfast and dinner included in the price. These meals/buffets find in a large hall in the hotel instead of. The buffet was %blank% for breakfast, as well as during dinner excellence (for example butterweiches veal filet). In the morning and in the evening was the buffet huge with lots of different dishes for any taste: all types of potatoes, a huge salad buffet, every evening fish and meat, always pasta, vegetables and so on In addition there was also every evening a great selection of desserts, also everything myself, i am very demanding what food, but this buffet has exceeded my expectations. We must not only typical spanish cuisine await, there is every evening different food, including, of course, sometimes also spanish specialities. Outside of the hotel there are innumerable good restaurants and a belonging to the hotel directly beside it, the prices are surprisingly affordable (for example a mixed tapasteller 3 Euro).

    The staff i as very friendly felt. All of the staff spoke english, german and even speak french. Of course hurt still not, spanish to speak to be able. It is to be still mentioned, the from all the staff particularly javier at the front desk friendly and many language skills had. The cleaning of the rooms is very carefully.

    The atmosphere by the pool gelande was not good. The people were only the chairs and practically none was in the water, what is a pity, because the gelande beautifully designed! With many palms and flowers. The but was half as wild, since the sea and beach anyway was much nicer and the water was so quiet, that it practically as a big pool was. At the beach there are covered couches zuvermieten. The internet access is good, 10 minutes is a Euro.

    The hotel is only by a small road from the beautiful beach. By bus, the directly in front of the hotel regularly leaves, one comes in 45 minutes in the capital city Palma, where there of course very many great shops. The bus is really a highlight, one drove through beautiful mountain scenery and numerous charming villages Mallorca. But not only in Palma, but also in Palma Nova, the place this hotel, there are a lot of small shops, but not large chains or marklen like mango or Zara. There are rather favorable clothing and shoe shops and typical souvenir shops.

The hotel is actually dated, but comfortable, were in the side building building, had it so a bit further to the restaurant and to the beach ( Verbindungstunneln to main building). However therefor was there beautifully calm. The doors let themselves through old technology all very loud close. It is noticeable in the electricity saved. There was no outlet on the whole room to find, they were absichtilich built up. Therefore, for all only one plug socket in the bath. At all balconies the bulbs rausgedreht. In the hotel could only 2 persons at the front desk German, apart from ... that you had to help with English. The food was always tasty, it has just after a week already repeated and unfortunately only very short meal times ever 2 hours breakfast and dinner and one and a half hour lunch. The beach is very beautiful, water clear and clean. The loungers cost, Euro (2 loungers 1 umbrella). All in all a very nice holiday read more

Hotel in general is OK but the all inclusive offer is very weak. Not only, it between 10 and 11 Am no free drinks gives, the food in general is very 'English' style and the choice was very poor. Only the good location makes here a few points good. read more

Definitely not this institution 4 stars ( at best at the opening before... Altogether the hotel was oK to good. It shares in 2 building on, whereas you in back building a bit longer way to the restaurant, pool, beach has. Key and remote control only against deposit. The rooms were was cleaned, nevertheless was daily still visible sand in the rooms, even though it was cleaned, even after this' reported ' had. In the hotel were many modern and age groups represented, the most service staff languages however only Spanish and a bit of English. Altogether is Palmanova however rather English and not deutschlastig, which the vacationers regards, it is, therefore, not ... surprising. Price- and performance go as far as possible reasonable, apart from the cleanliness. read more

In the restaurant the staff is unfriendly and with a dark mine on the way.     We had a completely normal double room. In our offer which we from our tour operator got, i was a 'freshly renovated' hotel advertised. But we were in the 2. unrenovated part, of the hotel and, until much later, that only the 'comfort plus' rooms in the' nice hotel ' were accommodated. To us in general very disappointing. The air conditioning should 'the notice' operation. Unfortunately with us not at all works.

    There are a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. The buffet is very one-sided and british decorated. Everyday the same breakfast. Specially for children i think the not convenient. My children could certainly ate nothing. The staff concedes the dirty dishes from the tables, if you the fork not even filed has. This creates a general bustle! No holiday feeling. I have, during the stay, in the morning, with the take a clean/rinsed piled up 2 times in 'something' caught what was under the plates stuck. That is unacceptable!

    For children i have during our stay nothing at all at entertainment can see. Our kids were not with however as parents observed one then nevertheless, whether for children a program took place. The 'entertainment' i as a bad joke felt! The pool was for me a bad joke. Very small and much shade.

The fact that we booked an economy room, we had a budget room get. Bedroom/balcony were really reasonable, the bathroom but in desperate need of. The water temperature the shower changed between very cold and very hot, of course, that was very annoying. The technician was told me, nothing improved. There was a general problem in the entire hotel. From the ceiling in the bathroom was already a metal part down, but was from the technology repaired. Tap/sink very 'rusty' and worn. Budget room was. Tv very old, bad picture, 2 german channels. The cleanliness was ok, average. The official ... grups is 4 stars. This the hotel has definitely not deserved. I would three stars forgive. read more

    Bedroom/balcony were reasonable, bathroom and sea very in need of renovation. The savings rooms are very noisy (as they to the street beach chairs and also any facilitities are, the continuous and is very noisy). Without ohropax i could not to fall asleep.

    Dinner was okay, but i was not impressed, generally little choice for a 4 star hotel. Salad bar good, dessert buffet bad. Breakfast was very good. Plus : at the check-in a getränkepauschale for dinner offered (for 13 nights we 22 €per person paid for unlimited free drinks for dinner, inclusive Cola, Fanta, beer, wine, etc.). The was very good.

    Nice restaurant staff, front desk staff also very pleasant... I thought at the beginning of the stay... On the 11. day, 3 days before flight, there was a death in my family which i the front desk contacted have, whether this with the travel agent (the sit in Palma de Mallorca) ask could, in accordance with an earlier return flight for me. The girl the front desk was very helpful and called me, etc. In the situation i was very relieved that helped me was... And at the day of departure (the beach couldn't be moved) was my impression completely destroyed. They gave me the phone calls with the agency on Mallorca billed, although the hotel a flat-rate telephone service and the hotel the call to Palma no costs occurred. I think a 4 star hotel should so much service and a guest in such a case (death in of the family) not 42 cents into account. It is just the principle. After my departure i have a complaint to the manager written, because i thought was unacceptable. Until now, no response. A cheek. The first impression displays a very friendly staff, but if it then on real service arrives, be refused the hotel completely.

    Almost directly at the beach, between hotel and beach is 1 road, but every hotel in town is the case. Location so very good. A lot of shops (cheap asian markets and tourist shops ) in the area, to really buy one must thus directly to Palma. But in the evening to stroll around the shops in. Supermarkets with normal prices are also available (spar directly next to the hotel). The beach is well taken care of.

The staff was well-organized, especially Mr Javier who was very friendly, competent and helpful. The food was delicious! It was fresh and varied. The shops and pubs were near the hotel and the beach was on the other side of road, so it was really comfortable. The room had balcony and it was always very clean. Hotel Delfin Playa is situated close to big city Palma de Mallorca so you can visit this beautiful place by yourself. read more

The room as well as the whole hotel was clean. The pool area is quite small, but that did not disturb me, since I mostly at the beach was. The food was okay, however nothing special. I would with canteen comparisons. The staff are friendly but spoke almost only spanish and English. Wifi is free of charge, however only in a very limited area to receive. read more

We were very disappointed and unsatisfied! I guess the hotel on 2 star not more! Will never recommend it. The staff speaks no German. The food was horrible. There was no staff besides at the front desk to see but cockroaches. read more

The room was very clean, had a pool- and view of the sea. Bathroom was large and clean. Room was enough for 3 persons, the tv was a little dated and small. Otherwise super room (309) Staff ( no matter in which area ) were very friendly, helpful. We were very satisfied with the food, greetings to the chef-) Pool was clean and child-friendly, bar was equipped with small snacks and good drinks and ice:-) The beach is very near. You can walk through a course from the hotel to the beach arrive. The village is not loud ..., the age group was up about 50. You can see lots of people, the quantity but not, very pleasant place. read more

    Friendliness was super. Not everybody speaks German, but we as tourists can to us but also times with other languages (English, spanish) Staff the cleaning of the rooms was very friendly and the room was thoroughly cleaned. We didn't have any complaints:-)

    Quiet and nice. Bus drives approximately every 15 minutes in front of the hotel from. Tip :-marineland in costa del blanes. - palmaaquarium (on demand at the front desk you can bus ticket and entry reserve) - to Palma go.

I sincerely recommend Hotel Delfin Playa. Is spacious, clean, service is very nice. Mr. Van-Dyck Javi has helped me many times in various situations, for which I am very gratefull.Hotel he takes care of the entertainment of tourists, organize various shows and like every year, provide evening entertainment for children. The hotel you can with a clear conscience recommend. The rooms are clean, only when use than 3 -bed-room is the extra bed too hard. After complaint we got a blanket to lay underneath. This brought but not much. The beach has a very fine, white sand, high palms, the shade donate and the sea is a dream, as clear as in Egypt. You feel like in the South seas. By the bus stop in right in front of the hotel you can for 3, -€ easy to Palma or other Cities. Also, the hotel booking one of rental cars ... worked wonderful from the hotel from. For the party fans there is a massive disco in about 20 minutes distance ( on foot). Back possibly then with the taxi. read more
