We were on the 4. times here, and 3 different species the room learned.
This year we even the same room as two years ago, and from the hotel there was a nice surprise in the form of a nice 'welcome back card' and some of the great delicious cookies.
We had the suite with separate living and sleeping area and a small kitchenette. Equipped with a fridge, 2 stove burners, dishes, toaster, microwave. In the living area with sofa, armchair and fireplace, dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom with two king size beds and tv. Free wi-fi and free ... car park. The fireplace wood was refilled daily.
We felt here like at home. read more

The main building stands out in the hotel complex through its local architectural style out. The restaurant looks very Nobel and invites you to a abendbesuch a. What about the hotel positive remarkable is the distribution of the individual room respectively small house on a whole complex. So, the architecture better in the existing landscape and there is a feeling of privacy on. read more

We had a wonderful Lodge, with a dreamlike bathroom ( corner shower, free standing bath tub)!
The lodge is in a romantic and rustic atmosphere.
Was the 2. Lodge the same> company ( crmr ), us even more convinced.
I recommend all in Banff this lodge. It is not centrally located, on foot about 15 minutes, apart from that the bus on the doorstep take 2 CAD per ride costs. read more

A beautiful place to stay just outside of Banff. We were thrilled by the location and the nice, large and with much love furnished rooms. We had breakfast in the hotel (buffet for 14 can &). The breakfast was really great. There was nothing missing. Also the breakfast area in the lodge style is fantastic. We can absolutely recommend this hotel! read more

Rustic lodge about 20 minutes away from the town centre

Typical Canadian lodge, lots of wood in the room. Windows a bit small; lighting dim, reading was almost impossible. Definitely a room as they were not premium on the street. The hot tube (outdoor swimming pool) was only lukewarm, not to use. Good breakfast buffet and dinner. The quality of the service depends on the staff (I think: mostly seasonal). About 20 minutes walk to Banff (downhill or uphill back). read more

Rustic Wohnalage , village character. Rustic decor in wood with its own fireplace, wood, balcony. You may take it with the cleanliness not so exactly, dusty plaster lying on pipes, all something musty. For 1 or two nights OK. At check-out was presented a bill on us $110, was probably a room mix-up. A clarification was only after a long debate possible. Is a long way out, to expensive restaurant, not used. read more

We booked a ski vacation in banff to a couple of days in the Buffalo mountain lodge used. The hotel is simple gorgeous, from the location, from the rooms, the service, from the food.
It is located a little bit out of town of banff, this in a quiet location, but you can good by bus or with a car to the center. Also the bus stop for the bus in the ski resorts is located exactly opposite the hotel.
The rooms are cozy, rustic style with a balcony and a fireplace, however not really functioned. Wood for the fireplace ... was daily provided. The hotel consists of many individual buildings, the on the grounds spread, restaurant and reception in the main building, in addition to a cosy bar at the fireplace. The service was extremly friendly and accommodating.
The food, no matter wether breakfast or dinner, was simply great, but it has also its price, therefore we didn't had eaten each evening there. The breakfast was with us included in the price and it was really the best, let alone the sight. Not simply a breakfast buffet, you could from the menu, which one wanted. Especially the egg benedict were my favorites, but we have i've tried everything.
There are local dishes, including caribou and wild salmon. Everything very well prepared. The restaurant is really comfortable and nicely furnished, exactly like the bar outside. Canadian logs. The wine list offers a good deal, american, canadian, european wine, so that the good food also a good wine can. read more

The hotel is located about five minutes drive outside of Banff. It is made up of several small buildings, in most of these four rooms. The rooms were big enough, had a balcony and two queen-size beds. Furthermore, there are two chairs and a great fireplace, which we used every evening. Romantic evening in front of the fireplace or to read. The fireplace has been prepared, even 'inexperienced' fireplace users got used to it. It is a very cozy restaurant, where breakfast was served. We paid for a breakfast included taxes 25 CAD per person. The standard of food is ... also open very good, but not cheap. The main courses are at 24-50 CAD and taxes so.
There is a heated Jacuzzi, which we didn't used, a steam sauna. This but we also didn't visit, as the showers on at our time renovated.
Wi-Fi access can be used free of charge. Free parking is available on-site.
The staff is very friendly.
All in all the hotel is comfortably furnished and highly recommended. read more

Very cozy lodge a bit outside the town of Banff, per lodge four lots. two queen size beds, open fireplace with wood and two armchairs, fly screens, tv in the closet, small balcony.
In the restaurant we were not, have used only breakfast (recommended). There is a hot tub in the middle of the complex. Room if possible not facing the street, was quite busy. Banff very nice for strolling and shop. There is a great steak house (saltlik), on a side street, a must! The best ice cream places in the world is very expensive, but it was really ... good ☺ read more

Bathroom with tub shower and hair dryer.
Free Wi-Fi. Ironing Board.
Outdoor Jacuzzi for up to 18 people. Icemaschine, attractive ski. Small Fitness Room. Nice restaurant which we didn't used. A bit out of town, therefore very quiet. Had often visit Cari boos. ☺ We will definitely stay there again next ... time! read more

Very nice local lodge with 108 rooms with balconies or terraces in very clean condition. All rooms have waiter a fireplace. In terms of cleanliness there was nothing to complain about. During our 2 night stay, the rooms were cleaned properly. In our plans were no further performance as breakfast or half board included. These were all separately. The tourists were primarily Americans and Canadians, but also a few Europeans who were on a tour of the Canadian Rockies started. As regards age structure from the young couples to retirees all met. read more
