This is a pretty hotel nestled in the mountains. Very clean with friendly staff. One downside is you are not allowed to bring ANY food or drink (including water) into the hotel, but they do have a small shop on site so I guess this is why. read more

Very bad hotel management. Upon check-in they try to accommodate guests in a different hotel (2 stars). Please do not accept this offer. The hotel is in a satisfying overall condition (wear and tear because of its age). Guests were only from England. read more

    Overall a sufficiently-sized room. Beautiful balcony. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly.

    Overall good food. Clean restaurant. Food more adapted for the British (chips and beans for breakfast). For breakfast I think there could be more variety.

    The hotel doesn't care about the German guests! We were forced into another 2-star hotel due to an overbooking. The next day they wanted to pick us up. But nobody wanted to know anything else about us. The move to the Green Anatolia happened only on the 4th day! The handling of complaints is a disaster. If you are in the situation to be put in another hotel, please do not accept this offer. Insist on contacting the travel agent at home. The hotel management is a disaster, I have never experienced something like it. FYI: The hotel management admitted that the complex is a 3-star hotel! Not a 4- or 3.5-star.

    Very remote hotel. We already knew prior to our arrival, that the hotel was somewhat off the beaten track. But, in fact, it is one of the hardest to get to resorts in Ovacik/Hisarönü. Just going out at night is not possible. The expensive taxi waits on its prey in front of the entrance. There are no Dolmuses near the hotel. There is a beach shuttle, but, unfortunately, it is always full. So, you will have to make an effort to get a seat. It is more than 3 kilometres distance to the beach. The beach section is fee required. The only nice thing about the entire experience: The Ölüdeniz lagoon!

The ladies at the reception are competent, friendly and helpful. the gentlemen are surly, arrogant and incompetent. the tour operator has stolen by us modified flight one day. we arrived in the evening at the hotel and got instead of a paper dinner multilingual sandwich, the we also had to pay still expensive. Waiters were very nice, partly impossible. (not) the location is great, the hotel is also beautiful and the pools are class, very clean and tidy. us has the worst service in the men at the reception. hailed the holiday should not such people working in tourism. read more

Well, superficially and at first glance the hotel looks great. Good location with mountain panorama. Very interesting. The location of the hotel was not so inviting. It is a lot of garbage everywhere. Of course the hotel management little. Both swimming pools were clean. But the beach chairs were unacceptable, stains everywhere, the plastic chairs are old, scratched, marked, I would like to discuss the dirt did not. The cushions, you can take, are in a similar condition. Überwiegeng English in the hotel. Lots of tattoos and strong overweight. The beach chairs were mostly already occupied in the morning. If ... you came late, you have bad luck. The beach is about five, six kilometer away. The sports possibilities were limited, the tennis court is an impertinence and is not usable. It can only table tennis. The ping pong table was in order. The fitness area is small, hardly equipment available. The treadmill is okay. Sauna and wet area, well maintained. The restaurant was decent. Table cloths were often dirty, so there are stains on it. These are repeated washing available. The waiters in T-shirts and often not clean trousers. Bed linen and towels are very dated and also satisfactory. This is not a mistake of the employees, but the management is to blame. The staff are very friendly. The waiters are apparently need to make sales, not just trying to sell cheap drinks. The drinks cost in comparison to the five six times grocery store. The food is standard. But really okay. From pasta I would leave the fingers. All in all, I will go with my family this domicile not more. We are well worth mentioning: the entire area was very nice at first glance, just behind the houses looked somewhat different. The lawn there should be the lawn can't be seen. read more
