Hotel in a great location to the beach with excellent food. Book in the low season ( Pentecost and end the Bavarian summer holidays). Tip: cliff jumping on the lying off Island. Car recommendable nonetheless, if you a bit of the area want to see. read more

We (couple with adult daughter) stayed in the hotel very comfortable and the warmth of the Italians-both of the staff, as well as the many guests. Amazing, how the Italians with the small and smallest guests! Most stylish was the weekly gala dinner on the edge of the swimming pool accompanied by live music. The nearby town Vieste-with a rental car, easy to reach. The journey from the airport but continued for almost Bari three hours and was a hassle. Journey with bus. The bus driver dropped us off at the road. With heavy suitcases in the hand we were looking for vain our first hotel. After we, accompanied by an animal concert (the animals in the trees of a pine forest tucked away, there were no birds) had found our hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. We had a good choice. We have been here now 4 times at the hotel Portonuovo and look forward on each farewell for our next stay. The hotel offers a good, clean rooms, excellent cuisine, extremely dedicated, friendly staff and activities for young and old. An ambitious team/Animatricen activated children and young people dance, games and sports, but also for elderly aquagym, water gymnastics or dance. But who wants to, or just lounging or your own sports program. The nice, neat sandy beach with permanent assigned beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, ideal for a great holiday. read more

We have stayed at this hotel 5 x and were always very satisfied, especially friendly and always a good mood we were greeted by the barman. As I water sports ringer - the distance to the beach is ideal and the Windausbeute almost fantastic with minutes 8 - 10 days wind. Have already booked for 2011. read more

We stayed in June 2010 and found the hotel Portonuovo very good value for money. A very nice beach. Between the hotel and beach an old pine forest. Behind the hotel olive groves. Typical Italy! Very good food and friendly staff. Martina FRANCA only five minutes away. The hotel provides its own shuttle bus. Clean rooms well kept pool. Favorite highly recommended. read more
