Great hotel in saalbach The hotel was in 2012 renovated and shines in the new gloss. We had several life style suites. These are really good. Our individual was in a beautiful suite booked, the price of a single room. Here was at the front desk the us first a single room offered. Mistake but until afternoon fixed, everything very friendly, even the chef was very concerned to satisfy us. The wellness area is a dream and leaves nothing to the imagination. Altogether you have 3 floors available. The outside pool really is a pool and not only a paddling ... pool. The all-inclusive offer is very good, the food always delicious and our waiter ( thank you Charly) always polite asked, whether we seconds want. But that was no night necessary. Selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired, itself cocktails as caipirinha, long safar ice tea etc. Wasn't a problem. The barkeepers were super nice and for a relaxed atmosphere made sure. From this reasons i stayed at the march again a week skiing booked. Us the hotel has really good fallen and we can recommend it. read more

The hotel consists of two buildings the through an underground walkway are. In all areas the hotel is very clean. On the whole haus flawless, free wi-fi. We were from the all inclusive services were very impressed. Especially with the drinks (definitely not usual) there was a huge choice. It were especially english, german and dutch guests were present, the present rather inconspicuous were. At our time the russian guests because of of their behaviour on a bad impression made. read more

    Despite in the main building booked room, we were in the neighboring house. Since the connection of the houses for us not a problem was, we didn't complained. Our room was for us more than big enough. Unfortunately we had a problem, very often happens. Although we the towels on the towel racks left, they were daily changed. Us is a change from around 3 to 4 days.

    The unfriendly collection the front desk (the was no reception) we had never experienced. No friendly-warm welcome, good prior had, not even a lovely stay desired! At least with the departure has a mr the overall situation the front desk with a few friendly words saved. We were even more friendly and courteous from our waiter Charly the whole week served. Many thanks again to him. Also the bartenders were very pleasant.

    The spa is another highlight of the hotel. The different types of saunas and steam baths are very clean and very tastefully laid out. There is enough towels. Very pleasant we felt it, the austrian saunawart very ' his' sauna careful. He asked the guests the sauna rules. Unfortunately, he sometimes a colleague represented the not at all comparable was. So a great relaxation room as in this chamber, we have never seen! Enough room, various beach chairs (also water beds) and a great view! The pool (inside and outside) with various jets pleased us also very well.

    In the middle in saalbach location. Only a short walk to the lifts. On 2. day we had the shortest path to the lift and the nearest exit (with even cross the road ) to the hotel found. Everything in the direct vicinity of the hotel shopping, nightlife...

The hotel is in very good condition in a great location in the winter sports region saalbach -Hinterglemm-leogang. Very mixed clientele, especially english, Poland, dutch and russians, these are often very loud. The offer of the all inclusive is excellent. Especially the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired: here is something there for every taste. There is always plenty of choice available and the dishes are always refilled. In the evening a 5-course choice menu served. Much praise goes to the amazing kitchen. Tasted everything was very good. The sport and spa area is also excellent. Large outdoor swimming ... pool, three saunas, two steam baths, a huge relaxing area. Here you can relaxation! Strong praise! Friendliness of the staff in the service was also very good, whereas the most waiter come from the eastern european area, almost all spoke good german. Only the staff at the front desk were very rude. Both the a -as well as when checking out was no friendly word on their lips. No 'welcome' or 'good'. So we were with three sentences and processed. 'here i have a note with all the information, such as meal times etc.) This is a star hotel not tolerable. You have the feeling, the here no team worked. Room are ok, huge bathroom, however cleanliness left nothing to the imagination! (old stains on light switches, at the bathtub. Throughout the stay) There is no garbage bin in the bedroom. If the weaknesses in the team be eradicated, all in all a very good hotel. read more

This hotel surprised every year. Last year with a perfect 'all inclusive' service, where nothing was missing, with a rich offered drinks all major soft drinks to wines and cocktails. This is this year unchanged and you will in addition constantly with food and snacks between the main meals served. The breakfast in a rich buffetform and the dinner as 4-course menu served. The quality i would like to above average. This year further very nice 'stylish ' room arrived and a sensational wellness area with various saunas and steam baths and a 25 meters long outdoor pool, which in ... this region has no equal. We are every year in january and even this year were exceeded our expectations! In the summer has been extensively renovated (included 25 meters-outdoor -pool, etc.) , so that really at all no wishes unfulfilled stay! Food (at least 4 courses) used great quality, the (all inclusive-) bar everything your heart desires without an extra charge stock and the team is very helpful and welcoming! Even the hotel-director as sociable guys met( \u263a! We will come definitely also again next year. read more

A very nice, last year freshly renovated house in real top-condition. 3 minutes walking distance to the ski lifts, parking in the garage (also 3 minutes walk) and literally in the middle of everything. Tourists from all nationalities from Norway until USA, from Germany until Russia... For us a Novum: 4-stars and all-inclusive. We were very curious, and were positively surprised! read more

The positive surprises for us were especially: 1. very good wines in the all-inclusive offer. 2. the menu in the evening was served and was consistently very good. Soup and salads gave it from the buffet. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great. From whole foods on various egg dishes everything was there, what one can wish oneself. Also the bar, at the you from afternoon to midnight in style coffee as drinks (longdrinks, cocktails...) Get. Also small snacks are handed. If you are not with the skiing or on the way is can the lunch buffet serve.

    Saalbach is a ski resort, the hotel only a few hundred meters from the slopes way. Therefore optimal. Ski school is next door and is part of the house-including ski rental. Here also very friendly staff and very quick service. The spa is really great. Beautiful sauna area with finnish 90° sauna, bio sauna, infrared sauna, aroma steam bath, the solegrotto... Relaxation area with water beds and very stylish architecture. Highlight: the outdoor swimming pool, the from the inside can be achieved. In addition in the outdoor area: a textile sauna for all, not in the nude area of sauna want, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi.

Already for the umpteenth time, we have the alpinresort saalbach for our stay during rave on snow booked. The changes the december completed construction are huge. The spa area power now finally to its name all the honor. The formerly dreary pool has been completely restructured and around an outdoor area expanded. The sauna area around other saunas supplemented and effortless. There is also a absolutely brilliant relaxation area with bequemenen quality and panoramic views. Also the sauna and the two hot tubs (one of them on the roof) are great. Only fly in the ointment: the temperature of the ... pool is clearly too swoop low. This could easily 5-10 degrees more tolerate. It is also a shame, that the sauna area officially only at 15:30 o'clock opens. Furthermore is the outdoor area the pool only in the morning and in the afternoon open, otherwise this covered. Also the jacuzzi has during the day no water and is only at 15:30 o'clock filled. There is in my opinion still optimierungsbedarf. However therefor, that everything only on 06-12-2012 opened, kudos! Our rooms all were clean and well organized. There were flat tvs, as well as stereo equipment with usb connection available. Only the wifi not did not work and a trash can completely missing was a shame. Otherwise top. The food (we had only breakfast) was amazing. It doesnt go more. No desire remained unfulfilled. Really recommendable! The only downside is, that there is no à la carte re ­ s ­ tau ­ restaurant there. Impromptu dinner is therefore from. Conclusion: If my comments on the need for changes and something does, then gets the hotel i 100% quota the further recommendation. Currently, this from my side from the above reasons' only ' at 85%. Keep it up! read more

    We were with our room very satisfied. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub, as well as a double sink. A hair dryer was also available. The room itself consisted of a double bed, a seating area (sofa, chair, table) a desk with chair, a mini bar (not all alcoholic beverages the minibar are also in the all-inclusive included) and a flat screen tv. The closet was for a few days big enough. You should in the winter times a whole week spend but could a bit cramped are. The room was very clean.

    The dinner in the Reiterhof are an absolute experience. Thanks to premium all inclusive it lacks nothing. On the menu are always an all-inclusive red wine and weisswein as a recommendation. Should these wines do not like you can at any time from the large wine list another all inclusive wine to choose. The dishes were all very well prepared and left no wishes open. For the main course you can take between 3 dishes but always a vegetarian dish included is. Because the hotel at the time of our stay still not fully operational had (there were with us between 8 and 10 guests present) there was no salad buffet. It may be that these more operation offered. For dinner there were twice as 2. course a salad, lunch was always a salad plate was offered. The menu consisted of 4 courses and 2 selectable main courses. They were more than enough and more than the small hunger occasionally may need. We have even the main course omitted, because we from the breakfast still well saturated and we were still hungry for dinner override wanted. Nobody had to starve the Reiterhof! ,-) The breakfast was also surely not yet in full facilities available. That would be with so little guests certainly essensverschwendung defendendo. The resting in the basement are somewhat limited. Here it is recommended with the small elevator to the showers in the ground floor to go.     The hotel is in the center of saalbach. On foot it is about both 200-300 meters to the valley stations of the schattberg-, bernkogel and kohlmaisbahn cable car. With good snow conditions should also valley run to the hotel be possible which we personally but unfortunately not could test. At least we could but the expected paths imagine. The hotel is also a good starting point for one or another winter hike. In the more immediate vicinity there are several bars and restaurants, and a/two supermarkets. Because of the excellent catering in the hotel we had to but not go back. The car you can on the way there gladly to unload short in front of the hotel guest parking. Then you are asked the car the schattberg-garage in approximately 200 meters distance on the other side the main street/the river is. The floors 8-10 for alpinresort reserved and signposted. If you the car needs is at the front desk as often as you would like a free exit ticket. The parking is for the whole stay free of charge.

We have from the first to the last minute very well, one had will be charged the feeling 'to sein' and to ease be able. Especially the all-inclusive offer for parents with children very relaxing. Pool and sauna area is very beautifully built. To the ski lifts you have to a few meters through the place to go, what we really was new (but not really disturbing) since that is in Hinterglemm. In Hinterglemm the four lifts a stellar on another end of the town center and it is just over the pedestrian zone/marktplatz short walk. In the evening there ... is not at all disturbing since one was quickly in a geschöft stop can still buy something or the equipment to complete without the ' then again los must.' We were after christmas 2012 with new year's eve there and enjoyed it very much. Also in the evening and on new year's eve we had by all inclusive never something for cocktails or prosecco /sparkling wine pay. Worth mentioning is the large number of russian, czech, american and dutch guests, we were as german tourists clearly in the minority, which however completely and not at all was disturbing. The children were thus encouraged to speak english and all families were friendly and accommodating. We have nowhere situations at which guests bad or abusive behaved could have been. read more

Heated 25 metre stainless steel-outdoor pool in the winter and indoor swimming pool! Great sauna area. Everything new. Mini bar on the rooms (inclusive) contains only 3 sorts of juices, not even water. For this until 24 o'clock very many drinks in the restaurant, as well as at the bar inclusive (also cocktails).     As i have already mentioned, we had booked a standard room and a mansard get. This room is really small and old. I would not recommend. The larger rooms are for this very nice! Our room was very stylish in walnut furnished, modern living room and big balcony. The bathroom large, beautifully and very clean. Separate toilet.

    The restaurant is very nice and big. We stayed in a room with many families, unfortunately, it was thus partly very loud, often too loud. The breakfast buffet was very good, more does not go nearly! The mittagesbüfett was rather simple, but it was sufficient completely. The dinner had our expectations not completely met... Cold starters (3 days tureen...) , salad buffet was very good, 2 soups, main course was very good, food also good. Portions rather small... But i think, you could certainly ask for more. Alcoholic beverages were inclusive, also some wines etc. The was positive...

    The staff is very friendly. We had a room silence booked, unfortunately they had us then into a mandardenzimmer transferred. This was very small and the furnishing old, price/performance ratio were simply not. We complained and we were very tried hard to help us a different room to give. We got then a very nice junior suite... What we really were very thankful! This room was completely new and very nice! The bathroom as well, very big and tastefully!

Alpinresort me really happy. The rooms, the spa area and especially the food were simply super. Was unfortunately only 4 nights, am also no skier, but i would immediately again a wellness or relaxing holiday there, the best a little longer. Altogether a satisfactory hotel. Food and rooms good. The hotel itself - we were in the old main building accommodated - is rather outdated. Rooms were but renovated. Annoying was alone the service at the reception. At 3-4 requests we could not be better. So darts was missing for the Dartsspiel in waiter, of the Wii in the hotel brochure one has never heard, whether toboggan runs were still open, they knew not. However you can because of price-performance -proportion recommend the hotel. read more
