The hotel is in any case recommendable-large, spacious rooms - very clean. Great pool. Only minor negative was, that the hotel exactly and our room on the side are to the construction site was, so there was a few geräumsche in the morning and unfortunately a blocked view from the window. We had there probably one of the best breakfast buffets the we have seen so far (and we have many seen). There was everything that you can imagine and much more. Delicious. The staff was very friendly, only the check in took extremely long for us. With a 5 ... star hotel, that one us to bridge the waiting time a drink or similar offered. read more

Nice, cozy hotel, which of the season beautifully decorated was. Our room was well equipped, but unfortunately a little darkly lit. A lamp was not done and after our complaint not repaired. The safe showed no reaction and we had 3 times matters, until someone came. It was changed, but the new safe, after our valuables finally happy were stowed away, only the 2 and could not be opened any longer. In the evening we got then someone from the reception (came at least directly with, since it was in the morning already knew) and after almost 2 hours with ... 3 man in our room, they had the safe drilled out. It followed but no more excuse (at least the invitation for a drink would have been appropriate) for this inconvenience. The view our room unfortunately went on the other side and to an ugly roof. The bathroom was unfortunately only a bathtub and no private shower. Breakfast was really excellent and very varied. The pool was pleasantly heated and the loungers had comfortable cushions. Because we a rental car had, we could the sights of interest in al ain good. read more

We were really satisfied with our stay the rotana hotel Al ain. All hotel employees were very competent and friendly. Fitness studio and pool already from 6:00 A. M. in the morning be used, so that one also on a excursion day or on the day of departure still sport and bustle. Especially great, varied and very tasty the breakfast was! read more

We have a beautiful, relaxten stay there spent. I the hotel can highly recommend. The entrance area is very bright and spacious, open until fourth floor, glass lift. The area of the restaurant is just attached also very generous, not quite so bright. But there is beautiful tables at the bright windows along, in the garden/ pool area shows. The staff has very friendly a cared, all requests were answered immediately and implemented. Truly remarkable fast and competent. We felt very much at ease there. read more

Great hotel with super food! Very friendly staff, hotel is recommendable. Service was very good. Only with the check in we had to 30 minutes the room wait, even though it was already a 22 o'clock was. read more
