It was a wonderful relaxing vacation. The staff are very friendly. The food is not so rich, but tasty very well. The rooms are simple, but sufficient. Animation finds mostly only during the day ( water aerobics, beach volleyball, beach soccer, Boccia, dar ) the entertainers were very friendly. Albena is a small, quiet place. For family vacation very suitable. read more

Complex was generally okay, nevertheless again and again rust; the hotel normally was not very nice to look at and not the hotels next to it. The room was really small, the closet was full of pillows and covers which one first elsewhere hinräumen had around space in the box to have. At night very disturbing noise from the cool aggregates of the kitchen and 500 meters from the hotel there is also a disco - it can get so thoroughly to problems when falling asleep come. One of the three elevators went on second day broken and was until ... the end of the vacation not repaired. The hotel has 10 floors and so often to longer waiting times. Problem with the other guests there was not, the majority of tourists were Romania, Bulgaria and Germany - both younger, as well as older people. read more

    There was a restaurant - food was often the same, very monotonous and often were the combinations took some getting used to. It was too few cutlery available and the plates were often dirty. The pool bar made unfortunately already around 18:00 too-it would be nice been the bar outside to leave but the two bars inside to close... The general usable toilets of the hotel were disgusting and broken.

    Since everyone bar a tv hung, this was often more respected than the guest. At the beach you got plastic cup, what makes good sense, because you the right trash can - however if you for dinner a glass requested, the eyes twisted. It was only superficially cleaned - the first time bedding changed ( on demand) in the second week. Almost all of the staff could German (helps one more than English) and most also Russian and romanian.

    The pool was dirty and railing was initially broken, it was however repaired. From the shower on the beach a unpleasant odor. Although the beach a very nice sandy beach is there are tons of cigarette butts and plastic ones. ( although enough bin and ashtray were available) The hotel raises at o'clock a shadow over the loungers. Animation team was young, nice - volleyball, darts, gymnastics, table tennis, The music ( pool/ beach) was always the same -7 different songs rotierten the whole day ( and every day).

    Perfect beach area, city center not far away, only 30 minutes from the airport. Small shopping street, circus and Luna park nearby. Excursions via organizer, a bus stop is also there.

If you're with the cleanliness not allzugenau adopted you are in goods hands here. The hotel 37-years-old and a little in need of renovation. The staff are very friendly the waiters a little fast with clearing the table. read more

Hotel was as described in the catalog, we had two double rooms which were small but functional furniture, bathrooms were new and attractive clean, the towels are changed every day, on arrival (at night 01:30 A. M.) available for each guest a snack bar and a bottle of water ready, also on the day by booked all inclusive a good supply, guests rails from all european countries and we had from all age groups ( from babies to spry pensioners :-) ) holidayers the vacation as well as we enjoyed have, read more

    Room as already mentioned small but functional, double bed was for two seasoned adults however unfortunately too narrow, air conditioning worked perfectly, tv there was only 4 German channels but who needs in the beach vacation a tv? :-) Both of our double room had view of the sea and so we spend also evenings a lot of time on the clean balconies where a small table and two chairs to stay a while invited, A safe stood at the front desk available ( fee but absolutely safe) Room service was daily the beds accurate, no matter wether it already had made,

The Hotel Borjana is a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Especially the guys at the bar Ivo and Menim are great. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was great, with a large balcony. ( we had view of the sea booked) The food was great. And the hotel is situated right at the sea, of the pool it is just a few strides. So next year we are coming again and are already looking forward to it. Friendly greetings to Ivo and Menim of Joschy from Germany, until next year. read more

Value for money fits, Spartan, but it should also be clear, that cheap travel. Cleanliness great, it was cleaned every day. Good food, something for everyone. Staff really friendly, no questions remain unanswered. Travel guide Its very competent and also unusual wishes fulfilled ( in our case a football game in the stadiums from Varna). We drive this year again there and take our seniors with, because the complex is also for older people very recommendable. read more

Great location on the sea, great food, little entertainment. The friendliness of the staff was good. Unfortunately the hotel is slightly in need of renovation in the condition. We fly already many years after Albena, unfortunately nothing is being done in the town of measures for the maintenance. The footpaths were partly in a bad condition. If one thing on some matters, the hotel is highly recommended. read more

Hotel lies directly at the beach. The children alone at the beach play, you from the balcony from in. Pool is clean and is constantly monitored. Hotel and restaurant although they are getting old and a need for a fundamental restructuring, but apart from that very clean and tidy. Every day there was in addition to the buffet specialties from the charcoal grill. Up to the local center with hype, travel companies, options for shopping, pharmacy and doctor it is just 5 minutes on foot. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Proportion value for money is good. read more

The hotel was actually not bad. Only with the hygiene in the bathroom was not very good. The food was good and diverse. By the all-inclusive offer you got the whole day food and drinks. Nothing for people the value put. read more

We were after the second time in six years and again borjana pleasantly surprised. The staff was always friendly, the rooms were clean and the beach each evening cleaned. In the bathroom it could do with a new tub drain and neat and the hotel is in need of a new coat of paint. We must especially on the competence and friendliness of the boss of the house speak. It was in the borjana great. Many thanks to the whole of the crew. read more

the hotel is in a nice location right on the beach. The age of the hotel, the three stars are still justified. A renovation of the exterior would be already times is vital, as well as in parts of the Innenbreiches. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the food was good, but after two weeks, you will be happy to return to the local fare. During our stay there were very many tourists from neighbouring countries since, accordingly many children. If you're looking for peace and quiet in this hotel is then at the wrong place. Our room was very noisy ... from above, from peace you couldn't speak. It is also recommendable to book a room to the beach, not on the land. Which relates to the environment, such as Albena bars and Kneippen etc. by the all-inclusive offers of the hotel, which is a shame. Also the inside albenas and Gewege for example, many stairs are partly demolished and in need of urgent renovation. It was nice twice within five years at the same place and hotel to be, but there are also beautiful spots in the world. read more

excursion offers of the its good. Especially to be recommended " Grandma Radka " and " (for younger tourists) jeep safari. We love to stay there again. Peace and relaxation are needed. read more
