Beautiful hotel very nice access to the beach. The beach is very wide and nice. Water very warm but also somewhat welig. The hotel is located in a very extensive gardens and if the hotel is booked, you noticed this but not. The pool is very big and well-kept and rooms and service was very good. We had booked half board and we were completely contented. The hotel is very well maintained and all areas are always clean kept. German guests are rather in the minority. It were many russian guests and indian guests (because of the many weddings, the ... during our stay there were celebrated ) in the hotel. Families with children and in each age structure. No guests exclusively on party was, because you're in the wrong place here. If you are looking for peace and quiet, one is here just perfect. read more

    The rooms are very nice and large, the bathroom very spacious and nicely appointed. Only the closets are, as so often a bit small. Bathrobe and ' slippers ' are available. Towels always directly at the shower placed and evening water and haussschuhe right next to the bed and the bed turned down. The balcony (we had a stansartzimmer ) was very beautifully large and at 2 beach chairs were also always extra towels spread. The rooms were very clean and were 2 times cleaned daily. We got in the afternoon also a equivalent german newspapers to the room. The mini bar is well equipped, the prices are bedsheets were typical for a hotel. The laundry service was very fast. Picked up in the morning, evenings hanging things again orfentlich in the closet. Safe, kettle are available. Tea and coffee was always re-filled. The fruit basket was regularly replenished.

    The restaurants and both the quality and taste of the dishes were very good. One can italian, indian, chinese, goanisch or fresh fish eat. As a part of our half board were italian, indian and chinese included. Goanisch and fresh fish direct at the beach one must pay specially. It is certainly not cheap fun, but for us it was worth it. You should straight with indian and goanischem eat immediately stress, as spicy you want to eat, no unwanted surprises. The staff after these references always advised, which meals on düe the german palate bearable. The selection of drinks (except for the cocktails) is very big. The wine prices, even for indian wine, are high. You will to eat very pleasant placed. This applies for breakfast. The breakfast was very diverse and the selection large. Also Cappuccino for breakfast instead of normal coffee is not a problem. You can pancakes and omelets and so on. Freshly made to order and there is always fresh fruits. The restaurants are very clean and particularly evening is the atmosphere very nice and it gave each evening luve music.

    The employees are very friendly and concerned for the well-being of the guests. German was not spoken, but with english you could communicate very well. The rooms were 2 times cleaned daily. Bottled water was always filled up. More water, as you could drink. In the bathroom for the teeth deseam extra water in bottles available provided. Coffee and tea maker are available and after use replaced immediately. On arrival there were fresh flowers on the room. These to limp be however only away not replaced, the found ch somewhat a pity. The staff put a lot of emphasis on private tip in cash, instead of the room, since it was only in the own bag and not have to be shared. At the low wages usually be paid, can such teamgeits might not expect.

    The swimming pool is very nice and really very big. Only at the beach there were too few chairs. By the pool but always very good got a place and the staff by the pool have the guests there and with towels taken care of. Reserve chairs, is luckily not unetrstützt. The umbrellas are on request crazy, so you it beautifully shady has. Condition of the chairs, towels and of the pool are very good. You get a small flag and can a coworker call, for drinks and food to order. The toilets in the pool need of refurbishment, but were always clean. You can spa yoga (morning 30 minutes free of charge) hour at a charge and fitness center. Have only yoga prbiert and it was fun. A kidnerclub is available, we only saw, not used. There was a small entertainment offer. A list was on the room, but it is not addressed, but is simply, if you wanted to participate. The spa is very nice and the applications (if also not really cheap, the prices corresponded to the 5 star standard of the hotel) very good and we were in the selection very good advice.

    The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from airport. We enjoyed the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and back and had this before by mail at the hotel requested. The designed check-in and check-out very relaxed. At the beach there are two beach restaurants, this but we didn't use it. Outside of the hotel is a supermarket. If you about 10 minutes walk a few small shops. Attractions and the next cities can be reached only by taxi. You can also the hotel uchen.

We last visited 4 years ago and had a truly lovely time, so we returned for October half term (UK) thinking that not much would have changed. We were right, not much has changed, the rooms are lovely, the staff nice enough, the pool still fabulous and the beach clean and the sand like icing sugar. What has changed was that the hotel clientele has shifted from corporate/conference types to bucket and spade holidaymakers. Can't complain really, that's what we are. But instead of being able to potter down to breakfast, back to the room to change then down to ... the pool to read a book on a sun lounger.forget it! read more

    We've stayed here before so I know the food is lovely (if pricey) but as said above, because there was nowhere to sit around the pool during the day, we ended up sitting on the beach at the beach shacks who looked after us royally for a fraction of the price.

    Room very nice, staff ok. Just clueless when it came to ask why people were reserving sunbeds at 0600 and not using them until after breakfast. 90% were unoccupied with nobody in the pool when we wanted to sit out. Although the manager said he'd speak to his staff, it didn't make a jot of difference so we abandoned eating in the hotel as a protest and ate in the beach shacks.

    Every single sun lounger was reserved with the obligatory hotel towel by 0900 each day; we couldn't even get one on the lawn, never mind four. Now this would be ok if those reserving the beds actually used them, but they didn't. We spoke to the towel staff who said they were sorry and I spoke to a manager who said he'd have a word with his amenities staff. Not sure what word he had as there was no change whatsoever during our stay....on the day we left at dawn, much to my amusement there were some Russian speakers bagging their beds by the pool, so I'm glad I didn't try getting up early to join in the fun, dawn is just ridiculous! The net result was that with nowhere to sit, on day 1 we ventured down to the beach, where we recalled nice times on hotel sun loungers on the sand from 4 years ago, which also feature on the hotel website. There were none. Now having too few beds for guests by the pool is one thing, but showing beautiful beach pictures on one's website featuring beds on the beach that don't exist is quite another. Anyway, we laid on the sand for a while - not really the 5* resort experience - then ventured over to Aaron's Beach Shack which had around 10 beds outside. We were told that they are free to use if we ate lunch there. A large Kingfisher is Rs100 (Rs480 in the hotel) and food was quite ok. I can't quite understand the hotel management's logic in effectively driving their customers out to the beach shacks, but that's what happened for our stay, so I can't really review the rest of the hotel's facilities as apart from a potter round the shops and a couple of beers from the bar, we didn't use the facilities of the hotel because there was nowhere to veg out in the hotel complex. Although the very nice toilets adjacent to the beach are worth a mentio...they are either side of the beach access where a hotel guard is posted.

    There's shops out the front of the resort (turn right) if the prices in the hotel scare you. The best bit for us was the proximity to the beach shacks as that was the only place we could get 4 sunbeds. And food/drink much cheaper there of course. The hotel website shows hotel sunbeds on the beach. There weren't any, so how Hyatt gets away with prominent photos of this to entice clients to the resort I don't know, as there weren't any hotel sunbeds on the beach. The shacks had them though.

A very good hotel the upper middle class, super garden area and pool areas, great beach, great food, we had only night and breakfast booked, other meal times and drinks you could in the hotel not order-at least with the invoice has been an otherwise bad (1 scoop of ice cream 5 € etc.), in the season (until end of April) there are some local -restaurants at the beach - there one can extremely good value for money and very tasty eat. Very annoying were the constant events some companies in the hotel area. In spite of the relatively ... large distance of the events from the living area ( hotel area very spacious), you had because of the speaker sounds the events the feeling, in a disco to be. The hotel is very suitable for relaxing in beautiful Ümgebung in very good (but more expensive) kitchen. The staff were always friendly and the hotel showed with small complaints very accommodating. Only the toilets in the complex have a renovation necessary, but were always clean. Missing options for shopping in closer surroundings of the hotel so you have to take the relatively high hotel prices from water etc. Depends. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and spacious. Altogether is this complex with spa relaxation searching very recommendable. We felt very good here. read more

The hotel is situated in a massive beautiful park with 274 rooms in bungalows. The whole complex is in a very clean and well maintained condition. We had a parkzimmer booked with breakfast included. The types of people were international, partly with many russians, which however never unpleasant noticed. The appeared on weekends often indian families, then it was sometimes a bit loud. The average age very mixed, young and old. read more

    The large comfortable room are equipped with sliding doors abteilbares bathroom and wardrobe. The huge bathroom has a approximately 4 meters² large shower which in the floor mounted widescreen tv and at the same time bath tub is. Thus one has the choice, whether normal or fixed shower head. Hair dryer, make-up mirror and enough towels are available. In the room is free safe, 91 centimeter flat -tv, mini bar, coffee maker and telephone. The very silent and well controlled air conditioning was almost draft-free. There are enough places to put things available. We had a parkzimmer with large not visible furnished terrace.

    There were 5 restaurants, a pool bar and a bar which the three weeks was never open. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and of high quality. The prices like for indian standards be normal, but compared to other Hyatt hotels in Asien outrageous. On all the price come 20% luxury tax. We paid for a meeresfrüchhteessen in the palm (lobster, crabs, scampi, fish) with small and desserts buffet, 0,1 liter pinot grigo (18 €) and 1 beer circa 200 Euro. In the restaurants there is a main course under 15€ (pizza from 15 €), whereby the quality definitely not the prices was. Spaghetti with 4! Quahogs 15 Euro. Beer 0,33 from 3€, 1 scoop of ice cream at the pool bar €2,5. one evening there were in all restaurant a large very nice indian buffet to 40 Euro per via. Couple what about the forced complained a amount deleted. In palm, there is from 16 to 18 o'clock 2 drinks for a price. I subsequently had 4 on the bill, with the explanatory statement, that only after 18 o'clock was issued, although early ordered was.

    The staff were too many friendly however not always competent and could mostly good english. German was only the manager max volt arnim, but in march of a indian replaced. The cleaning of the rooms was is nearly perfect and superimposed utensils ( badezusätzte, coffee, tea) were always sufficiently filled up. Flowers and fruit there were again and again fresh. Twice we were given a large flower arrangement in addition. By the pool were the loungers always changed and on request also in the shade stituents.

    There is the Hyatt camp and babysitter, as well as a cinema with english movies. Gymnastics and yoga are also offered, as well as temporary parasailing at the beach.     The shuttle from the airport took about 15 minutes the noise nuisance held itself within limits. However some mornings particulaar up to 20 over-or flybys of indian fighter planes per hour. The distance from the room to the wonderful wide and long sandy beach fraud approximately 500 meters through the park. Well maintained chairs and sunscreens there were also free of charge. Drinks and food was here the chairs brought. On request you will also risks. On the beach, there was some pub nearby, which we didn't use. To the next simple shops there were about 5. minutes Excursions were from the tour operator offered, partly with nights and only in english. You could but also trips by taxi about the hotel or even without any problems book. With free water (we had up to 14 bottles in the room) we were always supplied.

Not fully convinced me has the hotel, one feels rather in a golden cage and steep prices (cities are cheaper). Large number of guests the not so popular worldwide.? dining staff was partly rather disorganized, as well as english. Our room had also seen better lagoons times behind itself. In conclusion a week has handed us and it would partially recommend. read more

Us has fallen especially the service in this hotel. The staff of the hotel were always very attentive and friendly. The food was great. The continental breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. Since the hotel has a own bakery, it was each day fresh bread and fresh cakes. The only drawback to our fellow Germans in the hotel were, always something to complain about the despite all had... Very embarrassing! read more

The hotel is located on a very large well-kept area well, the has many green and optically; it is very attractive and is located directly on a fine sandy beach, several kilometer long wide. If you're not in a of the six restaurants of the hotel food can directly in front of them in two restaurants and much cheaper food. Public transport are naturally not in Europe. Standard available, cheap taxis in the highest quality are readily available but. Quiet location; fully recommended. read more
