So clairaudient room is with us for the first time! If someone walks or coughs at night or tv runs, you can't sleep. It hear every single word. In the bathroom was never cleaned. Blankets stink to mold, extra bed is not real bed, our daughter had until now never complaint. read more

The facilities for disabled guests of the hotel are already somewhat older and partly in need of renovation, but the condition is still acceptable. Who comfort expected is in the wrong place here, but it is also a 3-star -facilities. The two-storey houses are in a huge area. Also in October were all 3 pools in use. We booked half board, it was but also all inclusive offered. The food has uS always tasted good and it was always enough choice. Also for families with kids it is great. The apartments are very big. Bedroom and bathroom fall here particularly positive on. The tv is an old black and white TV with 40 centimeter diagonal and the selection of channels was very limited.
The dining room/ area of food on whole line absolutely disappointed. There were every two days the same tasteless uniformity. The dining room has the charisma of a station concourse and is obviously for the occupancy the hotel much too small designed. The tables are extremely tight together, lacks room dividers. The complex is very large, but you knew that beforehand. The staff in all areas is very friendly, with complaints were gladly and quickly helpful, the food, we had the half board, was just delicious. Perhaps meeting the many positive reviews to, if you no complaints and a high noise level don't mind.
On arrival we had to unfortunately our room matters, the otherwise was very nice, because the door to the bathroom thanks to swollen-up turpfosten not worms was. The next room had then shortcoming there is a sliding door to the bathroom there was. But we have the initially as detail stamped.
As in lots of reviews already described, is the noise level in the dining room very high. When we arrived was a so-called winter garden open, the very much comfortable and ... quiet was. In the course of the week this was despite a big guest appearance without recognizable reason time open closed. Until this has led, that us the staff at the hotel without polite manners, already included in the breakfast- herausgeschmissen has, without even asking, why we placed had. The reason was, that when we arrived no seating possibility in the dining room available stood. This impression strengthened as the next evening cutlery was missing and responsible staff afterwards asked. In adopting not heard to have been, also repeated. As the service then without a word the cutlery laid down we were stunned. The event of the vortag was probably saved.

Generous plant the only who fit is also can be done. Paths and stairs in a rather bad condition so with luggage difficult to create. Our kids are 14 and 16 years but a appartmet not really suitable the sofa bed could luckily in 2 beds separated but it was totally uncomfortable in the bedroom one was in bed seasick the mattresses totally saggy but they had a relation of made the you at least the impression it had a clean bed are. Unfortunately we could us no other a look at the room, we could only assume the the rooms with air-conditioning the renovated were. The pool areas were the suns really good if one considers which all couches durchgebrochene afford had, you could still use. We had half board and that was totally sufficient the breakfast buffet was very good and you always found something, in the evening it always had something else clearly were things finished the day before desired remained ( zuhaues schmeiße i not always everything immediately way) you can now great pinglig but i am cook by profession and find there the food served was always sufficiently after-put and the waiters were also very friendly. During our stay were different groups with disabilities in the hotel they were always courteous and very friendly one must really be praised because it was also there guests (normal) were the from the groups disturbed you then totally noticed. There were all sorts of guests there while we were there more german than others. And if you are a paying guest at the bar was, we were always sopfort and served in a friendly manner what is true because if i excellent service willmit top beverages may i not in a three stars house and for little money what i am prepared to pay extra luxury to be expected. read more

Hotel that is outdated.
Room on arrival very dirty, dust everywhere, beds go not at all.
Bathroom disgusting.
Dining room and food were reasonable.
Annoying line up with the drinks get.
On foot to the beach quite far. ( the small shuttle bus was always busy).

Great front desk, very helpful.
We had a superior apartment in the Club Europa for 9 days with a living room with a balcony and kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom. The beds were good and clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
The hotel consists of louder small together built apartments ( rooms) with a private entrance. These are in the mountain built. A main path leads up and left and right arms the paths to the small house from.
For wheelchair users, baby carriages and heavy luggage a bit steep and difficult.
Our apartment was at the top ... in the mountain, which is a little bit of movement provided. But there were Sundays evenings discreet live Klavirmusik from the hotel Don Antonio, what behind the Club Europa is located.
The food ( half board) was plentiful and diverse. Every day there were other meat and fish dishes. For 3 Euro per person and night one could so much drinks as you wanted ( beer, wine, soft drinks, juice.)
The 3 pools were always clean and there were 2 pool bars and enough chairs. The showers stayed in the pool area unfortunately no that great. One had a clear position around a tiny Ray abzubekommen.
The way to the beach then went about 800 meters Downhill, but unfortunately back then also again uphill. But there is a shuttle bus-bus provided the morning from 10 and in the afternoon without stopover to the beach goes.
On the day of departure you can get a small breakfast for early birds order at the time from 5 to 7 o'clock mornings.
Whoever came only in the afternoon or evenings leave, left be room until 11 o'clock, can the luggages in a trunk and from 2:00 P. M. was a double room to shower and freshen up provided.
All together a really good service.
The only not so great, were our small roommates, the ants. The saussten in in the living room and in the bathroom. Well, they just wanted to play and not bite.-)
Every evening there was in the hotel another event from magician up dance performance. For the small disco for children and Abendbespaßung. Aqua fitness in the pool there was also.
I can only recommend this hotel. On the round trip of hotel to hotel in the direction airport, me neither started hotels liked it better. read more

Nice hotel!
B e r: shabby and very dirty apartment the brand new. It was never cleaned properly; ants in the beds, in the bathroom, etc. Dishes and fridge with leftovers. Cleaners with strong corrosive resources. After complaint cleaning staff unfriendly. Offered other apartment not better! Bedlinen change only 1 time.
In short: we didn't bother unpacking, no/scrubber in the bathroom, the ants because -.

The hotel is very big, as they built in the bungalowstil and therefore very weitflächig designed.
The hotel lies at the edge of town of peguera. Therefore, it is in order the complex very quiet. The beach is half a mile away, however therefor goes regularly a shuttle bus to the beach and back.
The comfort room was quite small. It only a couple of years to be renovated, but in the bathroom there was in certain places mold and it sometimes smelled very musty.
The cleaning the room was unfortunately no that thorough. Under the bed was apparently not ... at all deseamed and also in the bathroom, the corners around wiped.
The food was back against very good. A great range of international and national dishes. read more
