Unfortunately, there was the hotel not under the specified address! We were moved in a gdr barons hotel... Terrible! The beds had different heights and were single beds, together...
The bathroom was a disabled bathroom! That is not bad... But not booked and under all sow built! Large enttäuschun! read more

The rooms are simple but comfortable. Due to the peaceful location our room in the back was it a Rrholung relaxation. Spacious bathroom. Very clean room. Always cleaned daily be. Breakfast buffet was versatile, and very fresh.
The staff there is, of course, nice and friendly and no artificial and feigned Courtesy,
Always have a open ear for the guests and their concerns and wishes, even if your shift actually is past.
We were the only once there, but surely still often go there. Due to the location of the hotel are all destinations and sights easy to reach. read more

We felt in Ilsenburg very felt at ease. The hotel is very cozy and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and especially totally peacefully located. The breakfast buffet and the food are super. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Here the vacation enjoy and we will come back soon. read more

The hotel is located in the old town is a very cute little hotel. In particular the staff were super nice and the food was really tasty. We were there for three days with FR/half board at the hotel and was very satisfied. Very friendly service. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. The half board was served even three course meal. As a starting point for hikes in the Harz mountains-romantic ilsetal, the Brocken and Wernigorode the hotel is very recommendable. The public transportation is with the Spa card in the resin free of charge. The vehicle directly in the courtyard and swimming pool in the sister hotel is free of charge. Very good deal of Groupon booked with half board. Old renovated city hotel without public house, on a busy main road. From the outside it looked pretty from uninhabited. The entrance to the check in was at the back of the house, we had to seek it once. We arrived about 1 hour early and were immediately sent to 15:00 o'clock then again the rooms were ready. Since we had great, it was not so bad. Otherwise, the hostess and the Chef very friendly. We were accommodated in the nebentrakt. It was very quiet, but unfortunately, it smelled quite ... strongly of oil. (maybe it was just delivered oil). The odor wasn't't good at all from the room. The breakfast was good and sufficient, the hotel on the first night schnitzel with fries and canned peas took some getting used to. The next evening there was pork steak with mushrooms and croquettes. That was good and plentiful. For us was the price/performance ratio okay. If we had paid the normal price, we were disappointed former. We can only recommend this hotel with reservations. read more

A small hotel in a good location and friendly staff. Good starting point for beautiful walks and excursions by car or bus in the resin. Decent rooms with renovated bathroom was completely enough to stay. Wide breakfast and dinner were adequate for the price. The hotel can recommend. read more

The hotel was as a base for a resin hike with parts for 20 people cleaning our best counting group selected. The rooms were newly renovated and well appointed. The location of the room was very quiet. The food was good and the staff very nice.

Room had main building to the rear, thus calmly. Room small, bathroom large enough. Carpet or wallpaper dirty, breakfast less than standard( for example only cooked eggs, no mirroror scrambled egg, no cream cheese nature, on the first day was still 1 teabag black tea- next no more!), tables in the beach area were already breakfast set, 2 night tables were made available for us, so that we can have drinks with us take could (as no other lounge there was), knobelboden cups were as we would have liked and were available-were not given, the attitude of the manager was ... not always friendly. 1 room cold water, my room was the bathroom cleaned but not my bed made. Room was not noisy or I had very silent neighbors.
city/local tax to pay, amount is OK. Only the hotel Vouchern for 1 drink is a joke: the drinks in the partner hotel (in the hotel old town booked) and only in connection with breakfast or food! One can save! read more
