Hotel Iberotel Makadi Saraya Resort^{(4.5 stars)}

We spent a one- week holiday staying at this lovely hotel. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness was amazing. I've never experienced such high a quality in service anywhere. There were many staff members to be seen all the time, and everyone was always smiling and asking how we were. Rooms were spacious and they were kept very clean. The surroundings were very beautiful, clean and taken care of. All in all the place was very attractive and I can warmly recommend it. The only thing I would change in our week is that we should have taken the all-inclusive. There ... were some restaurants, but the menus were quite brief as well as the grocery store's selection. read more

We were with our family for the 2. time in this hotel in a row. We everybody was satisfied and we will definitely come back to this hotel, because we know what to expect. Of course you must always keep in mind, it is Egypt and not Europa. However this hotel where a german manager, the is always on site. And all of them try to make you feel good. It was a relaxing bath vacation, simply let the spirits dangle. The staff at reception, our cleaner, the waiters (especially sheba ) in the restaurant, in the lobby and of course at the beach, very friendly and accommodating! The service has particularly helped, fruit, cakes, drinks were brought to your beach chair, super! The way to the beach was a small rewarding (about 5 minutes), but it was really good to walk. read more

A week vacation with friends, we have us in the Makadi Saraya hotel in the family room will be charged felt like at home. The staff was very friendly, especially the crew at the beach, such a service we did not and we are already much traveled. The hotel has no directly at the beach, however that didn't bother us, a small walk and one was already on the beautiful beach. We are definitely coming again. read more

We (2 paare 27-33 years) were 10 days (all-inclusive ) in february/march for a beach holiday in this hotel. Our summary is very positive. Hotel, room, pools, restaurants and beach very tidy and clean. The food (buffet) was very tasty and very good quality and above all freshly prepared. The staff is always very friendly and often quadrilingual (arabic, german, english, russian). The hotel is especially families with smaller children (child care, entertainment, kids buffet ), young people it is rare. Nevertheless, we felt not by the children feel disturbed. The free time activities (snorkeling, diving, Tennis, Kicker, wellness.) ... Is extensive and excursions could be booked on site. read more

In march we were for one week for a beach holiday in the Makadi Saraya resort and were very surprised at the friendly front desk, good language skills of the staff and super large and very good equipped apartments. We were mostly on the beach, even if we except to the beach about 15 minutes to walk (a shuttle bus goes but also every 30 minutes). Every hotel has its own beach section with entspechendem al service. Also we were very pleasantly surprised. You get the whole day to sonneneuntergang small snacks and all kinds of drinks. On the beach ... however you must bear in mind, that a entertainment team and sellers of any type (especially for the price newcomers) always on the way to earn customers are. Best not to note, if you want to have your peace and quiet! There was a warmed up pool (in march very pleasant). Eating and drinking in the main restaurant were ok, in buffet form, except for the beef was all very tasteful. The room service was especially creative with the daily bed decorations. Especially loved the fluffy towels good. About a small tip all and you should be! The area was very well-kept, with adjacent golf course, which is a waste of the precious water, and very little use was! read more

I was for the year 2000 15 times in Egypt, a week at the winterdepression to escape or to diving. Wonderful place of the finest quality. We, couple with a child, 15, had a family room with two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with a seating and dining area a small kitchen. This fz had four balconies, including three furnished, one of them with two beach chairs with thick cushions. At the beach and at the pool one was constantly asked for its desires and drinks were again and again just to selection past brought. read more
