Outwardly a hotel, which of the other hotels by its beautiful architecture stresses, a nice small romantic hotel. The guests mostly came from France, Holland, England and a few germans. We had a room with a sea view on the 4. floor. read more

    With its 47 rooms, all is quite manageable, the rooms are not very big, but sufficient. Much is unfortunately in need of renovation, doors and windows were leaky, thus is everything very badly soundproofed, each night woke us up barking from the nachbarsgrundstücken. Defective lamps and heraushängende cable interested no. The hygiene is only superficially, time the room, or it happened nothing at all. The hand towels were usually spotted grey and frayed.

    The communication with the staff was only in english, the friendliness was rather 'reserved', especially in the young lady at the front desk, but that was certainly on our complaint soon on the first day when we were next to the cupboard house wanted. At the nettesten was the night porter!

    The hotel is located 10 minutes on foot from the center from Kusadasi on a hillside, you have a wonderful view to the harbor and the island. The nearby beach, which one over a trampling path reaches, is neglected and dirty and barely usable.

The hotel sees from the outside really very pleasant from. If you bad luck has, you get a room to the street or like us by the pool, the horror room 107! See foto's. When we brought it to the attention of the director complained, there was a upgrade to the room 307 with a view of the sea and balcony (10€ per day!) because the aim of of the hotel is, only into the room 107 chic and afterwards the upgrade offer \u263a Unfortunately, unfortunately. The hotel sees from the outside very pleasant from. If you are unlucky enough, you get a room to the street or garden view, including view of trash and debris, as well as constant barking of surrounding houses. The cars on the street are on three sides of the hotel to hear. We only got a mini-room with monströsem 140 king wooden poster including porch. Move hardly went. To 2 days then the larger room downstairs: 207 without street noise. This could not be locked. This is however not a problem. Squeaky beds and doors, dishes-noise outside and after eating. ... Very dämmeriges light everywhere. The bathroom had the water bad. It was only superficially wiped. The pool is okish, you can hear also times cars, chairs partly. Rotten. Staff very pleasant. One must drinks buy it there, bring your own is not permitted. Food on the terrace with a view of the sea. A photographer annoying every evening for the food. read more

Old television RTL, telephone, dämmeriges bathroom without windows room 207 and the shower door points in the leadership half verrostung on, water is hardly from.     In the hotel there were only the outdoor terrace area. We had booked half board. Breakfast: jam was rather a sugar syrup with a few fruits in bowls. No quark, but yogurt. Old cereal and Kellogg's. Coffee ok. Various sheep cheese sorts, rather salty. A little greens, various olives. One sort of sausage. Bread. Eggs. One day omelets freshly a day crepes freshly. - many missed a bit. The normal breakfast. Every morning and evening water melon, honeydew melon, oranges, pears. Dinner: the starters buffet was good and rich, that we ate we mostly full. The main course only consisted of one dish, which was 4 weschos from the staff on the plates were given: vegetables, rice or similar meat (one day chicken, a day Turkey it was always rotateing, and to dry, at the no. Day to gulasch processed). So boring food we have never had. There was veal and fish once, breaded with bones. My husband eat no fish. He went out in the evening so empty... Only turkish cuisine, and above all cheap kitchen, that was really the last, the good turkish cuisine we have not at all got to know. The wine is more than just dry. The atmosphere is on the terrace nice, the staff always clears equal from. The gastronomy in the area seemed ok to good, except for the food-there are mostly hamburgers and cheeseburgers.

    Staff as mentioned friendly. Only partially english speaking. Downstairs next to the pool = hammam (10 Euro each) and massage area. The we enjoyed. That correctly fun made. Only the cleaning of the rooms was not so good.

    There was entertainment once in 2 weeks. A guitarist. Music on the terrace during the meal only from the mainland from the front.     Directly on the street was not so pleasant. There are also rooms direct to the street leading... The Dolmuş drives everywhere, luckily also to the beaches. The house beach was over a track and full of algae and garbage. Except for jade club, the costs 12,50 Euro. As most beaches there. Clean is the ladies beach and long beach. You'll find the top restaurants, a wall, sand and the sea. No green. For the toilet and shower = 50 cent (better everywhere in t. lire are charged). One is on where. End also close together. The green beach is, what Spain are used to, so green, small, quieter, but garbage. Already closed dining and clubs gangs so before itself, to the frayed lounge pillows. Toilets free. Hoch ( millipark ): 1st beach = sand and trees and trash here and there. 3. beach: gravel and forest and... Around constantly§1 wild boar! - they were peaceful, the beach was ok. The altinsaray is especially by its individuality. In the maurischen style built with beautiful inner courtyards it is from the outside as inside very pitoresk. The staff are friendly, fun and service minded. There is even a cute little Hotel Katze. The food variety is varied and too many good. The rooms are adequate and will be every day from the very nice Charwomen very thoroughly cleaned. Only negatives. Some could the hotel a painting gotten. Animation and childcare are not taking place. So ideal for travellers, who the hotel as Aúsgangspunkt for excursions use. If we in Kusadasi again ... have a vacation, we would the hotel immediately again read more

    For three stars good facilities (doppelzimmer-standard): no nachkommoden available. Bed as comfortable as some of the 4 stars -bed. Air conditioning -complex with a remote control in immaculate condition. Spacious semi-circular shower cubicle with always warm water.

    For three stars great. Everything was fresh and rich selection, always 2 sorts of bread. However there is three stars no fish. The strange thing is, that one other tea tea converted 50 cent per bag numbers; the is inconvenient and should immediately be abolished! The entire kitchen team is authentic, friendly and quick. In the morning there is in the change or pancakes scrambled egg by pers. Ingredients.

    Mostly young people ( students?) at the front desk, the only basic English have. Do not talk much, tried but friendliness, want fast money. The front desk is a simple wooden counter, the round-the-clock. The cleaning lady greets friendly back and is in the toilet paper spacious. Every day all towels were changed, which I pers. Exaggerated think.

    The pool is architecturally for three stars top marks: from 1.20 meters to 2,25 meters deep. It can accommodate up to 3 persons at the same time, swim laps. Water was clean and had a good temperature. Deductions, because no lifesaver and no separation for non-swimmer/ children available. Shower ( not by the pool) and toilets are very badly signposted. Similarly, there is no water aerobics/animation. Only rather loud-disco -speaker sounds from the restaurant-terrace above. Waiter comes rarely, to drinks amongst others to questions.

The hotel is small, none of these usual blocks. Architecturally as mediterranean style to describe. The rooms are pretty small. Only here one noticed then but the 3-stars. The rooms have air conditioning, fridge and tv. Guests: almost exclusively dutch, little German, a few french, no russians. Average age: estimated 35 to 40 years. Hotel estimated 10-years-old. Closed in the winter, therefore constantly newly renovated. Only half board, that means not the all inclusive-offer possible. read more

    The beaches in Kusadasi aren't very big and nice. Karibik looks differently. To the sea it is 5 minutes on foot down the hill. There are approximately 100 meters length loungers on a wooden frame from which it right into the water goes ( stony beach-very flat). Loungers cost 5 Euro per D. The airport is 90 kilometer away. Into town you can in 15 minutes on foot walking. There are the usual Dolmuş. Ephesus is 25 kilometer away, as well as the nature reserve 'milli park'. When the latter recommends the drive with the rental car. The beaches are good.

The employees were helpful and very nice. Also the food has good food and for the size of the hotel was also always a selection of various food available. The range for the food was always clean and tidy. But big praise! Unfortunately the hotel is but run down and at least our room urgently in need of renovation. Also the pool is probably over the years has been neglected. This hotel us through its special architectural style very impressed. With 47 rooms manageable and quiet. The rooms dark wood- cremeweiße walls and Baldachinbett. Very large bathroom, in the unfortunately a place to put things missing. The dinner consisted of a main course with many side dishes. Large appetizers buffet! Very delicious desserts. The large variety during dinner was missing-this made the tempered chef however by the kind and schmachhafte preparation of the food more than made up for it. The staff -, whether kitchen, bar, front desk, cleaning or in the service area were very friendly and always helpful. ... You feel here in very good hands. For families with children not really suitable. Very large pool. Small sauna- and wellness area. Kusadasi in 10 minutes on foot reachable. Dolmuş right in front of the hotel. Beach by 2 bars reachable. Rather small with terraces with loungers. Great inside and outside in a garden in the milli park/nature park! In about 1 hour with the Dolmuş to reach. 3 large beaches with free wooden beach chairs and umbrellas and endless nature. Here you have the choice between sand and pebble beach. We were thrilled by this relaxing and great holiday in a very nice countryside. We stayed here not for the last time! read more

Have felt myself very well. Strandmöglichkeiten limited therefore mostly pool use. The large pool was clean, enough chairs and umbrellas available. Staff in all Areas friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were some linguistic misunderstandings with the front desk. English spoken, however not so good. Excursions to Ephesus, Priene, Milet and so on were Extremely interesting. Very recommendable. read more

    the room was simple but practically equipped. It was cleaned every day and you get every day new towels. We had a small balcony. One has in the room a safe, the per day 2 euros costs, the prices for the beverages in the minibar are moderate.

    All are very friendly, attentive and always hard-working to make the guest lucky. They all speak a excellent English. It is often criticised the there nobody German speaks, but goes times Germany in a three star hotel, who speaks there Turkish! The young man at the front desk learns but industrious German. we arrived very early in the morning in the hotel and could right into the room and right have breakfast and could the room on the final day without extra charge to the departure flight ( at night ) keep.

    the hotel lies on a small hill and we had a great view on the sea. The ladies beach one drives 5 minutes with the Dolmuş, the directly in front of the hotel stops. The beach club below of the hotel, is not recommendable. To the center kusadasi is about 10 minutes or you can take the Dolmuş. excursions we have in the center and we were satisfied. The excursions there are about 10 to 20 €cheaper than the tour operators.

Basic knowledge in English are in the hotel as in the whole region very helpful. Rooms and balcony for three occupancy a bit tight. The furnishing the room as of entire hotel are very traditionally( Ottoman style, hand-painted tiles and so on) but not old. Bathroom is of 2 years modernized. Double room was booked with Meerbl on Ecozimmer I can't statements make. read more

Both is to reach on foot ( 10 to 15 minutes) or with the Dolly line ladies beach all 5 minutes right on the hotel past for about 70 cents. The two hundred meters away beach from the brochure consists of some beach clubs with a terrace with loungers and ocean. Not everyone thing.

The hotel itself is very nice. Unfortunately was not properly cleaned the room. The bathroom was dirty in some spots. After a week we found some hair on the floor in the room (We are both blond hair and the black). Otherwise the room was functional but okay. Only the balcony was very small. The food: the breakfast buffet was delicious but not too extensive. The only variety was a taxi between omelet and pancakes two-day change. The evening buffet consisted of a salad and okay-really delicious. The dishes changed every day and were to extremely impressive. Drinks were unfortunately ... only free breakfast. The pool was nice, the grid at the edge was broken in many places as well as the floor around the pool. A smelly, toolsheds opened directly by the pool didn't seem very pleasant. read more

The Saray is a nice little altin Hotel, rather for couples no animation. the food and the cleanliness and the quality of the restaurants are good, although no culinary Rausreisser are, but we are in three stars category. The rooms are simple and small and for a small tip in euro may the girls of the service to perform miracles. Across the hotel is a pure source of noise and I am glad in this small hotel to have landed. Food and friendliness of the staff were very good. For swimmers only want to lie at the pool, it is ... small but the beach club downhill was also nice. The beach is easily accessible by bus, but the area was pleasant. Personally, I wouldn't recommend a holiday with small children, this is nothing for well standing types. But if you just love it is absolutely right and very well cared for. We loved it! For us, my daughter and me, the most beautiful hotel in Kusadasi. Beautiful architecture and a very nice grounds. The service, the front desk were very nice. The rooms clean and the bathroom ok. We had a very quiet room. Maybe it was due to the month march. I have no disco nearby seen. read more
