A relaxed vacation with best situated.
Best hotel location in beautiful quiet environment and yet only a short distance to the center.
Very good food. It is on special diet menus taken into consideration.
Homemade cakes-a poem. Very recommendable.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
At the end a walking is a great pool with a magnificent view in the surrounding mountain world.
This hotel we guaranteed again!

Was a really great vacation everything fit, weather the hotel team simply everything, immediately again. Absolutely family-friendly, the hotel is centrally located but nevertheless quiet, about 10 minutes to Meran center, about 20 minutes the botanical garden ( Trautmann's garden).

Very recommendable! Friendly staff and very good cuisine ( usually 4 courses ) spoiled us from the start. Also the weekly bar-B-queue and the Küchenbüfett leaves nothing to be desired.

Hotel in an optimal location. Quiet, but not isolated. Enough parking spaces. Everything! Very clean and tidy. The owner and their employees know what good hospitality and service means. Stayed in any hotel so much friendliness experience. Room and their cleaning good. Breakfast buffet is good and varied. Food also very varied and in high quality. 1 times in week cold-Warm buffet and 1 times dessert area and if weather stable bar-B-queue on the beautiful terrace. Saturday cocktails with appetisers advance. Owner have always helpful tips and hiking suggestions ready. But the highlight every day is the dinner at the ... service a great -atmosphere creates. The family-run hotel welcomes you with cordial and local color. Almost around the clock will informed, serves, polished, cooked and for the well-being of the tourist hard-working.
we had the best room in the house in the central first floor, which very spacious and with a wonderful view outcomes. We slept wonderfully and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and practical. The manager of the hotel was also always for a chat or late Chen to have. And if you don't feel like for excursions or hiking routes has, you could with coffee specialties or a delicious ice around ... the pool the sun on the inclined Belly burn off. read more

Very quiet hotel a good starting point for many destinations-friendliness and warmth of the owner and the staff excellent. Holiday with friends or less. The food was always very good and sufficient. Especially the opinion of the reviewer prepared cold/warm buffet, as well as the dessert buffet per 1 x weekly. Otherwise always with salad buffet, hors-d'oeuvre and main Court partly choice and. Dessertwahl to walk 15 to 20 minute walk to the pedestrian area. Always good tips for excursions or hiking from the chef. Service in the restaurant were always exemplary and friendly. read more

Have stayed here several times and it is always again beautiful here were we-holiday with friends-you felt comfortable and well cared for!
The location is great, 15 to 20 minutes in walking distance to is in the heart of Merano.
Also are numerous hiking and cycling excursions-there is one in the hotel also very good advice! The food, both the ample breakfast choice, as also in the evening with salad (!) and at least3 course menu, is very good, to mention the delicious homemade cakes also!
For relaxation it is a large, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, sauna ... and a beautiful terrace-everything was very well maintained and nicely decorated.
The room are beautiful with a lovely balcony-everything very clean!

The hotel is clean and very pleasant from the owner. The location is very good to go downtown (to foot about ten minutes). The room and all other amenities (pool, bar, dining area) are very clean and the food is excellent. We (2 adults, 2 children 5 + 8) are frequent guest there and will certainly also again. read more

A mystery to us is the, that the food is always good.
Breakfast: dearless arranged cheese and meat platters, only with trouble was the cheese from the stack to get on the plate.
Dinner: two empty plates, in the middle there was a silver platter (food for two people)
No choice, small portions. As side dishes were always potatoes almost.
For us was the cooked cheaply.
Room: the mattresses were saggy. Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired bathroom dirty upon arrival from the previous guests. read more

The hotel is excellent and has a lot of regular guests (virtually all from Germany). The food is excellent. You should definitely take half board! It is always a delicious 4-course menu (Sunday even five courses!) also the breakfast is excellent and consists of Flöckli, Dörr fruits, grains, yogurt, Quark, different kinds of breads (something much with Caraway), rolls, sausage, cheese, jam etc. and juice. Already on the second day our preferred drink unbestellt served to the table! So great service! The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Our room had a huge comfortably furnished balcony, we could enjoy the ... right. The room decor is very convenient, perhaps not more modern. We even had a table with benches. The bathroom is spacious and clean, but the tiles were already in the years come something.
We were a week in the hotel. We have done every day a hike or bike. We have already. 21./ 22,5 swam in the outdoor swimming pool. Merano is very beautiful and 20 minutes to foot or in five minutes by bike to reach. The hotel offers two ladies and gentlemen-bicycles at. We have detected a long time not everything, so we come again! read more

We were now for the fifth time I stayed here and loved it again on the new. The owner's family and their staff and a hospitality to beat life is hardly the. It has almost family and felt from the first minute at home. Hotel is centrally located and yet very quiet. The cable cars with car most of the surrounding areas in 30 minutes to get to 15. Cleanliness, quiet, service, food, pool area and the house itself can only recommend you. read more
