Nice hotel with great south seas flair. The entire hotel was very clean and stylishly furnished. The breakfast buffet was enormous and really tasty. Wi-fi was free of charge in the rooms available. The guest structure was mixed. Young but also older couples and families. No backpacker. Nationalities were many represented. Russians, british, Sweden, italian, japanese but also nor a few german. read more

    Great big room. Recommend the sea view, the view and the size the balcony was a dream! In-room safe, air conditioning, minibar and so on. Available. You could also different kissenstärken on the lobby order. The double beds were large and comfortable (typical king-size bed).

    Directly at the beach, the swimming pool borders directly at the clean private beach. The airport is approximately 1 hour away with the taxi and phuket town (pier) about half an hour. There is a small shoppingboutique directly außem cards the hotel. The prices here are absolutely alright. Also 2 tailors you can find on from the hotel (we have ourselves a costume and a cocktail dress tailor-dress about 80 €, costume about 100 €). We were in the woods directly at the hotel next to the small gift shop. The quality is great and it is great. We recommend definitely further. Opposite from the hotel there is also an atm (better course at barabhebung than change in the hotel) and some restaurants. In the restaurant treetop we were each evening meal. Delicious! (2 cocktails, 2 main courses and a starter spring rolls in the rule about 600 Bhat (circa 15 €). In the restaurant there was for dessert always complimentary super fresh fruits. A really nice guests. Right next to the restaurant there is a massage studio, we daily massages (aromatic oil massage 1 hour - 10 Euro). Really top and very relaxing. Next is still a supermarket you can also great with snacks, alcohol and drink. We found the location from the hotel amazing, since ma here the peace and quiet had, you on vacation need, but nevertheless outside the hotel a few choices of restaurants etc. Has. A massenbefüllten beach or action outside the hotel we would have definitely not in mood, so was this hotel the perfect choice for us.

The entrance to the hotel is immediately a dreamlike view of the sea. We got an upgrade to an Radisson suite for one week booked. For us it was' the best ' on the complex. Magnificent view the whole bay. The view when entering of the room! Afterwards not a visible terrace and the greatest bath of my life... On corner window with a view of the bay, absolutely amazing! The whole complex exceptionally beautiful. There was nothing to moan about in our opinion. read more

This hotel is in a very good condition. If you just want a beach holiday very good. To note there was low tide and high tide in the sea. At low tide the water is very far went back. There is in the area not very many restauranks but good. Opposite of the hotel there is a supermarket where you got everything. read more

Dream vacation in a great hotel. Staff ( not management ) exceedingly friendly. Unfortunately has the management on full line failed. Try the guests to ignore, room changing ( reason: supposedly broken air conditioning) are only after 4 days grants (management blocked). The only which is from the management to the guests' welfare made was the chef! Kitchen perfect top. The kitchen is to a very high standard-> high, as well as taste price a drink nevertheless something overpriced. The hotel is for people who want to relax very suitable. Because the hotel very off the beaten track there is ... almost no business /restaurants in closer environment. There were almost no children present and in case one child times in the 'adults pool' was it was pointed out, that it silent to behavior or in the specially designed for children equipped pool go to. read more

A very nice and tidy hotel. Our junior suite (1410) was unfortunately by wooden Connecting door with the apartment 1411 and with no soundproofing. It was this suite very badly soundproofed and we were almost any night by loud conversation the Mostly Chinese short breaks around our sleep disturbed. read more

We had a great stay at this hotel. For parties however not suitable, since no great entertainment possibilities in the surroundings are available. Who relaxation and relaxation searches is right at home here. To phuket town about 11 kilometer; after pattong approximately 35 kilometer. The pool ( seaside) should from the staff be maintained some care about; if lots of guests in the water were, leaves the cleanliness something else to wish for. read more

If you don't have a deep sleeper and a room to the pool booked should a few ear plugs carry forward, since from time to time asian groups the hotel to celebrate book and times at night water polo in the pool play or in the open restaurant lautstarkes karaoke stage. I have no problems, since ichaus this reason always earplugs back with me. This is however during the 2 weeks only 2 times happens, apart from that prevailed absolute rest and relaxation. read more

We had this hotel booked, because it is secluded and quiet was described. We were under the assumption that it was a or two restaurants close to the beach would be. Unfortunately, we were disappointed, since both not too had taken. At the beach there is nothing and you need to next restaurant on a very busy street go. To the next restaurant it is 10 minutes walk and then only 1 restaurant to choose from. You need to be careful since you the restaurants only on the busy main street reach can. We wanted times a few days peace ... from the occupational stress and only had children with us. There was 4 pools with a pool for children and the children under 6 years old nothing in the main pool to find had. The children were all with babies and so on in all pools and had only children's noise. The pool chairs were prematurely before 8 o'clock reserved in the morning, the sun screens too few. The majority of the guests as the Asian visitors with coaches arrived for 2a 3 days and were through its short duration of the stay with their nocturnal parties on the rooms very noisy. The staff's hospitality was mostly very constrained. We visited Thailand already 8 times and eventually discovered the general Thailand is no longer the case as 5 years ago. read more

The management has just changed, accordingly there might be some hope the in this hotel improved. At this moment however not a 5 stars recommendable, would certainly as good three stars complex peruse. The food is path and the individual restaurants only differ from the location- however quality, taste and the choice is no difference. The entire area inclusive the room for the short time already quite used. (A shame, since the pool area and the view of the first impression really impressive may ) Service finds only on demand instead of, apart from that has one of the most ... staff in this hotel seine peace, since these very trained blind eye are. The hotel lies in the South from Phuket, by car about 1 hour away from international airport. The transfer from the hotel organized cost 1100 bath a way. We got room 3414, a deluxe room with garden pool and sea view in the 4 floor the furthest row. It was spacious, equipped with a mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom with bath tub and shower. Free Minearlwasser there was every day new. The breakfast buffet with beautiful selection of fresh products, egg dishes be freshly prepared. You can sit either inside or outside, tables but partly different heights. ... The staff seemed 'burnt out', it took a long time, until one was served, rarely a polite to table companioning. But what I still in no hotel experienced is, that tea extra 100 bath costs if you Earl Grey or English breakfest wishes. A great hotel- complex, but the service is not expectations posts! The staff are always very friendly, but the service is a total disaster, slow and unorganized. Much staff and a total mess, either one 5 times after tea or coffee asked, or waits 10 minutes, until you finally someone finds, the a drinks serves. A shame, because this problem one could with relatively little effort repair. On the whole I can recommend the hotel! read more

the hotel is very good in shot and technically on a high level. Very nice and well-kept area. The tides of the sea were very considerable, we were there during the Vollmondes there and could with low tide estimated 400 meters into the 'sea' hinauswandern, in the remaining puddles could all kinds of animals are observed.     We stayed in the old building on the fourth floor with great views of the bay and went smoothly. The room was very clean and with a top facilities.     pleasant quiet location secluded from Mass Tourism. Nearby there is everything which it needs. Opposite the hotel is a 24- Stundenshop, a pharmacy, the motor bike rental and a restaurant. From the hotel on the left of the street down one reaches after about 10 minutes the promenade with several restaurants and street traders in the local Indian restaurant on the left side of the street up, one reaches again three restaurants with partially rooftop terraces offering wonderful views. Turn right out of the hotel the main street along there is approximately 500 meters another restaurant. The quality of the dishes was everywhere excellent.

The hotel complex is really brilliant. The whole complex is very well thought through and well arranged. Also in the high season you always had a quiet spot. Very wide selection of loungers, of any type. Clean rooms and dreamlike view. We only booked with breakfast, what was adequate, but we didn't from the stools gehauen has. For a 5 stars hotel we have more choice expected. Very many europeans, especially german. read more

    We have deluxe rooms with sea view booked. Really very nice. The view a dream, the showers clean and pleasant. The bathtub a bit small (i am 1.80 meters), but also very clean.     The distance from the airport is about 1 hour with the taxi. We had transfer and everything was smooth. Opposite the hotel, in other words on the other side of the street, you will find : pharmacy, 24 hours shop, taxi and excursions to book, as well as massage parlour and a hair salon. The hotel has a private beach. Due to low tide and high tide is the baden limited - we were aware of. Only so much dirt we have not seen. It was early in the morning always cleaned, there has not been sufficient. Plastics and seaweed and any dirt were, more a storm at night, washed ashore. Really disgusting! On some days you could not at all into the water go. At other again it was clean and pleasant.
