Very nice, very well maintained facilities and unpretentious staff. Particularly the restaurant with its delicious dinner and courteous (for the most part multi-lingual) team is very recommendable. The meals are fresh, creative and region. The breakfast included a selection of different cakes, muffins, croissants, very much fresh fruits, homemade bread, eggs in all variants, cold cuts, cheese, sweet spreads, muesli, juices and coffee-specialties. Negative: the swimming pool was only open from 15 o'clock and use of the wellness area had to for 15 Euro a bathrobe be borrowed read more

The hotel is mostly by tour bus crowd and serves as a venue for larger family celebrations such as weddings ( alone during our one-week stay there were 4 large weddings/family reunions.)
The staff are altogether friendly, hard and helpful, but in particular in the restaurant it is understaffed and with the 'feeding' many groups such in the stress, so that the quality the services and the meal times in the evening partly opposite the individual traveller to be desired left. The breakfast buffet was not diverse, however there is something there for any taste, however from 9:30 ... A. M. generally no longer automatically refilled; were the breads all, there was white bread.
The booked Tullo was of the equipment simply rustic, but OK, hardly natural light through Fensterlucken, the terrace location of most trulli to sandy parking aligned respectively with free view on eingestürzte old Trullruinen. Only the trulli 4.5,6 have a more beautiful view from terrace into the green. Furnishing the trulli -terrace:1 table, 2 chairs, no chairs.
Our request for change of tullo in a hotel room with a balcony was without any problems met~ size of the room adequate and clean, mattresses we found really good, bathroom clean, location all balcony in one direction, rather shady, from 9:00 was on the balconies no more sun, the can at hot temperatures in the summer pleasant, but is for sun worshipper perhaps important to know. The pool is quite large, loungers also sufficiently available, until the groups of the day trips to. Then it may be tight. Lasting ' Rausch'kulisse by generators or similar by the pool.
A car is for excursions or food outside of the hotel actually indispensable.
Central starting point for excursions in every direction.
The use of the indoor swimming pools is supposed to be free, but the use of the bathrobe and bathing shoes from the spa area is mandatory and costs 15-€ rental fee. Thus nevertheless not free and available included.
English and/or knowledge of Italian are advisable.
Unique stay was OK, but not sustainable impressed, we had expected more. read more

We had ants in our room, what for a four-star hotel very disappointing is. The problem but it was very quickly solved, we were given promptly a new room. The hotel-restaurant offers no wide selection of food and the prices are very proud. Generally very quiet in the hotel.
The pool was hammer, large and very clean. The people at the bar and the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very out of the way, but they have a great trip -service to the beach and village (alberobello). The beach was a little crowded but ok. read more

Quiet and secluded, as well as getting a bit old. They wanted to give us a completely moldy trulli offer. After complaint they refused to give us a standard double room to turn, even though we the expensive trulli variant had booked. To repeated complaint we got a better trulli, but with defective safe ( missing key).
It was also immediately solution ready: we were allowed to park in the office of the map of the hotel and should our valuables in his safe store. To repeated complaint we got finally a clean, large and beautiful trulli (number 9). But ... the tv was broken.
Because we only one night remained, we did not want to a fourth time matters.
We were but in the hotel no longer greeted. read more

Hotel very nice, size of the room normally, a shame, that no balcony it is. Window you had to closed because of the many mosquitoes in front of the window. Breakfast buffet was OK., nothing special, but sufficient. Dinner was a disaster, appetizers, that means the pasta dish was good. Main course was just horrible, fish hardly edible, the side dishes cooked peas or beans and kroketten gave it daily, no variety. Dessert was very good. Staff was overburdened, almost daily 1 or 2 because wedding parties, which the attention, respectively the staff needed. If again this hotel, only without ... half board. Hotel lies beautiful alone in the countryside, disadvantage: no city nearby. read more

Great hotel
The staff are very friendly and helpful. In spite of the size very informal.
Was located somewhat outside, but you can with a em shuttle bus after alberobello drive.
A rental car would be recommendable because you just have to see a lot for example Lecce, Ortranto,
Trani and Groten of Locorotondo and so on read more

We are with a rental car from the airport Brindisi and had 'Bed & Breakfast'.
Hotel overall very good hotel, probably the best in the area.
Factors were:
Annoying hum permanently at the pool (area farm house next to the pool! possibly air conditioning),
At the pool were partly too little space, too few beach chairs (especially around the 15 August).
The location: dining, shopping, beach (beach chair with umbrella will be by the hotel) only with car attainable! read more

New hotel next to highway ss172 direction Putignano, well signposted from san giovanni rotondo, large car park, despite the closeness to the quiet street, consists of accomodations in Reconstructed Trullis ( not try) and standard rooms in 2 -story hotel building, in the basement spa with swimming pool and two saunas, unfortunately only once per stay for free (table d'hote otherwise €18 , including drinks), room with no balcony, but spacious and with a large window, breakfast buffet rich, tip: Grotta del Trullo in Putgnano off the highway toward ss172 turi instead of the crowded, visit overpriced Castellana Grotte read more

It is a very nice family run hotel with a great new spa. The food was always varied and freshly prepared, so you sometimes a small waiting line to the hotel. We especially liked the local Galladinee ( Cucina Pugliese) promised. To the beach it was about 18 km, about a panoramastr. Very easy to reach. To the next town San Giovanni rotondo with its Trullis about four kilometers. The staff was always very friendly. read more

The hotel is located about 4Km at alberobello, very quiet with a large very pretty decorated Park. Plenty of shade and flowers. The outdoor pool with bar, beach chairs and umbrellas or shade is beautiful decor. The hotel sandy beach is about 20 km away, that, for some city breaks is a car necessary, the great value for money could be ordered at the front desk. The service is outstanding and always friendly and courteous. Faz and international newspapers. The Internet can be used for free daily temperatures of 30 minutes. We had half board and have nothing but praise ... for both comment on the food. The variety of Speisenfolgen and the Frühtsück ( for Italian standards) is really good. The room we were in the main building in the back toward landscape is modern, large and well appointed. read more

We only took a few days at this hotel and in one of the Trullos. For us after these days is clear that probably only the tour groups this hotel, as we could see that these were very accommodating. We are often traveling in Italy and had another excellent hotel on our local trip so we could very well. Dinner was good, although you at dinner and breakfast not very comfortable. At dinner it came to wait half an hour before you've even got a water let alone something different, the group was always happening. The breakfast room was like ... a a snub hall. The breakfast didn't like croissants, except a was even the coffee was undrinkable. The location is good for all surrounding towns such as to reach alberobello, but at night for short our legs or jogging it is nothing. We would not go there again in this hotel. read more

The hotel was located about 4 kms from Alberobello (very still ) in an
olive grove. There was a large outdoor pool with a pool bar in the area where also small snacks and drinks were offered.
Beach chairs and umbrellas and shady places were in sufficient
number available. We stayed for 2 weeks at the hotel and felt very comfortable. For a longer holiday a car was definitely necessary.
For the many sights Apuliens was an ideal location.
If one liked to spend a beach day in between on the ocean, there was the offer of a hotel voucher ... for parking as well as for 2 beach chairs and umbrella at the beach Pelle Rosso.
The clean sandy beach was about 20 kms away from the hotel and also for smaller children very suitable. read more

Our first hotel on the TUI Apulia tour. The rooms are newly renovated and very good, comfortable condition. Although the room did not have a balcony. The garden is nice, but it was in pretty bad shape ( neglected) when we were there. The pool is nice with good pool chairs, but it didn't bother a noisy generator. The restaurant is a disaster! Breakfast will be there after 7:30, almost all of the guests in the hotel were a tour and they start daily between eight and 8:15. So storms all simultaneously for breakfast The buffet is sufficient ... for Italy 4 -star Evenings there was a menu. The waiters were almost without exception unfriendly and inconsiderate and the food is definitely not a 4 star!!! ( Among vegetarians but they do not go out but you won't starve) The hotel is outside a city and can only be reached by taking a bus or car/taxi. For alberobello you can travel approximately 30 minutes by car. In the context of the trip was the hotel (except for the food) in order. We would here! read more
