The only deficit in this hotel is the lighting in the rooms. The lampshades consist of a cream-coloured shelter material and as light bulbs-like everywhere-energy efficient light bulbs. It is almost a thing of the impossibility of a book or something else to read-this should really be changed. read more

We had a very nice, approximately 70 meters² large, well equipped suite with a pleasant A view of a park. The balcony was a bit small, which in November is not disturbing. The bathroom is also pleasant large, the everything functioned
Is in a good to very good condition. Varied breakfast. U. E. Something there for every taste. Even some German television channel ( what in Portugal not the rule) we were available. We can recommend this hotel without any reservations. read more

Is purely optical. the building from the outside no real eye-catcher. From the inside offers a better picture. Lobby, bar and restaurant are friendly and modern.
The 'large' conference room is simple, is located directly at the pool bar and provides a not always quiet conditions. Because the hotel but primarily on vacationers is, is this could be avoided. read more

The archived review from the June 2009 hit the nail already on the head. The hotel, but particularly the staff, seem very impersonal respectively unprofessional. Room, mattresses and bath are OK. Cleaning ladies forget but with us at 4 of 14 days the towels. Glasses in the room are anyway not cleaned. The reclaimed not functioning fridge in room 638 work probably still not. The balcony only once per week cleaned, although the condensation of air Contition every morning drüberschwabbt and the wind everything possible of the roof on the balcony blows. We had only booked accommodation and breakfast. Since ..., however, the rather 'British' breakfast every morning a chaos was, we didn't regret it. The majority of the guests (50% NL, 25% gigabyte, Danes, German, Russians) were to conversations with the half board satisfied. The pool area is for the hotel complex clearly too small. As a starting point for Lissabonerkundungen the hotel is suitable, for beach vacation not really. Altogether were the 2 weeks okay, we therefore recommend the hotel further, we would not again drive. read more

Nice hotel with good service and good food( half board, buffet). Very helpful service at reception. Booked room with a view of the sea was not available, therefore probably upgrade to a suite, free of charge. The nearby beach is rocky, sandy beach only in 1a 2 kilometer distance, the Atlantic is however pretty cold. Very nice view of the sea from the balcony on the 5th floor. Cascais is a very pretty town. One reaches Lissabon with the train in about 45 minutes read more

Hotel older Generation. Rooms, lobby and restaurant freshly renovated. Wonderful, clean and palm trees flourishes garden area. Breakfast oK, no more, no less. Every day the same thing and also always the same placed. The tightened curtains the restaurant seemed very dark and gloomy, sad, because outside the sun was shining, when we went inside as well as in the waiters. Service slow. the rooms were really very nice, newly lialfarbenen tones in equipped and we had even a equipped Kitchenette. The best check-in balcony (still in need of renovation). We had a room on the fifth floor with a ... view of the sea booked. And was well worth it. The view is hard to beat. The sea, the port, before the garden area and background the lighthouse. If there sunny is, then offers the balcony a dreamlike alternative to the program of the sightseeing around Lisbon. Direct at the hotel runs along the promenade, at the along you to the center within walking distance. Duration about 15 minutes (without photos Topps). There are several shops, restaurant, tourist information and otherwise need. Beach bays there are several in a row. The water looked clean. You can further on the promenade to Estoril walk, there is a massive Casino. With free wheels, you could also drive. It offers a tour of the beaches further Northern at, as for example Guincho with the bar. A supermarket is unfortunately not near the hotel. But there is a large Hipercor in Cascais, you by car well. It is worth a trip to Sintra. After Lisbon is easy with the course, however the tariff system after 10 days we have not understood. Otherwise you do a car good services. There's a lot to see in the surrounding area. Try definitely the first-class ice at the branch or Santini in Cascais in Lisbon, nearby the café Brasileira (that is also a visit worth it!). For a city trip to Lisbon we liked the hotel, however there is still a potential in terms of improving friendliness. We didn't welcome felt, rather than inconvenient. You asked not to arrival after a 'good journey' or welcomed us, and not, whether we like or wish us a good trip home. Very sad! When we arrived after a common understanding language Spanish, English or German we were totally confused and offered slightly annoyed that knowledge set, only to speak English is! A friendly welcome something different!
You can park direct in front of the hotel, but only with a 'approval note' of the front desk.
we would go back to the hotel and hope for more friendliness.
alternative it should be the hotel located opposite Farol mentioned, looked great from, rather minimalist, but certainly more expensive.
or the Grande real direct next door, is very refined and sophisticated, if you like it.
take a look at the exact location of the hotel, if you by car arrival. It is due to the one-way streets difficult to find. At the street at the sea there then left and right to the hotel down.
have fun all Cascais-Lisbon traveler and good weather!

We were with Jahn Reisen in Portugal. You can save, except for the shuttle they have done nothing for us and even that was insufficient. The hotel and flight in the Internet, and you have regarding despite shuttle loose 500 €. We were from the hotel three times and twice in Lisbon in Sint rage birge. Great tours. In Cascais there are three free bicycles. Only people present. The hotel with better view, is a bit more expensive, but a difference such as day and night. read more

The hotel is nicely furnished inside, the outside rather concrete facade. Our room was very beautiful with separate bedroom. The bathroom was good and clean. The pool is not overly large, but for a refreshment good, it is a pool towels free, a bonus. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, it is nothing to complain about.
15 to 20 minutes you can walk to the center and it is not a large beach nearby. From the train station are it to foot good 25 minutes. If you didn't want to seaside and have to be very close to the center ..., the hotel is recommended. We were something disappointed, that the hotel was beautiful on the cliffs, but not very central but was! Plus side is also, that if you want to book half-board, with 20 euro per this per person without drinks per meal to accounts. read more
