The hotel is from the outside absolutely not nice to look at. Very old and everything was very compact. The lobby doesn't look very inviting. Over the cleanliness must also clear say: terrible. Perhaps arabs not so exactly with the cleanliness. Anyhow, we were disappointed. There were almost only russians and british there. A few german and at the weekend the arabs from of the city and transformed the hotel in a party mile! read more

    Ok. A bit small and carpet floor. It is not, that these rooms apparently been renovated. Cleanliness was poor. The balcony is just totally mini small and dirty. Tv channels are 3 all arabic. Separate shower does not exist, bathtub only with a shower.

    Against the food you can say nothing. It is but a german 4 star hotel. Who in Germany time in nh, Mercure or Sheraton hotel was, the to compare. On some days there were Hummer. The italian restaurant is good, but, in general, the restaurant was very down-cooled.

    We were 2 months ago in Turkey and if the Jebel Ali 5 star, then this Delphin Imperial at least 7. the service was terrible. The but probably to be usual, as we noticed. At the weekend if the arabs the hotel people, have priority in the tables, the hospitality, etc. That is an isolence. Women are in this hotel anyway not for full. It occurs already times, that you are not served. In addition : all of the staff tell what other. One says, today is in the restaurant fontana motto Afrika, the other says Germany and 3. again something else. Any knowledgeable. The only nice were the man, the our rooms made.

    There are 3 pools, they are much too warm. As is my bathtub cooler. The arabian guests go with their clothes in the pool. The was very unhygienic. Entertainment is at the weekend. Each evening is live music on the grill, it was ok. The fitness studio is small but it was passable. We do not have golfed. There is no animation. The beach is a bit dirty and respect: it has no horizon in the sky, as one sees only on the palm! Terrible!

    1 hour drive into town! Terrible. Outside from the hotel except industry, that carried daily their smog in the sky fires and this morning and in the evenings very nebulous power. Trip possibilities are given however very expensive. Beach is on your doorstep, or, is to the hotel. Transfer to the airport also at least an hour.

Architectural style of the somewhat older generation, but from the inside perfect. The Jebel Ali beach hotel, is a part the palm tree court, you should know. Advantage of these 4 * + hotel is, the one the entire outdoor area, as well as almost all areas of the 5 * palm tree court can use. Some negative reviews here are difficult for us to understand, some put the scale of the palm tree court right with the Jebel Ali hotel. If you read the text carefully and informed, will say, the hotel cheaper, less stars, 'smaller' rooms with step-out ... balcony, and a little bit of ' less' services. Short and sweet: who 4 stars hotels know, are exactly these are, and even more for it! To the hotel even: room big enough with enough traffic possibilities, very good beds, coffee and tea making facilities (included), flat screen tv with 4 german channels, modern bathroom with bidet. Smaller balcony. Water daily to the room free. Breakfast or all-inclusive bookable. Guest structure from young to old well mixed. Mostly russians (but very pleasant), english and in the minority after feeling german. read more

    For us was the in all areas so, as we booked it, and also have come to expect -everything great to us. Neuwertiger zustand everywhere- weiteroben already described. Safety deposit box in the room-free of charge.

    Since we only breakfast had booked, and only once in the evening in the buffet meal, can we evening less contribute. But, the time was just as appealing to the eye and palate as the breakfast. The choice is very good, and high despite all inclusive concept very good. Our opinion, here is unhappy really not more to help. Good furnishing style, speedy and attentive staff, cleanliness and hygiene without any drawbacks for our eye. Since it is a good 10? Different dining in the whole complex is, is here probably everyone its personal favorite find.

    The employees mostly from India, Pakistan, and Asien are by nature friendly and very helpful-it shows. More need it not to say. English knowledge necessary, but you must not vollprofi are. As services as well as offered everything, which one as a guest need over there or also not, sometimes blink. From the spa, lifeguard at pools and beach, 2nd room service in the evening, hotel-owned shuttle to fixed schedule (very good, and every day) free, up to the laundry cleaning or nursery. Short and sweet: is not, does not exist is the motto!

    Offered from the seaplane on our own Marina on a variety of water sports at the beach(for a fee) to the petting zoo or schießclub everything, which one needs in such a way, or not. The loungers, cushions, umbrellas of pools and sunbathing area at the beach are good. Showers also available. The quiet pool (no children),to the bar in the pool, everything for vacationers offered.

    The hotel's own beach is a stone's throw away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, everything free of charge, on the pool and beach. Perfect relaxation, recommendable only as all inclusive booking-since the local price entspr. The resortniveau high! To consider the forthcoming large construction because of the expo 2020 in Dubai, because the hotel opposite the 2. palm ( jebelali palme approximately 400 meters) lies, and the present open flair in nearby future not more! read more

It is a very nice hotel, the hotel was that was a bit bigger, nevertheless you had not lost. The hotel is inside a very modern decor, the pool was large and clean. We had all-inclusive and you should also book, apart from that you can cost well 200 Euro need, because it very expensive is. Included were the following: theme restaurants and some water sports offered, which we but we didn't make use of it have.     Our room was big and spacious. Facilities: large bed, desk, air conditioning, balcony but without chairs, mini bar, safe, telephone, tv with dvd player so if you like evenings a dvd get best dvds with and so on condition of the room always clean and very modern decor

    There is really lots of restaurants, the main restaurant where you breakfast, lunch and dinner get ( evenings different topics every day as: German, indian, lebanese, british, french, spanish), at noon could one also at the captain bar food, very recommendable. And evenings there were the possibility in theme restaurants food (with reservation): italia, divaz, white orchid. The cleanliness of the restaurant perfect very clean. Food in the main restaurant was very ok, as long as you the food like, depending upon which issue on the day it was. Price as mentioned above very expensive, if you don't booked all inclusive has.

    The staff's hospitality really excellent, if you are on a staff passed every time you were welcomed and you had a complaint (for us the air conditioning not correctly) was immediately this fixed. Foreign languages are of advantage here, if you didn't just good English is very problem have something to understand, this already started in the flight from Germany here they speak English as well as in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms takes place twice a day. There is additional services ( but not in the all inclusive included are): laundry, doctor, newspaper, mini bar...

    The hotel is about 45 minutes away from Dubai city also airport, so outside of Dubai, it would be like a quiet place you are in goods hands here. The beach was right on the hotel, the water was unfortunately no cooling, it was very warm. One had the possibility with free shuttle bus in various malls drive (ibn battuta, mall of Emirates), but also the taxi was very cheap from Dubai mall to the hotel we have 85 Dirham paid also this possibility is recommendable. The tour operations offer different excursions at for example a dinner in the Burj Al Arab, city tour of Dubai, helicopterausflüge, burj khalifa, dünensafari ( very recommendable is worthwhile really)

Great hotel, for all inclusive travelers. For couples ideal, for children it is nothing. The month august is to reconsider, very warm. The offered excursions were very good. Very well maintained, family friendly hotel with best service. Wide selection of different restaurants and buffet. Very friendly and always attentive hotel staff. The rooms are newly renovated and were several times daily examined and cleaned. Bed sheets change every 2 days, on request also free of charge daily. Super kids club with many possibilities for playing and crafts. Everything was free. Separate buffet in the kids club. By the pool very attentive staff, towels directly at the beach chair and an the pool output available. Lifeguard the entire day at the pool and at the beach. Chilled pool. Spacious ... hotel complex with Marina, golf course, horse Stables, mini golf course, table tennis, Wassersportgeräteausleih, free camel and pony-trekking at the beach. read more

An excellent hotel. Five stars are entitled. Very good service. As a resort is, beautiful green areas, off the beaten track the superlatives city Dubai. By the hotel private shuttle service to the different malls and the Hotel Atlantis, however not a problem. We are definitely coming again. read more

The hotel is very recommendable. Hospitality and willingness to help in all areas. Also the cleanliness in and around the hotel were exemplary. The varied food tasted excellent. Can criticize you only the deep cool down in the inside area of the hotel. Apart from that there is no reason, something to complain about. read more

The hotel is outside of Dubai city, therefore peacefully located, right on the sandy beach. Through the free shuttle bus, several times a day to various stops drives, it is just into town and are the sights of interest and shopping malls to see. The complex is spacious and very well laid out. It is really possible, later in the day and sun screens to get without 'place anytime'-) The staff are friendly and attentive. It offers at all inclusive to book. The food is rich, in the evening there are themed buffet, for example Spanish, Indonesian, no alternative ..., unless you are in the Italian restaurant ( with reservation), or in one of the other restaurants ( for example on a boat, or bbq-all with reservation). The balcony in the normal rooms are small, it's not possible outside to sit. read more

In the evening were slippers and water front of the bed provided. At the beach/ pool were immediately sun screens from the staff offered free of charge.

    the hotel lies about 25 minutes away by car from the Mall of Emirates and through the Hilton of Dubai city separated. All around around the hotel is nothing except of hotel's own golf course. The journey to the airport with the taxi is about 40 minutes and costs about 130 dirhams. The'new' Dubai World central airport is whereas only approximately 10 minutes on foot. The more left location, has on us rather as a positive affected. There is a hotel's own shuttle bus, the guests several times daily for Ibn Battuda mall, mall of the Emirates, hotel Atlantis and the gold and diamond park, and to firmly times will pick you up.

Really praise-worthy we found the cleanliness, had almost no area that everywhere was very clean. the size of the room uS a bit disappointed, as we would have expected more. the all inclusive offer is great, many services are included for example the wetArea in the SPA, many international alcoholic drinks (up to 2 beers, various wines and Champangercocktails everything all inclusive) mixed guest structure. Many families with small children. we were there with a baby (8 months old) there was a complimentary baby bed, with nice small gifts, and the babies were everywhere warm welcome. Very recommendable!     the hotel advertises I think 15 bars and pub, so it seems not before... Rather less. Straight evenings you don't really lots of possibilities around after eating something to drink. In the lobby bar was the service rather bad than the right, until you got something to drink can take time. A bar was very renovated and was closed, so just stayed the captains( outside, with wind not really usable in January), palm tree a bar and the bar on the seventh floor (which during our stay to had for closed company...) as we would have liked a bit more desired. the food itself was really good, have already worse and better experienced. Selection was sufficient because, but unfortunately has the meat after long warming at the buffet much lacking quality, the desserts were very often repeated itself, was a bit of a shame. In such a way there was every evening for example white and dark mouse au chocolate. but that is just complain of a high standard, all together was the food very good. the Italians in the basement mach fantastic food, since we were really loved it! In any case try. the atmosphere was nice, unfortunately only sometimes by übereifriges clean didn't bother us, since custom it a bit more Sensitivity. I would not really be located in the conversation disturbed, so that you plates can. Should the waiters wait, until one next Aisle in the buffet goes. Positive we found, that one immediately warned, if something is not in the all inclusive included was. It was a pity that water with carbonic acid not included in the all inclusive was.

    friendliness of the staff almost always very, very good, except for the front desk and the ' Taxirufer ', were there a few Boor there ☺ but in the restaurants or bars were all really friendly and competent. Cleaning of the rooms was also very good.

    entertainment we didn't use, we would have evenings a bit more of which is desired. beach and pool were nice, just a pity that also here the people who reserve sun loungers were out, so was from half Nine by the pool (the pool bar) nothing more to get, management of the hotel also has after complaining nothing against taken, a shame. on the lawn for sunbathing and on the beach, there was plenty of pool chairs.

    It gets somewhat outside of Dubai, but as we beach vacation wanted to do was just right. With the taxi to Dubai depending on 30 to 40 minutes. Nearby there is nothing else, everything only by shuttle bus or taxi reachable.

Everything super, but for our taste a little too much care on the part of the staff (chair back in the restaurant, even the maids were asked). 'all inclusive' was to be recommended in any case, because everything else was very expensive and there are no possibilities for avoiding nearby of the hotel. Otherwise everything was of the highest quality. The atmosphere is, probably due to the mentality of the country, but rather reserved. Example: You didn't see any air mattresses in the pool, on the meadow at the ball, you shall be deemed a bit odd, and nobody would ... exploit the 'all inclusive offer' so far, that it was really fun. read more

Super Hotel, friendly staff, great restaurants food, fantastic beach, and quiet! With the 'public' in the city by taxi (cost about 60 dirhams). In our room was next an LCD tv, a DVD player with USB input! In the evening at the bar Catains ',' Mushroom bar 'and' white orchid restaurant ' live music! All inclusive absolutely recommendable, as the food and drinks are relatively expensive! The standard of cleanliness of the restaurant at the Jebel Ali palm ' is as good as nothing to remember! The hotel was just perfect. About 30-45 minutes it is out of the way, but you really can enjoy the peace and quiet. There was really nothing to suspend. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Even on the beach or by the pool drinks were served. My conclusion: if it should go back to Dubai, it will be to this hotel, we just loved it. read more
