A modern hotel, if the size and the decor it was missing except in the bar area at atmosphere and comfort.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The ski area could personal taxi service of managing director or by the ski bus (stop approximately 150 meters) and it was us also two days with the skiers to the hotel return to come.
The breakfast buffet fulfilled all our wishes, the afternoon snack was great, but during dinner it was missing to us a little bit of the variety, variety and unfortunately we have a few food, someplace else much ... better eaten. May we also dine in very demanding. We would besides recommend the not that tap water should be repealed. It was a little sad a good bottle of wine no tap water to receive, but mineral water they must buy.
The spa area (sauna, steam bath, indoor pool.) Was very nice, pleasant and adequate. The background music in the resting room we would have more effectively, when a hotel guest the rules and the communication both with its partner, as well as the cell phone (!) Silent and not so long had arranged. Our considerations as here the hotel counteract, lost in the sand.
In a nice week, especially was value for money is reasonable. read more

We are really enthusiastic about this hotel, it is very good for a skiing vacation, mainly for adults, i think, children's playroom or similar was not noticeable to me. The check in or out is very uncomplicated, generally everything is relaxed and the staff polite and accommodating. The table in the restaurant is reserved, the restaurant area has no typically austrian ambience, the tables are partly a bit cramped together, but you sit in a beautiful winter garden with a view of mountains. The breakfast buffet left no wishes open, the afternoon snack in the reception area well, you could ... possibly some more cakes can offer, there was always a bit hearty (for example viennese or sausage salad), the rich menus in the evening (several choices for main course and numerous appetizers) were great, gala dinner was also top! The rooms are big and nice designed with a balcony, washbasin in the room, shower/toilet separately. The wellness area is also great, if hotel is full, under circumstances a bit too small (for example resting room). Ski cellar is tidy. The cleanliness in the entire hotel is very good. You have a parking space right on the hotel. The transfer the gondola lift to the winter sports region is quick, ski bus stop is nearby (3 minutes to go). The ski bus might be somewhat more often go. All together we had a very nice stay, i would book this hotel again anytime and have also been better. read more

Hotel has me actually all around convinced ; from the staff -all very pleasant, friendly and accommodating- hotel premises and so on only drawback is for me the bathroom or the toilets area of the room %blank%. Through the division into separate rooms both are actually too small, with the shower area still goes-is only a shower inside with minivorraum -; but the toilets area-thick only out as you walked through; rotate or more persons better not. read more

I gave 4 days before restaurantritt a short telephone call, for me important questions to clear up. The lady at the other end of the line sounded brisk and unfriendly, however was nevertheless the Alpenhof our choice, because it is an only hotel for this short trip an indoor pool and the weather forecast is not clearly was. The reception at check in confirmed my impression from the telephone call, additionaly it was the house's manager!
Parking wasn't a problem, lobby including lobby bar have a pleasant atmosphere, elevator is available, room was large enough, but archaic furnished, in addition ... 2 time pad beds pushed together with thin edition. Toilet and washbasin in a room-rather unpleasant and shower extra. Why?
Besides was in our room the whole night a buzz to hear!
The breakfast buffet was nothing to complain, for the non-existing sweets for afternoon coffee!
The beautiful wellness area we used, was disturbing here, that one the two hot saunas not properly ventilated could, as the alarm in the lobby went loosely, if the door to the sauna more than 30 seconds were open! What are sauna rules on? read more

Our bathroom was unfortunately very small side ( zweigeteil with shower and toilet and en-suite facilities), however everything clean and tidy. The spa is very nice designed (large relaxation room, steam bath, different saunas, bathrobes there was at the front desk free of charge to borrow). Despite 2 days rain, we had a nice stay. read more

We have with the family a week ski holidays spent in the hotel.
Large value put on the kindness and warmth of the staff.
We were both the room cleaning staff, waiters, as well as the boss and the chef very cordially and spoiled. In the hotel we had a very high relaxation factor, that we often asked, what weekday we have for now.

Lovely hotel with large rooms and balcony, separate shower and toilet. TV with appropriate programs and wireless internet access. Very nice hotel with pleasant staff, food is very good, especially the bar-B-queue is recommendable.
Sauna area relatively new and with several saunas equipped for visitors to the sauna great.
