On arrival i got the first shock, breakfast costs extra! Unfortunately, we had over telephone the day before where we were not told (85 Euro for the room and 30 Euro for the 'great' breakfast! Further with the arrival in the room, with a baby we were in a smoker's room put (ashtray was at the table). And on the carpet were cigarette burns and all other indefinable marks to see. Further we had a double room booked, but we got a 2 bed room, we could the beds although together but at night went the beds again apart and ... our baby was in the middle in a crack between the two beds. Also i expect from a 4 star hotel a elevating shower and that after showering not the whole bathroom underwater stands. Parking: if you need to be empty, or no longer need is this free parking for certain the best place for all rid. Unlit, unsecured and unacceptable! We prefer to stay at the other parking place, the 10 Euro we reluctantly paid, although they also the parking lot on the lawn could have been, and thus again free could have been. Again for breakfast - so for 15 per person is a very bad choice and quality. If i would have known i would go with IKEA breakfast (5 minutes away from the hotel). If 5 Euro mood pay i would with us in Salzburg the hangar 7 with very good quality and rich spoiled. For a short stay is this hotel really recommendable. Especially the really good and rich breakfast buffet is to be pointed out. Unfortunately is for this hotel in the description on the internet more promised than really available is. At the front desk I was with my complaints by a young Mr ridiculous rejected. The free parking were always occupied, so that only pay parking spaces available were. During my visit in the wellness area I as in the hotel class specified a bathrobe against deposit, as well as two towels were free to borrow. There are 2 free parking with plenty of spaces, however was the chosen badly convenient, since the access to the hotel was not clear and not labelled. The city center from Vienna we could super easy with the train reach, the directly in front of the hotel a stop has. The SCS (department store opposite from our hotel) offered us beside sightseeing in Vienna, wellness in the hotel a great ... shopping experience. read more

We have as a couple on a travel agency the room very convenient for early March booked. Initially there were brief teething problems, since the lady at the reception our reservation not find could. We were very nicely surprised, to the part negative reviews on the Internet! The hotel is modern some offsets, a massive Fitness center and beautiful large wellness area ( indoor pool, sauna, A steam bath, and an infrared). Very friendly staff. The room (1620) was commodious & clean, with flat screenTV, minibar( subject to a charge), safe. You could make tea/ coffee cook your own. The breakfast was really top, everything you could wish for. Various cakes, Croissants, fruit, Ham & eggs, two vending machines for cappuccino, cocoa and so on in the restaurant you got fresh Omelet prepared. We ... will definitely be going back again for a weekend ☺ read more
