The hotel is very recommendable! The hotel has 3 floors with elevator. It was kept very clean every day was the garden of fallen leaves and in of the lobby and everywhere it was always clean. Breakfast was including and also very spacious. With hot food, toast and fresh fruits every day. The guests were mixed ages, from babies to retirees were all there. Many australians but also some german and dutch. read more

    Our room was large, clean and in good condition. Air conditioning, safe, kettle, fridge, tv (1 german-language transmitter 'Deutsche Welle'), telephone, hairdryer. The bathroom was clean, however somewhat dimly lit and a mirror is i missed. But otherwise it is functional.

    In the in-house restaurant bordwalk from pizza, pasta, burger, fish dishes and the local dishes have everything. It always tasted good. The restaurant was clean and there were always moskitoabwehrmittel on the table.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. All speak english. The cleaning of the rooms was daily and they have very well cleaned.

    There is 3 pools all beautifully designed and always clean were. There are also many shade places by the lots of trees. In the hotel and at the pools, there is no entertainment, which i very pleasant found. There is in the garden a small fitness area where a few equipment and free weights is possible, nothing great.

    The hotel is located in directly at the beach, so there is no road between beach and hotel. The large garden with lots of plants and small ponds very idyllic laid out. The in-house restaurant one sat directly at the beach and can with a view of the sea its meal enjoy. Our german speaking tour guide on site was three times in the week in the hotel and you could ask him everything and great trips. All excursions were very well expired and all accompanying guides were german and very pleasant. Our time of travel was very well, as it was great weather, although actually still rainy season was. It had always 30 degrees, from and to it rained, but that was after a few minutes were mostly over. The excursion to this time of the year are not crowded, as in the high season, you could choose everything in peace reputation.

The hotel is directly at the 7 kilometer long sandy beach of Kuta. Along the promenade could be reached in a few minutes all the restaurants, bars and shops of the zone or angrenzeten districts Kuta and legian. In the immediate surroundings is a large air-conditioned shopping mall with over 100 stores and opposite of the hotel a big theme park for water sports ( waterboompark ). The hotel is located just 10 -minute drive from the international airport the island and only few minutes on foot from the streets in Kuta and legian with hundreds of street vendors, ladengeschäften ..., and boutiques. From the beachwalk restaurant and the smaller pool directly at the beach has you with a fantastic view on the large bay and the evening sunset. read more

We were as friends in October for 10 days in this hotel. It is very centrally situated, so that all with short paths can be reached. Numerous restaurants are in the immediate area. However are the prices in the last few years ( we are 4 time on Bali been) increased greatly. The hotel is in this hectic A small oasis. Front is the total chaos and on the complex, the dense trees and very harmonious designed, you will find peace. The pools are beautifully designed, but we hardly used it, as we at the beach were. This was very ... clean, little visited and quiet. The sea we experienced not stormy and we could at any time without restrictions baden. This is not everywhere on Bali possible, was for us also a new and for the seaside resort Kuta speaking experience. Next to the hotel, there is a large and modern shopping center, which we women almost daily for strolling used. There is delicious cakes for the cup coffee in the hotel. The guests are, as already described mostly australians, this, so could we say seem quite drinking bout to be. They are already directly after the breakfast with bottles and on Evening still. But there is no impairments, no noise. Everything was quiet and relaxing. read more

We were very positively surprised, such a quaint hotel in Kuta to find. The extensive hotel has a really beautiful tropical garden area and is located right on the beautiful sandy beach. The value for money was absolutely convinced us. read more

    The food in the beach restaurant was for a hotel of this standard really cheap and very good. The view of the see and the sunset carried to the absolute feel-good atmosphere with. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant was adequate, but not outstanding. Unfortunately it was in the breakfast room like at euston station. It was very cold and the children made for a high volume levels. On the terrace is it safe pleasant, but we were not, during our stay a table.

    3 pools leaves nothing to be desired. There are enough sunbeds in the hotel garden available, so that nobody need deemed, already in the morning the loungers with towels to occupied. Entertainment you will find in Kuta, you need in the hotel not so. In the garden there are a small fitness center - as only sport possibilities next to the possibility in the sea or pool to swim.

Medium sized hotel at the southern end of Kuta Beach. For our stay the area to the street being renovated, so was from the hotel except a hoarding not at all lots to see. At the entrance the taxis from the around the hour present security staff controlled. The hotel is definitely a bit outdated now, but totally its charm. All areas were clean enough. The building was in june to about 75% occupied. Australian guests were clearly in the majority (very pleasant), a few europeans; korean and japanese. From girliegruppen families to best ages everything was represented. One of ... the few hotels in Kuta/tuban with beachfront. At the beach there are free beach chairs, the only for the hotel guests reserved! read more

    We had a deluxe room on the top floor of the hotel (room 431) with a great view to the garden/sea. From the superior rooms, i would most urgent disadvice, as either to the street location (loud, no view) or lateral at the hotel (view consists of the view of the approximately 10 meters from outside the Discovery mall). The room was big (approximately 35 meters²) with a 90° circulating big balcony. The furniture was very reasonable, air conditioning with ir remote control, 32' flat screen tv, coffee maker, large refrigerator and safe available. Only the bat was quite small and in a worn condition, but still okay. We had 50 €per night (for two) paid, a great value for money.

    Like in Bali usual, we had overnight stay with breakfast booked. The breakfast area was in indoor and outdoor area broken. We sat only on the balcony (about a dozen tables), and enjoyed the view on the garden with pond. Inside it was somewhat too loud and above all way too cold. The selection was good. There were four chafings with changing warm courts, for example fried rice, fried noodles, vegetables, sauted mushrooms, fried potato, amongst others next to it was a station, at the two ladies all desired egg dishes and pancakes freshly prepared. Besides that, there was freshly (on) baked croissants, fresh fruits, butter and jam. The coffee the nice service staff without request. Ok, there was only toast, no meat and no cheese. However that didn't bother us. The boardwalk restaurant was very good and relatively cheap food and had a beautiful view of the sea.

    The staff had the pleasant balinese friendliness. Almost all spoke enough english. The cleaning crew (almost exclusively male) made a good job. For us it was of course, every two days 10.-25.000 generally as a tip to give. In the evening the prior blasting the air conditioning on our balcony so loud, that we thought a helipad would on the roof. After short complaint the next morning was the complex repaired immediately.

    There are three pools in the house, the main pool with swim-up bar, a spa pool (adults only!) With massage jets and brilliant atmosphere and infinity pool right on the waterfront. Chairs, lounges and Cabanas were in sufficient numbers available. The best part, however,, at the beach there are around 10 to 15 beach chairs, the for the hotel guests were reserved. You can from the beach bar serve but also own drinks consume. We had a massage in a garden villa. Nothing special and very expensive, but nice and relaxing. There is a fitness room at the main pool, but little unwelcoming.

    Ideal for our needs. Only about 10 minute drive from the airport (way for about 60000 idr, return for 25000 idr), but aircraft was never anything to be heard. Discovery mall and waterbom park a stone's throw away. Matahari center, Kuta square, poppies etc. Were within a few minutes walking distance. Because we a deluxe room with garden view in back area of the hotel had, was from the whole commotion nothing to be heard.

The hotel lies at the busy main street. Since we a room towards the sea and garden of the hotel had, we have from the hustle and bustle as nothing noticed. It was totally quiet and one could the birds watch and listen. Even the nearby airport was not disturbing. Of disturbing noise from the planes one cannot talk. Transfer about 10 minutes at the beach we were up to the airport about 35 minutes run. Ideal for photographer. The garden of the hotel is a dream. Included the beautiful pond with the Koi and water lilies. ( Lotus flowers). ... For breakfast, you should not too late, as punctually to promptly the breakfast room is closed. ( breakfast until 10:00 o'clock and five minutes before 10:00 o'clock one gets already not much, it is about 9:45 A. M. cleared.) the is however also the only fault on the whole hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were at that point in time the only German in the hotel, 90% Australians. Wasn't a problem however, everything was quiet and tidy. From the lots of children you hardly noticed. Room were regularly cleaned. Next to the hotel is just a big shopping center. But also this includes punctual to promptly. To the actual mall one must not run, is however also not far. Directly opposite there are a lot of ATM, since one can also with the EC-card withdraw money. At the beach there are a few loungers the to the hotel belong. It is also served. The hotel restaurant at the beach very convenient price, is which on the street nothing and the food tastes also very good. We are diversified once outside food and in the hotel at the beach we could have stayed longer. The pools ( there are three-spa -pool, and a at the beach) are clean and tidy. It is every evening in the beach restaurant a Balinese concept, unfortunately repeated the dances in the second week. However apart from that it was reasonable. It is a rather small but very nicely laid out hotel. The hotel guests are too many Australians but not noticeable are. Evenings after 22:00 o'clock is in the hotel nothing more loosely, that's why also no noise disturbance. Who nightlife wants, to Kuta purely. The complex is very well maintained and clean. Constantly are staff for everyone the complex reasonable to hold. Unfortunately, there is also sometimes to temporary noise. super luxury as in or other neighboring hotel the hotel offers certainly not, but you also not paid. read more

    There are old and new room. We had new room with a great and clean bath, large rooms, beautiful balcony and everything as promised in the catalog. Unfortunately blasting in 2 nights an aggregate. I'm a light sleeper, it was disturbed me (with ear plugs it was then ), other guests including my wife, found it not so bad. The rooms were daily well cleaned. The ' old rooms' have a bath and shower. We had the looked at, could also can live, found our but clearly better.

    Here one should always keep in mind, what you have booked and paid for. American breakfast. There are all around the egg, Croissant, rosinenschnecken, toast, cheese, Butter, various marmelade, 4 sorts of fruit, 2 cereals, 5 warm dishes, but we didn't eaten have, as the 'rest' thick enough. Now who bread, rolls or cold cuts would is in the wrong place here and must, in a other hotel and about 1500 euros (4 persons ) pay more. Lunch, we have various snacks and details but also pizza o. 1 time parings eaten, was good. The price (5 to 7 euros ) almost half as expensive as in the neighboring hotels. Evening eaten we have stayed in our hotel not, as we were in Kuta.

    very friendly staff what really is the wishes of the guests worries. A small problem was immediately (no 10 minutes ) resolved. Unfortunately only English speaking, but I (only very bad English speaking ) was always clear.

    We were all 3 pools always clean! Beautiful quiet pool. From the trees is obviously often what purely. A animation program there is luckily not. Events in the evening we didn't visit. There were always free loungers by the pool and the sea, if we at 10:00 Clock came. In the sea we could all days' rage '. Because of the waves, you can't really swim, we had plenty of fun but always. My son (17 years ) has a surf course (no windsurfing ) and we were partly with Bodyboards on the way.

    direct at the beach. Here begins the Bay of Kuta. To Kuta on of the kids beach promenade about 10 minutes, we are almost every evening-also after 22:00 o'clock -gone. This way there is then the Warungs (lunch and coke 2 to 3 euros ). In Kuta there are many business-attention much trade (of 25-30% of the first price accept ) third-class product. The pub are great and half as expensive as in the hotel. From the airport and shopping center you didn't notice anything. directly opposite the hotel there is a convenient store and many pub but not a lot cheaper as in the hotel are.

A good hotel in the middle of Kuta beach. The building is a bit older, but it is clean and apart from some details everything in good condition. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel are small supermarkets and a variety of bars/Warungs. The fees in the hotel are for Indonesian standards too high. All together you can recommend it though. read more

We were the first time in Bali and August 2012 we will return to the Bali garden beach resort come. It is a at the beach located smaller hotel with very friendly staff. The garden of the hotel is wonderful and very well maintained. The breakfast is simple but good the food in the hotel is favorably and very delicious. Good location for shopping and to make excursions. We recommend the hotel further read more

Contrary to some other reviews we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was renovated piece for piece, but we had a new room. - The hotel would be the idea was very nice, but it is definitely the best years behind it and there is no institution made it continues to maintain. Cushions on chairs and loungers are worn and moldy ( good high humidity is a paradise for mold but the cushions were at least 4 years old and it would be really at the time to change) - The staff the tranquillity way and starts at 945am with the fix up the beds and chairs - The very beautiful spa pools already close to 6:00 pm - The beach ... restaurant closed at 10 pm - The sheets had always any stains ( no matter how high tip the room service was) - towels smelled musty - often paarten mold in the bathroom with lime read more

We had 4 days at this hotel and were hellaufbegeistert. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also suitable for relaxing on the beautiful grounds, the spa area and the loungers at beautiful places. The only thing that was very monotonous, is the breakfast. There is always the same toast, jam, cheese and a bit more. Nevertheless, we would come back to this hotel. read more

For a short visit to shopping in Kuta extensively, highly recommended, because it was very central location. If you a well-kept bathroom, do here rather not check in. The hotel itself is very well kept, the room mostly renovated and tastefully decorated. read more

The hotel was located directly on the beautiful beach where the hotel provides free beach chairs and umbrellas. The buffet breakfast is adequate and good. The rooms are a bit in the year but clean and large with a few modern furnishings enhanced ( LCD TV, etc. ). Right next to the hotel is a shopping center and so are located in the immediate vicinity plenty of shops and restaurants. I can only recommend trips inland and can be booked in the hotel. spa pool was short time unusable as totally green and übersäuert. The large pool simply the best disgusting as many australians hours in it sat and drinking without leaving the pool. We wanted to be absolutely no! The food has already but unfortunately only a small selection and the same every day for breakfast, otherwise we were overall pleased with the hotel. read more

The hotel at first made a good impression. We booked the family room but turned out as a dive. It should be a sea view. In reality we saw on the wall of the across the department store. On the Nachftrage at the reception we could after two hours in another room. ( With large balcony and sea view). Breakfast gabes nearly always the same. The rest of the hotel food was better. The hotel has a very nice pool area, especially the spa was great. To the sea it was only a few steps away. This was mostly empty. ... And you could relax in peace. Otherwise there were in the surrounding area everything you long adventure. Restaurante, supermarket, bank and so on. We would recommend the hotel. read more
