Transport from october until april not available, in the summer good. Good hiking possibilities, something for every degree of difficulty for everyone. Great new year's eve prgoram, varied with excellent very- Vice. Staff are with special wishes accommodating. read more

We have in this hotel in october 2012 a very relaxing vacation spend. Our room was a dream(to further comments see below). The hotel is very peacefully located and makes a dignified impression. The majority of of the guests is middle-aged (between 40 and 55). read more

    Our room was, as already above mentioned, a force. More like a suite, with four-poster beds, extra room with a seating area and a large bathroom with bathtub. We were at the first sight really floored. Even a small refrigerator was available. The cleaning of the rooms was as already mentioned extremely thorough.

    We had the all-inclusive offer and were pleasantly surprised from the diversity of the food for breakfast and the in the afternoon offered cake. Because we on some days longer excursions did, it was not possible on the afternoon coffee in the hotel to be. This was for the nice ladies in the restaurant no real problem. We were even with arrival after 17:00 o'clock nor very friendly asked, whether we like to coffee and cake could have been. It is perfectly not self-evident and we have never experienced. The food selection at breakfast was as mentioned very big. It had eggs in all variants, lard, every day changing salads, meat balls, at least 6 types of sausage, different cut and weichkäsesorten and of course several different kinds of jam, honey, Nutella, fresh fruits, fruit salad, yogurt, and cereal (this list does not claim to be exhaustive!). Also the dinner was very tasty. Particularly the tagliatelle with spinach and fried lachsstreifen had done it to me. I have never eaten better!

    The whole staff was very friendly and courteous. The cleaning of the rooms was not reason to complain. Also the service in the restaurant was extremely nice.

    The hotel is wonderful located. In the vicinity of the hotel goes a bus from, with various places in the environment can be explored. As far as i know, some trips for the hotel guests even free of charge. Particularly attractive we personally found the use the locally bought harz-card. So many mines, museums, castles and thermal and pools we never had in any holiday visit. And that without additional cost!

    The location at the foot of the brocken mountain is beautiful for some great walks in the ilsetal valley and the Ilse to make. Distance to the city centre also okay (25 minutes on foot). Good excursion possibilities in other harzstädte, good bus connections.

We spend five wonderful days in the kurpark flair hotel. We had the vacation home from the hotel rented. Everything was very clean. The furnishings left nothing to be desired. Since we didn't even provide wanted, we have the breakfast option. It was rich, varied and something for everyone there. Everything was fresh prepared. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. Questions of any type were quickly and answered correctly. The food in the evening was excellent. There was nothing to complain about. The hotel you can to 100 per cent recommend. We intend there again to go back. read more

Excursions to Wernigerode, on the brocken and hikes-everything do-able. Recommendable the purchase of a resin card.

A cozy hotel with very friendly staff members, the instruction respond immediately. The food is varied, sufficiently from the quantity and tasted delicious. The room was however a bit dark and the bathroom small. Especially the shower was very tight, nothing for large people. But otherwise there was nothing to moan about. Could recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. read more

Great location right at the Ilse ( river ). We really liked the hotel, especially friendly staff. The breakfast selection was very good. We had an apartment, which very spacious was. Unfortunately there are no rooms with a balcony and there is a safe in the room. Dog-friendly! read more

The hotel is perfect as a starting point for extensive hikes by the wonderful Ilsetal. You feel very in good hands and the staff are throughout very friendly and customer service oriented. You can wonderfully relaxation and rest, the quiet location of the hotel does a remaining. We were for the first time there, but surely not for the last time. read more

A few beautiful, relaxing days with long hikes in the resin, felt very well done. Directly from hotel starts the Heinrich Heine hiking trail to Brocken. It has 2 saunas (60 and 90 degrees) and a separate fitnesshaus with satisfactory fitness equipment. Wernigerode isn't far. About 8 kilometer. From there we have the Harz Brocken train Climbed and the drive is recommendable. The quiet hotel and the area for a good Erholungsqualität. We can this hotel with best conscience further-recommend. read more

We had booked this hotel as start for a hike the words on the famous heine-way. For this the hotel is simply ideal, since it is directly at the start the heine way is. The food in half board is very delicious and very plentiful. Breakfast was just as rich, exactly, what one with hikes by the resin need. The room was really dark, but at the lighting beach chairs should. Apart from that everything was fairly new and functional. The bathroom was for me as a 2-meter 'dwarf' in the shower area a little cramped. For this the hotel ... can nothing. Finally device not everyone so from the norm. Certainly there is more beautiful hostels, but the hiking vacation you outside and is not in the room rum. The cleaning of the rooms is in parts in need of improvement, especially in the bathroom respectively toilets area. One must not really all traces from the previous guest find again. Of the sauna-area was great. The resting room had good quality with a small outside area. The emphasis is on 'small'. For the relaxation after a long hike sufficed it wasn't bad at all. The design of the guest room reminded me a bit of the 90 in book brightly decorated. It was nevertheless somehow cozy, even if it does not charm gives, the building from the outside in hozdesign wants to communicate. Parking spaces were abundant - free of charge by the way. If you want a small fine wanderhotel and putting definitely not in a luxury hotel, but a middle-class haus want to come, the is in the right place here. read more
