Hotel Mitsis Faliraki Beach^{(4 stars)}

The rooms are average size, for two people ok. Although the hotel recently renovated, was our room a bit 'worn'. In the closet or otherwise there was no shelf for t-shirts or other clothing, you could only on hangers to hang up. Biggest fault: out torn shower.

If we the normal restaurant had to evaluate, it would be at this point only a 3 due. As already described, there is a main restaurant with classic, continental urlauberverpflegung. What counts here is probably mass instead of class, but you can't say, that it undrinkable is, but cheap products and always the same food selection. The four theme restaurants, are recommendable and are included in the all-inclusive program including. Here is the quality much better. Lunch is possible sushi, italian or greek to choose from. Delicious was the sushi restaurant. Here was also responded to our individual wishes. In the evening, italian, mexican, greek or asia to choose from. You can eat here only with vorreservierung, the day before should be done. Tip: right on the first day for the rest of the vacation reserve. To the drinks: there is no in the main restaurant, in the theme restaurants a menu and little choice. For example, the wine you could only between white or red dial. Both tasted like from a carton... Spirits for the cocktails or long drinks were barely edible. If one of the all-inclusive food and really greek food, we have in Rodes City the tavern mama Sofia found. This was located directly on the clock tower and offers absolutely delicious food at a good price.

What really negative comment i have is, was the fact that in our room the shower broken off was. We have this right when of the room noted. Unfortunately, we were not new room offered, but towels promised, the water absorb should. Also after three days were these towels not there yet, so we sit in the shower. We have, on several occasions, at the front desk asked and was always another reason said... The service in the restaurant and at the bars was okay. Hardly wait at the bars. In the restaurant you were to the place. It was attentive cleared quickly. The cleaning of the rooms was satisfactory.

We have rarely seen such a clean and well kept pool- and gardens experienced. There were always beach chairs with umbrellas or a spot under the palm trees or directly in the sun. Unfortunately, we had to find something, until we showers have found. They are located right next to the stage... At the check-in you have the possibility to against a deposit of 20 €a towel to get. These can be changed daily. The leisure facilities of the hotel is good. An entertainment team ensures that alternation. On the positive side: they were not intrusive. For children there is a private club, the we cannot comment. It looked however everything very maintained. In the lobby there are free wi-fi-access.

The Faliraki beach in comparison to the other hotel areas at the Faliraki beach no huge hotel complex. The complex itself is well maintained. Nestled in a garden there is a large pool, a small pool (good for undisturbed swimming) and a children's swimming pool with a large slide. In the front part of the pool area is the snack bar, in the back part the beach bar, where you at any time beverages or small snacks. The beach is through a small wall is distinguished, but directly accessible. A small animation team ensures that change, the not intrusive is. The food is all-inclusive. In the main restaurant there are classic urlauberverpflegung. Here one noticed quickly, that the quality and probably because of the all-inclusive not the best, but who didn't value, was well served. There are four theme restaurants. Here is the quality much better. Tip: right on the first day for the rest of the vacation reserve. Habituation needy is the consumption of alcohol. The majority came from Germany and Russia, but also Finland, France, England or Holland was represented.

The hotel is directly at the beach from Faliraki. One is in a few minutes in Faliraki, where probably in the high season the bar taps... During our stay, there were some bars and restaurants already closed. Shopping is good. Many shops offer the classic urlaubseinkauf. To Rodes City one comes by bus, which departs from just in front of the hotel, 30 minutes, 2,20 Euro simple travel costs and every 20 minutes. In the hotel itself has a car rental your office. Excursions could be so organize itself or with the tour operator. To the airport it is with the taxi 15 minutes and costs about 25 €.

For a so-called star hotel to below average. As mentioned above Aldi moderate drinks everything cheap versions

Staff generally friendly too little love for work. Not enough bar staff, the tables were often dirty and adjusted with dirty dishes/glasses. The allgm. Cleaning was perfect! Complaints with shrug taken. .

Food and drinks rather lower average that means quality not satisfactory Aldi moderate All with much love - not enough staff - the dining room is a bright train station-the à la carte restaurant eternally written off and serve food and portions too mickrig and for example the mexikanianische is simply not mexican-sorry-just bad-then i on a defective glastischplatte the good & expensive pants torn and the only was' shrug ' of the staff of the restaurant & the front desk Then about 80% russians-rude people-bad durchmisschung of nations-from taxichauffeur we heard that next year the hotel almost 100% russian-sorry so nice the location - the complex and the cleanliness never again hotel Mitsis Faliraki Beach - and the 4-stars are exaggerated-a lift was permanently broken-the spa and the safe too expensive!

The only negative, that somewhere in the area a disco always 12:00 p. m. until about 02:30 a. m. much to loud bumbum music walk. Everything else was eivandfrei

Room size was alright, with minibar (was every 2 days refilled), safe, air conditioning system tv-3 german channels, small balcony a table with two chairs. Unfortunately no clothes line. Room very to decaying furnished, good beds a huge mirror, a desk, a chair, a chair, two bedside tables. That was it. No other storage space, here are missing a sideboard. The wardrobe with safe is enough degrees so for two people. Bathroom also decorated up to date but also here drawbacks: shower too short, it floods one partly the bathroom, no exhaust fan-always a bit musty smell. The lady at the a very good work has been done. A großeslob.

There was a main restaurant 4 ala. Carte restaurants and a sushi restaurant. In the à la carte and sushi restaurants one must at the front desk reserve. It is a main bar, a pool bar and a beach bar are available. The cleanliness in the restaurants and bars was alright. The food was more or less fine you have always found something what a tasty. Thus so much food in garbage landed it was with the quality not so great, it had more quantity be generated. I am convinced that the chefs even more on quality cooked would have. The kitchen style was european, but there were always 2 or 3 greek dishes. in the dining room was relatively loud, you could the escape by you on the terrace auswich. There it was very pleasant. The selection of drinks in the restaurant and at the bars was sufficient and was okay, too

The whole leisure activity offer, no matter who, was very nice and friendly. Unplayed, but honest. German skills were many sevieskräften, although not much, available. The room cleaning was no complaint about it, everything was very good.

There were some sport offers which we didn't use. Didn't use the pool, we were only in the sea, water quality great. Beach and lawn area relatively clean, it could have been be cleaner if all the russian guests their garbage endsorgt could have been. At the beach is a shower and 2 toilets, in the pool area, 3 showers and 4 toilets. In my opinion for so many people too few (the hotel was fully booked). Internet access is in the lobby and in the main bar available-free. The evening entertainment was not the best. On russian guests.

Renovated hotel of average size. All modern and bright. Great pool area and large lawn in well maintained condition. The cleaning ladies make a very good job. Always everything pikopello. The hotel is a pure all inclusive hotel. The food was good but not great. Here mass cooked, because unfortunately lots of guests (russians) the plates to the edge, and only the half ate the types of people were during our travels 80% russians the rest of europeans. In the hotel there were all age groups, from babies up to 70-year-old. In public areas-restaurant lobby reception unfortunately too few toilets. Who among russians, who partly couldn't behave comfortable should fly for all other decide it yourself! Note : next year should the number of russians increase.

Hotel right on the fine sandsrand, only by a wall with door. At the hotel a bus stop from there you could to Lindos or to Rodes City go. Entertainment and there were shopping possibilities in the immediate area.

Rooms are very nice and very clean. Tv, air conditioning, minibar, telephone...

At any time and everywhere we could something to drink and food. There is not only greek cuisine, but you can also sushi, mexican, italian food, to watch the chef a right ofenpizza bake is. It is simply verfürerisch all these food smells in the nose to feel. If every guest only a Euro than tip would only take hold as recognition for everything you from the staff got it would be great!

As i the staff already since 2008 i know i have to go back to the happy. Very pleasant, always friendly despite lots to do. Almost everybody speaks german or english and you could always communicate. Maid service is also very friendly and efficient-the cleanliness was perfect

The whole day what loss, for both children and adults. The animation team is great. For every age is something available. For sportspeople is also something for everyone 2 times per day. Ping pong, Volleyball, waterpoolo... Next to the pull were beach chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel is very nicely equipped, room very clean and comfortable. Everything is freshly renovated.

Directly at the beach by a beautiful park. Shopping possibilities, bars and cafés are few minutes away from the hotel. The bus to Rodes City runs every 20 minutes until late in the night.

The rooms are dry spacious and decorated to the highest standard, with slippers and dressing gowns on your arrival with a bottle of wine and fruit with a message from the manager welcoming you and your party! The mini bar is also filled up with bottles of beer, water, fizzy pop (brands) like coca cola, 7up and fanta. No expense appears to be spared!!!!! The bathroom is also filled with miniature bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and also the olive soap that you can buy in many of the shops all over the island. There is also a laundry service and like us if you have a big event like out wedding, house keeping supplied my mum with a steam iron and ironing board to re iron the shirts for the men in our wedding party! They are soooooooo helpful!!!!

The food is amazing there with one buffet restaurant and then 5 à la carte restaurants; Mexican, Greek, Italian, Asian and sushi all are amazing and very filling - 5 courses!!!!! The Asian was our personal favourite! And even though it is an all inclusive hotel and you do not have to tip we feel that a tip to the staff goes a long way!!!!

The staff are amazing and the hotel manager could not help us enough with the planning of our reception at the hotel! He visited us in April at the Mitsis Grand in Rhodes town and has sent and replied to several of my emails over the course of the year and then followed this up on our arrival with 4 meetings with himself the catering manager and chefs to meet our preferences for our wedding day, and what a day it was! On arrival back to the hotel from St.sofia chapel we were greeted with canapés, fruit alcoholic pumch and champagne with ice sculptures and music provided by the animation team, it was a dream come true!!!!!! We then had a 5 course wedding breakfast at the table that had been made into a horseshoe for our guests tables decirations of candles, flowers and shells!!!!!!! I can't explain how amazing it was, but I can say we felt like royalty!!!! We arrived the faliraki beach hotel on the 24th September for a 2 week stay. It is not true what some other reviews state about them being arrogant or a nusisance and they don't bother you at all and they are all on holiday too so go about there holiday without bothering you at all, in fact most are very pleasant!!!! We travelled to Rhodes this time to get married and travelled with 27 of our guests! And on our wedding night at the disco everyone got involved and the atomisphere was brilliant!!!!! Nikos the head of the animation team is brill, as are his staff and there is never a dull moment when they are around!!!!! Antonis and Chara work on the main bar and are lovely people.....we like to call them friends!!!!! They work so hard and always have a smile!!!!! The reception staff....mainly all women are lovely and can not do enough to help!!!! They even helped my mum order some balloons for our wedding day!!!!!! The hotel manager- he is kind friendly and very approchable also someone I like to call a friend and runs a tight ship! Always around the hotel for you to speak with him if you need him!!!! We can not thank him and his staff enough for our holiday and wedding day....it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! And of course we will be returning next year as will some of our family and friends!!!!!!!!!

Faliraki is an amazing place and everything is close to hand, bars, shops and restaurants- although that's if you can manage to draw yourself away from the hotel restaurants as they are all amazing!!!!! Rhodes old town is not far away and is definitely worth a trip out to! Lindos is also not far and has amazing views from the top of the acropolis! The waterpark is also a great day out and a must if your travelling with kids or a large group!!! The beaches are also fab and a few of our favourites are Antony Quinn Bay, tsambika beach, and Ladiko beach their are also some great beaches near Kremesti

For two people the double room was ideal, which size furnishing and condition is concerned.

Since we mostly in the theme restaurants eat out are, we can highly recommend. The dishes the front of the guests freshly prepared and there was no long waiting periods. Also the cleanliness in the restaurants was excellent. The white wine is very recommendable. Something that was missing, was the small sausage- and cheese at the breakfast buffet.

The staff's hospitality is quite different. Since we two young girls were, were especially the waiters especially polite and accommodating. At the end the week knew even many our asks for and worried about our well-being. Some waitresses were against rather wortkag and had not even a smile desired. Cleaning of the rooms was excellent. Than once at night the key no longer worked, was immediately a technicians on-site and this could fix it.

We were totally amazed of the entertainment. Without this great team we would have definitely not so a vacation to remember experienced. The entertainment during the day was always diverse and very funny. The entertainers were always make an effort the vacations pleasure ready and not pushy. Especially. The transportation situation was with its many language skills and its open cheerful nature loved it. Also the water aerobics is very recommendable, especially if aladdin this program accepts, you can the funnybone not more. The evening entertainment was just awesome! Already long have we not more so much laughed and had fun as with the mistershow. The nachtanimation was also always diverse and through the professional tanzteam ( Andy, Irena and Mike) very worth seeing. We thank you (the animation team) for the wonderful, fun and varied vacation. Keep up the good work!

The hotel complex is completely newly renovated and therefore in top condition. By the size also ideal, since there were still no hotel bunker is in comparison to neighboring hotels. The rooms correspond a five star hotel ( flat screen, sufficient balcony, massive wardrobe, comfortable bed). The cleanliness cannot be topped. It was everything and everywhere cleaned. Guest structure was a colorful mix, too many from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Russia.

The location is perfect. The hotel lies between beach and party mile. However you get from the wild parties in Faliraki nothing with. So in the hotel you can quiet relaxation and if you want to party, it was only in front of the door. By bus ( directly in front of the hotel) you can reach about minutes the wonderful town Rhodos. Also boat trips in different towns are directly at the beach in front of the hotel bookable.

Family room, we had the 509. Everything you need. If you withdrawal has: there is also German tv-channels :-) complex is newly renovated, everything in very good clean state.

Eating and drinking the whole day, buffet definitely not varied, however very good quality. And variety there were still in the hotel 5 restaurants, which one-according to the verfugbarkeit -also daily use could. à la carte gives it mexican, Italian, greek, asian and sushi restaurant. And the food is in all inclusive included! Signing in at reception, there one gets a vouchers.

Simply top, very attentive and friendly.

Reductions only in the evening shows, the in September direction end of the season rather slow and little varied were. The entertainers were very motivated, the boss, nikos, is great. It is also individual lessons offered, so our son now also swim learned. Enough chairs. Very good quality of the water in the pool, beach as already described great.

The hotel is in a very good condition, pleasant design, is very good located ( in spite of the rather cruel party route in fakiraki beach, the far away from the hotel is) and the entire staff very quick and continuously maintained and well maintained. Family room are not beach- and pool proximity, but modern and spacious. Always enough loungers freinauf the premises, children love the yellow slide. In the all inclusive-offer there is also Cappuccino and the greek frappee, which not always is usual. Starved you either, as it is a good crepe station is, the whole day cakes and ice. At the beach bar you get cheese-ham-toasts.

Bus to Rhodos or Lindos drives directly in front of the hotel, the really great beach with great sand and crystal clear water is directly in front of the hotel. No rock in the water, no seaweeds, jellyfish or similar There are shops enough nearby, direction Rhodos on the main street a careefour -supermarket and also Lidl. Great bays nearby like for instance Anthony Quinn Bay or the ladiko bay. Always recommendable also for small children: Banana-boat safari. Our -year-old son loved it.

The room, which we then after some efforts had, was big enough, had an ocean view, furniture was okay. The fridge, the a bit decrepit was, is every 2 days with drinks free refilled. The air conditioning was very good adjustable and also nothing special according to. In the start-up was a bit strange odor out, but with further business. TV was a older black and white tv, but it worked and had several program. Bathroom was ok, bath tub with a shower cabin from glass. If one something outside the usual times, taking a shower, you had plenty of water pressure and temperature. It can go to especially busy times in addition to, the jet sometimes just as thick as the small finger.

There is a large main restaurant and 5 smaller theme restaurants, the in the price included are, but you have to sign up. The quality of the food was rather average, one has always found something, but not so well the food looking forward to it. We were only in the themed restaurant Italy. It was pleasant, time to be served, quality ok. The atmosphere in the main restaurant is just as in such a large halls, as in the train station evenly. If you are up early as is, can you in the shade on the very nice terrace get, it will change the image already enormous. organization and service in the restaurant is average. The white wine was always lukewarm, the water tasted, if they confessed and became warmer, often quite strongly after chlorine. The offered juices we could only through the color distinguish, the taste actually all the same moderate. Also the coffee in the restaurant, serves from thermokannen, was to our taste rather herzschonend. If you not immediately after opening of the restaurant there was, was the queue at the buffet always quite long. The structure of the buffet seems a little unfortunate. There, there are delicious Cappuccino, espresso, cakes, crepes, and ice cream. ( in the main restaurant exclusively water ice)

The staff at the hotel, amazing lots of people, was rather efficient and distant than friendly. ( of course there was exceptions, the positive stand out). Communication was ok, cleaning of the rooms and cleanliness rather above average. The small supermarket in the house very expensive. For the supply of sunscreen you need spend the double like at home. The path to the local supermarket would probably worth it. We booked a room with sea view and got prompt room with a view of the rear parking - no sea to see. The immediate complaint professionally undertaken, and on the next day we had a correct room - but we would have not complained, we would have the room certainly so keep-it has therefore tried, in order to get through. There was no apology, or possibly even the offer, uS in the move to help, unfortunately is lacking here at friendly accommodating service.

Two medium-sized pool areas and separate installations for children with large water slide are very positive to mention. The pools were clean and made a very well-kept impression. Animation we ourselves not taken into account, the entertainment team was however constantly on the way and unobtrusive to the participate animated. It made the impression, the all have fun in the Boccia and also the darts had. Also water aerobics after music found very good echo. The mood was generally good. The music could sometimes a bit less noisy and constant drone, but in the midday you have at least one time out retreat. Of course there was children's disco for the little ones, I believe, every evening after the same music. For the adults was the evening entertainment rather a bit lukewarm. Of course there was the usual ' choice mrem. Faliraki' or quiz or similar things, also greek folklore was for offer, and there was a weekly dance, but unfortunately no representations from musicals or similar with somewhat more class. The hotel bar has a outside area, in which one could sit very nicely.

The hotel is modern and in good condition. The large lawn with palm trees and enough free usable loungers with a direct access to the beach is very nice, as well as the supply of almost 2 pool bars is very good. The rooms are not especially large, but we have of course not all rooms seen. Cleanliness is very much emphasized, there are constantly and everywhere employee/inside it, for cleanliness to ensure, without however to disturb. The majority of of the guests were according to our estimate from Russia, also a few scandinavians, English, German. Contrary to the general expectation I the guests from Russia very pleasant felt: there were too many families or couple with small children. The all inclusive services were very average, the I on the great this hotel experienced much better. We are not verhungert, but the food looking forward to it, we were never.

The hotel lies directly at a too many fine sandy beach, at the also very good walking left. Towards the Faliraki port it was very good to go ( approximately 10 to 15 minutes), in the other direction, after 10 minutes really beautiful rocky. The water was crystal clear and for swimming absolutely great. The place is almost directly in front of the hotel entrance, smaller supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Everything easy to reach, also a whole load of restaurants, bars etc. What was noticeable unpleasantly were 3 strip clubs. Who likes it, oh well. The atmosphere was at this time however nothing special pleasant, the shops were too many only with touristentrödel filled or cheap clothes, or many of those, in which the fish the hard skin on your feet subduct... Little grown, more convivial, for frontage reisserisch, to the rear questionable-looking. Otherwise noticeable a variety of for longer time closed facilities for disabled guests and also a whole load of unfinished buildings. Directly in front of the hotel is both from a large taxi rank, as well as the bus station. Rodes city for current 2,20 Euro per person easy to reach, the buses are frequent. With the ferry you can very nice to Lindos (1/2 daytrip) and to Rodes city. The boats are quite fast, currently costs 6.60 per head. From the small port Faliraki can one also with the ferry excursions to other objectives undertake

Beautiful reconditioned rooms with air-conditioning and a mini bar (is filled up every two days). Small balcony with table and two chairs. Good beds and opposite large mirrored wall which unfortunately the whole week not cleaned. Wardrobe for two people too small. Bathroom big enough with washstand, tub with showering wall, toilet. We had a room to the pool side and beautiful views to the sea but due to the very loud evening entertainment no possibility before midnight to sleep.

Main restaurant with a nice outdoor area. Quality of the dishes very good. Drinks served. Only a buffezeile therefore sometimes long queues and waiting periods. 5 great theme restaurants (greek, italian, mexican, asian and sushi) with tischvorbestellung at the latest in the evening before at the front desk. There is a pleasant peaceful atomsphere. à-la-carte-meal of the finest quality. Pool bar with ice-cream and sweets.

Very friendly staff with good german language skills. Room cleaning good, but only in the late afternoon.

Clean pool and perfect beach with crystal clear water. Beach chairs and umbrellas in property inclusive, at the beach € 4,- per person. Showers and changing rooms available. Beach optimally located directly at the beach access. Animation during the day not intrusive. In the evening kids disco and stage with 'very loud' music.

Clean recently renovated hotel míttlerer size with all inclusive at the most beautiful beach section of Faliraki. Lots of guests from Russia with small children, therefore quite loud in the restaurant as always somewhere one child cries. For ruheuhe seeking guests so not the best choice.

Centrally located to the fine sandy beach and in the place Faliraki. Enough shopping possibilities in the actually not very nice tourist destination Faliraki, loud bars and touristenschops without limits. Many unfinished buildings and vacant buildings. Faliraki would be a generalreinigung need, so a deduction. Bus stop and taxi rank directly in front of the hotel.

The rooms were okay. Size sufficiently, the storage space was ideal. We had view of the sea and the we had was great.

We stayed from the additional restaurant only the italians and greeks used. Both was perfect. Of the quality the dishes at the buffet you need not at all to talk. There was always enough choice and it was always tasty. It was nice, that there greek specialties at the buffet was. German food I get home again. Abroad we'll try to dishes typical of the country. The atmosphere in the dining room we were in the old hotel, so before the renovation, liked it better. It is very noisy. A entertainment at the table is only possible under circumstances. The box for tips we find reasonable, in case the tips under the staff to be divided.

The staff in the restaurants was friendly, but sometimes a bit moody. Very friendly and accommodating the staff were at pool bar and beach bar. The cleaning of the rooms was mostly rather late in the afternoon - but it was clean and also no large problem. The staff at the reception was however very rude and not very helpful. We have for example with the check-in no information on meal times or at possibilities in the hotel. Also on the rooms there was no information. We had to do everything ourselves, and to ask. This should urgently be changed.

The entertainment team was not pushy, very pleasant. Beach is wonderful, loungers are enough available. If you however a place in the shade under the trees to have wants. You have to on time get up. The pool we didn't use-if the sea before the door is.

Hotel was, as always ( are the 4. time) super, room reasonable also the cleanliness was okay. Food way too good, who finds there nothing it is your own fault. Guest structure I would say 90% russians, wasn't a problem however.

The location is perfect. Very nice garden area to the loungers and direct access to the beach, we have about this hotel always appreciated. Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, so possibility to excursions in every direction. We had however a hired car and have the island explore.

The rooms are big enough. The furnishing was functional and visually appealing. The balcony is rather small, we missed a possibility to hang and dry the wet swimming gear. Here you should definitely needs to make improvements, because every guest must tz itself somehow help.

The theme restaurants we didn't use. The dishes in the main restaurant were good, but a bit more variety would be desirable. There was for example each evening to rice and spaghetti with cheese amongst others at the warm buffet you had to ansstellen, which was sometimes annoying. But at the number of guests surely not to avoid. In the main restaurant it was during dinner times usually very loud and hectic, the lots of small children.

Staff in the restaurants fast and friendly. On the beverages you had to already times to wait. The tables were quickly cleared and again covered up. You must mention. The cleaning of the rooms was always satisfactory, towel/bedlinen nearly daily. The communication in german was difficult, but possible.

The pool area weren't used by us.

Faliraki beach - lovely hotel with 340 rooms, well-kept complex with several pools and a beautiful large garden with palm trees. Location : right on the sandy beach. Also whoever wanted entertainment and party value, come here to its cost. Only a couple of minutes to the center of the town. The general cleanliness you can rate with good rate. Negative the guest structure with 90% russians and their micro-and infants. It is very disturbing, if about 30 children at the age of 8 months to 2/3 years (the part. Still satisfied were) during the meals in the restaurants screaming apparent. The unscrupulous quiet in the evening in the restaurant (as we observed), is another negative in the niveabewertung of the hotel. Behaviour of the russian guests during dinner times also raises a number of questions. Loaden plates, then barely nibbled standing be left. Would this' guests' in charge, would the price for every guest cheaper. It can't be, that in the catalog at appropriate clothes (men in long trousers) is asked, if then at the nebentischen guests in freizeitshorts and beach shoes be tolerated.

Right on the sandy beach - but also very centrally located. Only few minutes on foot to the center with various shops and entertainment. Desk are offered in the hotel or you can yourself.
