For a short business trip good. Sauna to relax available, aufpreispflichtiges express wi-fi, breakfast in quality and selection ok-for a 'Swissotel' you could a schümlikaffee be, instead there were lukewarm 0/8/15 coffee. In other five stars houses one is used, if a page outside the front door is the taxitüre stopped get or at least a taxi is called, if one is needed. In this respect, bad front desk. The check in and check out whereas excellent. Early check in and late check out were absolutely no problem. For our reason for the trip liked it, next time Berlin but ... i think more direction ritz or Hyatt. read more

The hotel is really just a dream. One felt from the first minute in a star hotel is. Especially good we liked the one weekend until 12 hours breakfast and one on sundays only at 16 o'clock check must! And not to forget the nespresso machine also the room! read more

The staff's hospitality is especially to be highlighted, as well as the cleanliness in all areas.
As a lone traveler women we have no so beautiful room (for example only a chair at the table) received. The sauna consists of 3 beach chairs-no locker room only one toilet. We have 3 times a attempt-but it was always too crowded. No pool-unfortunately

The swissotel is a great for a city break. The centrally located on the corner to Kurfürstendamm is, are shops particularly the kadewe -, restaurants and also theatre and cabaret easily reached on foot(theatre the west and musicals, 2 comedy, cabaret in the Europa Center). With u -, S-Bahn and buses you can reach but also very good Potsdamer Platz, the Alexanderplatz with tv-tower, the Friedrichstraße with Friedrichstadt Palace and unter den linden with government district and gendarmenmarkt.
The Swiss-hotel was businesslike and modern decor, the room to the inner courtyard very quiet, the early
Stücksraum at the weekend a ... bit too small, however with a great view on the Ku'damm.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
For a city break the hotel is fully recommendable! read more

A great hotel for a city trip to Berlin. Fully recommendable! Great location - simply top! The Ku'damm is just around the corner with its many shopping possibilities. Also the subway. To the train station zoo you get on foot in about 10 minutes.
Breakfast was excellent with a view of the Ku'damm. Our room number 7033 had the same view - simply nicer. read more

We stayed for three nights in this hotel in Berlin for a three day long city break. The hotel is in a perfect location as a starting point. The facilities, the atmosphere and the service were of the highest standard - we know many 5 stars hotels and were rarely so thrilled.
In reading the reviews i noticed, that mostly only things like the offer for breakfast and so on assessed. For me crucial is however amongst others the wellbeing atmosphere in the room, because there one spends in the end, most of the stay. A quiet room for an ... undisturbed sleep is for me always the most important criterion. Unfortunately is here exactly this hotel a bit. The sound-absorption to the next room proved to be insufficient. In our case was heard or one felt every step of our neighbors from the neighbouring room. It was for me a undisturbed sleep only after 1 at night possible. Like in my opinion, this 5-star category, as well as there is a new hotel rather uncommon.
Apart from that we have however felt really good in this hotel. read more

With the Swissotel directly on the Ku'damm one makes surely nothing wrong. The mall on the doorstep, the subway (Kurfürstendamm) around the corner and cafe's and restaurants in the immediate
Neighborhood.
The check in/check-out was quick and easy, the crew at the front desk had for questions and assistance ' around our stay' always an ear to lend and a good tip ready.
At all we can the already published reviews said, that the kindness and attention of the staff was great.
Our standard -room with a view of the courtyard was relatively large and brightly decorated, the bathroom was ... rather small, had but nevertheless bathtub and separate shower, but it seemed not jammed. The flat screen tv worked for the size of the room a bit small.
The ambience in the lobby and in the breakfast room works on us modern and spacious, on the floor and in the standard room very sober and functional.
The breakfast buffet was all right, but surely not worth 5 stars.
Wireless internet in the room is liable to pay the costs, in the lobby free of charge.
If you're on a nespresso coffee 'is', will look forward, there is also in the standard room.
Conclusion: this was our first stay in a Swissotel and compared to other 5 star hotels
(also in Berlin) it has our expectations not met,
Everything was very solid, but no 5 stars! read more

We were there for 3 days in the Swissotel, thought it was good, but we would not again book. Initially i think the main entrance a bit strange, you first before 2 lifts the a then top into the lobby bring. I think this first impression not positive. The lobby is too cold for my taste furnished and offers no atmosphere. I found it really a bit uncomfortable. The check in as well as the check out ran without any problems, the staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 7. floor with view onto the street and to ... Hotel Concorde. The room was bright and friendly, although a bit too small. The bed was extremely hard and i wouldn't 3 night to sleep. In the room there was a flat -tv and a nespresso -machine. The mini bar was well stocked, the closet it was too small. Also the bathroom was for a 5 star hotel way too small. Everything was however very clean and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was very tasty, varied and fresh. The staff here was very concerned and decent. Since my boyfriend's birthday, he got from the hotel a very delicious small cake and one of the staff signed birthday card. It was a very nice guests. Although the hotel optically in good condition is, i would not stay here again. I was missing warmth and heat. I recommend the hotel nevertheless further. read more

Start you have to here with the telephone reservation in advance, very friendly and hard-working. At most hotels you are already arrogant treatment. When we checked in, we had a very good feeling, friendly welcome, we were explained everything and they brought us to the elevator. Rooms are really clean and furnished. Breakfast is one of the best, what we experienced. Constantly is a hotelbar busy, refill everything, discreet and very attentive. The waiters asked for wishes, we ordered omelet and homemade waffles, crazy delicious. Much praise goes to all the staff. We will definitely return.
