The hotel lies not, as one of my previous reviewer wrote, on the lake, but in a rustic city center (it gives in Puno three Casa andinas, amongst others a on the lake, but the Tikarani is not). CIRCA 5a 10 minutes to the Plaza d. Armas on foot.
The room was big enough, had a really extremely comfortable bed and electrical -heating ( that means, the room was cold, when one was gone and the room card longer Currently not in the electricity-activating slot next to the locks stick had ).
The restaurant is drafty and not heated in ... the passage area, evenings there are (very moderate ) pizza or soup of the day, the staff were evenings massive verpeilt and hardly any English. Most guests sat in the jacket in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet in the same premises of at best average quality.
Wi-Fi, as well as internet-PCs free.
No recommendation, as mentioned above deficiencies may in other hotels locally, in the same price category are, not as marked and actually nothing really positive ( except the bed) in the hotel gave. read more

We only stayed for the night there. The hotel chain had the same facilities. The breakfast buffet is uniform, but rather Spartan. As we were traveling in the winter, it was in the rooms, especially bathroom, too cold. read more
