We drive since more than 15 years. We have until now nothing better in this price range found: front desk and service very friendly, but also very personally. Rooms, spa area and restaurant are pleasant, modern and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner are varied and beautiful with many regional specialities.
What particularly to rise, is the effort to make everything right for the guest. Only rare find!
For 2 years are still some beautiful room at a reasonable price to. Very recommendable. A new wellnessbereich in april ready. I am sometimes tense! read more

We are long-term guests. In the hotel was in the last few years much renewed. The pool area is very attractive, the new sauna area comes shortly in addition. It looks very promising... The food is terrific and already for years. read more

It is basically, everything in the best order. The sauna area is in need of an overhaul, but until march 2013 changes, if the new wellness wing will be opened. Would be nice, if the sauna only adults be allowed, at least from 16 years, however no children especially infants. read more

Our family stay provides us with a differente rating of the hotel. Overall, we had three rooms. The new building is very well done and very well furnished. The rooms in the existing house are neat, but can here and there a renovation/upgrade. The vacation apartment in the residence thurnfeld are from the 80. years and terribly in need of renovation. However, it seems that, that in the current additional new building will be invested, that insisted on a normal for a 4 star house is, both in the 'old' house, as well as on the thurnfeld. Haarstreubend was the ... heizungssituation in old stock and on the thurnfeld. The rooms were overheated and couldn't be adjusted. In the restaurant it is possible in the deepest winter in the dresses, food to go. There can man only be, that the energy prices continue to rise and that even the need for thermostats recognized. Operating costs seem in South Tyrol not relevant to his.
With us was also the heater from, the can happen. What is however very needs improvement is, that not at all a problemerkennung by the front desk and no active repair of the hotel with us was taking place. We were in our call at the front desk only comforted. No once was from the side of the hotel a situation independently informed. In the end, we 24 hours in a 14 degrees cold unit spent. (we had thought the pool or in the restaurant to stay, since it was too warm \u263a it was at 22:00 o'clock at night offered, that we in the main house move could, then what for sleeping not very practical is. Only after the operation the owner (after we 23 hours long no meaningful solution offered had; to mention again: the contacts took place by us) was the problem addressed. Here is clear, that the front desk no power to act and therefore no decisions or should make. There is no communication between the front desk and the decision-makers or the decision-makers see only after direct contact of the guest need. It should be quite strong on optimising consideration. That means, if real issues arise: immediately owners switch. The handling of all those involved with us was very friendly. The bowl with christmas cookies was a nice entschuldigungsgeste, whether the present problems was sufficient, everyone could judge for themselves.
The spa area was nice, the swimming pool particularly for families great. It should be also times above consideration, and users from the haus thurnfeld here to move and your things store can.
The food was excellent. The restaurant service was exemplary. Admirable, with the really big number of guests. The dining area is' italian ' loud and alive.
The framework programme is great organised and carried out. Thanks to Richard and mr p. senior.
On the whole stay after the difficulties that much. The building should times about the verbesserungsanregungen reflection. Four stars undertake something in inventory and not only with the excellent food and the friendliness to shine.

Unfortunately was missing this time the riding master (cowboy Claudio) on the my daughter again looking forward to
Claudio belonged simply to the team, for the horses

I can only echo the reviews my predecessor said: we have a relaxing week in a holiday home the stroblhofs included spoiling guest house spend. Staff very friendly, premises all very clean, beautiful wellness area with good treatments and above all excellent food. Our son is the kids club, also here pleasant and kind care. Great service, for example guides hikes with transfer from the hotel, in the hike for fischergütl nice constructed buffet outside with delicious south tyrolean food. Good traffic connections at Meran (30 minutes on the bus) and the surrounding villages. Supermarkets and various shops in the ... town.
Small recommendation at the hotel: instead of 2 eckbänken rather a beautiful seating area with sofa and armchair in the living area of the bungalow ( vacation home am platzl). read more

Great hotel with lots of free time- and possibilities to recover. Our room was rather older, but nevertheless completely reasonable, but there are also state-of-the-art, chic room. The staff is really very friendly.
The leihfarräder are unfortunately not optimal, 7 course mountain bikes are here in passeiertal unfortunately not from. If the other existing bikes a bit maintained (brake, tires), then they are very well placed.
Great, large swimming pool with beautiful sunbathing areas for relaxing. Sauna very attractive.
The cleaning should be only after check out of the guests show, in case you again put wants. read more

Have seldomly so fast felt at ease and in such a short time so good. This was due to the particular friendliness and attention of the staff, at the wonderful food, breakfast and dinner, as well as the rich free time- and sporting activities. Very well maintained indoor and outdoor swimming pool, relatively small sauna area, but with all the amenities, that you need. The rooms, the fittings are not the newest is, are big and clean, exactly like the bathroom. In short: will book it again next year! read more

We were from 22,09.-29-09-12 in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay.
The weather was at this time unfortunately no that great like one it wishes itself.
But there was the whole food on offer the better. There was a wonderful breakfast buffet with a large selection and fresh fruit. In the afternoon a Vitalbüfett with cakes or sandwiches.
In the evening a 5-course menu with a large selection of salt or vegetables from the buffet and an excellent desserts buffet.
It was daily a guided hike offered and hiking suggestions made.
The bathroom in the indoor ... and outside area is very nice and big and the water pleasantly warm.
Our room was big and with flat screen TV and lots of German programs mistake. read more

Hotel so, will (hopefully generous reserved. Four star let us in any case elsewhere.
Room reasonably clean, window however completely dirty, especially the bathroom window. Sauna was for us not usable. Very dark, one needed some time to orientate yourself. Resting room by the staircase reachable. No-go! In the fitness room ( wants it call it that) was missing a lot of small weights. Women had the disadvantage. The seat area in the garden was nice, but the upholstery of the lounge furniture very disadvantage one saw. And so on. read more

It was value for money. We will definately return again. The food and the big variaty of wines were tremendous. The trip to Merano by bike along the river (no rental fees charged) was a beautiful experience. The wellness and SPA area offered a wonderful relaxation. read more

The hotel lies in the town center from st. Leonhard ( main village of passeiertals ) with an old and part of the new building.
The stroblhof is run under the guidance of hansi pircher, the very accommodating and was always present. Support the head by his wife and the two older children. A real family business, even senior manager and boss with advice and act to the side.
Every sunday the vision program of weekly, by hansi pircher, with a begrüßungsaperitif instead. ( with subsequent notice opposite the hotel bar on the ground floor)
Always thursday a dance evening ... with the Amberg duo in the lounge followed by a raffle instead. read more
