Very good hotel with two pools, nice river views and friendly service. Although a very big place it never feels anonymous as the staff is generally very frinedly. Rooms all have river views, the suites are particularly good and spacey. Executive lounge with good food and drinks. The garden pool enjoys a lot of greenery and some peacocks. Good connections via river taxis. read more

The Sheraton corresponds unfortunately not more 5 stars. The views and the breakfast are excellent, but the room decor is not on 5 star level.
Moreover, it is an isolence, that wi-fi in the room should pay, which now in all 3 and star hotel standard is. Wi-fi is free only in the lobby and in the restaurant/ bar. There are people, the Bangkok have to work and thus to wlan are dependent on. You should urgently consider. read more

After the strenuous Myanmar-round trip we had for relaxation nor 4 days in Bangkok booked and were very satisfied with our choice of hotel. On the 27. floor a tower executive river view room which by the size very well arranged, but with a great view over Bangkok and the river was.
Since the additional 'breakfast included' this room selection already justified, we had the room booked.
Check in-desk' sorry, you have special check in' and from the express -elevator, to on the 27. floor with panoramic view just sometimes freshly pressed to enjoy. Otherwise nothing was to be ... done (ok the passport had we from the bag rauskramen ). A friendly mr then into the room led, the bellboy briefed and us the use all amenities stated.
3 parts wash/day/person-and we came with freshly ironed clothes home. The breakfast absolutely sufficient selection in great service & view.
Through the tea-hour (the read relaxation) and the buffet with cocktails until 20:00 o'clock we were actually catering fully served. So services we with our trips the meal time and costs.
Free express internet and late -check out we needed.
We didn't take advantage of the sports facilities on offer, since the time for sightseeing and shopping draufging. The hotel's own transferboot is also good for the small romantic river tour between cocktail hour and drink.
A praise to the selection of wines, villa antinori in Bangkok on the river, so romantic can city are.
Altogether we at royal orchid Sheraton hotel & towers felt very comfortable. read more

Really beautiful hotel on chao-praya river. Spacious room and tastefully decorated. The hotel's jetty allows rapid achievement of the major destinations.

We spend the new year's eve in Bangkok and were very satisfied with our choice of hotel. We had on the upper floors of the hotel a tower executive room booked with beautiful atmosphere and a view of the chao-phya. We would all recommend a room this category to book, because even access to the tower lounge. Here in the afternoon coffee and cake enough and in the evening tasty cocktails and a buffet. These benefits are already in the room price included, which we great found. Other tools like for instance a late -check out at 18 o'clock was ... included.
Our room was in a new and modern condition, the rest of the hotel you can see the years partly on, but everything was always clean.
At the check-in we had to unfortunately an hour wait and had afterwards our room itself visit, there the staff obviously very busy. Apart from that is the staff friendly and accommodating.
We also have the pizza in the italian hotel restaurant 'Giorgio's' tried and found these delicious.
For sports fans are two swimming pools available, whereas the one to swim laps invites and one from the liege the river can see. Besides there is a tennis court, a fitness room and a garden area.
Altogether we at royal orchid Sheraton felt very comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer. read more

It is just a very nice and also less expensive hotel in the for us everything fit.
Tower room had the view to the river and to the 'the dome', the many pleasant details as a part of of the booked room was wonderful. The wine and the small delicacies replaced a dinner so one could say, you had half board. The ladies and men wonderful amiable and competent. We will come again. read more

Great hotel a decent value for money. The location directly on the chao phraya river (express-boote) is outstanding; this private shuttle boat to the public pool. In december we were on our round trip for 3 nights in the hotel. We took the first evening in the restaurant eaten (buffet ), the food and quality of the courses was excellent!
We did the mandara spa tried, also here the atmosphere is and quality the treatments very good. Our room was very spacious, the view simply great. read more

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the royal orchid Sheraton. Got an upgrade to a tower guest rooms in the 27th Floor with a magnificent view! Received free all facilities the 'tower lounge'. For us were the 4 days pampering program. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During the next stay in Bangkok we would choose this hotel again. It is really recommendable in every aspect! read more

The hotel lies excellent location for a city break in Bangkok. You can get by boat really everywhere back. Even a complimentary hotelshuttleboot is available and takes to the sky train, which I taxi and tuk-tuk prefer.
About the hotel itself there is nothing to complain about. I would recommend the hotel and also the next time in Bangkok stay here again. read more

The hotel has a excellent location for a city break! You can get by boat really everywhere now, the distance from the particular pier to particular sight seeing can easily be reached by taxi or Tuk-Tuk to go. We have everything 'important' in Bangkok viewed (royal Palace, what PO, lumpini park, Kaosan road, MBK, silom road, Siam paragon, scirocco @ lebua, Thai boxing.) and it is on this way for about 6a 10 Euro per person ( boat and taxi or Tuk-Tuk ) everywhere back!
In the hotel itself you are really very pampered. There are also the details ..., as the door stop right at the entrance or that a taxi will be called as soon as you the hotel left. Everything is extremely Nobel decorated and really very nice and clean! The staff are above average friendly and always always make an effort a to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
I would advise anyone the hotel really recommend the next time in Bangkok without thinking the same thing hotel choose! read more

Again the very good service in the Sheraton for our vacation conclusion use. All service spaces get the' thumbs up '! Executive lounge-tools were brilliant, perfect laundry, delicious cocktails in the lounge bar. Optically could this sometimes needing some upgrades, furniture was already very worn.
The hotel was very good booked, you noticed especially in the breakfast restaurant ( sometimes the' Giorgio' s'also for breakfast use ) and at the pool.
The hotel is for we have a perfect Blend of tranquillity and starting point for activities in Bangkok.
Next stay was already booked! read more

At the hotel there is nothing to fault. You got to a normal reference time in the afternoon at, the guests a beautifully designed hoteloppy with soft chinese live music. You room shown and then comes the luggage. The hotel has very many rooms, but not noticed. The breakfast corresponds to the standard for such a hotel. It is almost for each Nation which on the buffet. The rooms are in good condition and always super clean. Since there was no skytrain station right in the näjhe specifie, drives halfhourly a shuttle boat in 10 minutes to the zentralpier at ... the station taksin. The hotel's boat is very luxurious and you get after a trip in the city back to the hotel cold cloths and water enough. At the time of our stay there was general in Bangkok noticeably many japanese. read more

The hotel works from the outside really huge. Everything is in very good condition. You are in the entrance hall very friendly greeted and the rest of the staff are äuerst friendly. The hotel is also inside very big and individual signs point the right way. The cleanliness in the entire hotel was excellent. read more

The hotel has over 700 rooms however not enough room for breakfast.
We were at 09:00 o'clock breakfast and got only some time later a space.
The staff are in Bangkok welfareless overloaded, you could say typical city. read more
