A really beautiful hotel. Would not have believed, that a cuban run hotel work so well.
Location of the hotel wonderful. Distances from the airports to the hotel very convenient (arrival in Varadero, departure from Havanna) hotel lies between two = no long journeys by bus or cab.
Hotel facilities very well-kept. The pool was very clean same goes for the very nearby sea and beach.
Staff accommodating and very polite.
Foreign languages definitely erfordrlich. There can not a soul german. For companies with the taxi. There is a driver of the can speak german. At the front desk after ... him questions.

Lovely hotel with well maintained garden area. Beach ok. Buffet restaurant with a few downsides also, à-la-carte -restaurants are recommendable. The staff are only with tips from the peace and without inattentive. There the complex is a bit isolated, there is outside little possibility the entertainment, unless you bay tuoren. A nice vacation overall socialism, you feel 40 years back. read more

It is a wonderful hotel with lots of possibilities. We really enjoyed the stay.
It is recommendable the excursions itself to organize and to locals travel guide and taxi driver to leave. It is also cheaper than the offered day trips of the individual tour operator and to the other is it worthwhile for insider tips and personal care. We have two excursions with a classic cars taxi (1 time to Havanna and 1 times to Pinar del Rio) and were much individual on the way. Please definitely a concert by the buenavista social club in Havanna visit. Amazing. To ... Havanna you must at least twice to drive, in order to 'everything' to see. A visit to the apothekenmuseum in mastanzas is also very informative.
We also have some hikes on our own and thus explored the environment. Just walk and then from unique beach sections, untouched nature and crazy landschaftsabschnitten for a strenuous march compensate leave.
Please do not the crocodile farm drive. This is animal cruelty and very sad to see. read more

Facilitities are absolutely recommendable. Who however on honey and philadelphia or similar german products value (in Cuba) must a 5 star hotel choose. We stayed from the selection always something tasty found. Problem is, that no cushions to the beach- and pool beach chairs, as well as the chairs in the restaurants were available. So carpet from the room take! Diving is on the complex directly no longer possible, however direct in the neighboring hotel (100 meters) for sensationally favorable cuc 20.- (~Euro 15 ) the dive possible. The distance to Havanna is perfectly acceptable (1 hour taxi). The ... offered excursions are partly. Very expensive and only recommended only with restrictions, therefore prefer taxi nahemen and even the country explore (especially Havanna circa Euro 50 return, carpooling form).
At the beach places in the shade under the trees in any case available. Stranreinigung cleaned daily. Great reef. As probably everywhere in Cuba there is only Deutsche Welle on tv and internet there are in the hotel is however according to experience of guests unacceptable slow, but who needs that already on vacation.
Location of the hotel was very close to nature; directly on hotelende begins a hill.
A small tip: prepaid handykarten do not work.

The hotel is located romantic in a bay nestled. Whoever likes snorkeling is in the right place here. In the sea are small corals and rocks. You can but without bathing shoes. The staff is very friendly and courteous. In front of the hotel there were taxis. With which you can excursions to Havanna, Varadero or environment make. It is a well-maintained hotel with about 1 kilometer long sandy beach.
Unfortunately there were often jellyfish alarm (portuguese galley) and the lake was closed for swimming.
There is a beautiful nearby reef for snorkeling, what also inexperienced away. Bathing shoe are required. Excursions you can in the hotel or booked privately.
We are Juan, the in front of the hotel to find and very good spoke german, to Havanna with a vintage car dangers.
It was more apparent, as the vacations the in the hotel a bus ride were booked.
The free hiking excursions on the mountain and in ... the village are recommendable. read more

Disappointing were the knowledge of german in the entire hotel, also at the front desk!
Beach nice, with us unfortunately very much wind, thus a current the toxic jellyfish in the luggage had, in other words red flag about a week no swimming! No idea, if we only bad luck had!?
Food and drinks super, tip is expected. Sometimes annoying!
Friendliness except ... a few exceptions leaves much to be desired, especially at the bars.

It was an all round great vacation. In may we expect to be back. A tip to future travelers: take soap, shampoo or comparable with, the people there very necessary need. Also here very on children's clothers without being asked tischschublade or ' candys' (sweet).
Really great was, that you snorkeling gear could be borrowed.

If to Cuba, then in this hotel! We had the possibility, by excursions, several hotels to meet, no comparison to breezes jibacoa. The complex is clean and the staff very friendly.

Hotel is nicely designed, but outside of the hotel there is nothing, which one to reach on foot could (no shops, no restaurant). Either one drives 1 hour to Varadero or Havanna. Food isn't worth 4 stars ( selection too small, taste monotonous, bland). Service with a few exceptions unfriendly. Drinks you had to at each bar yourself, have better cocktails drunk. With arrival there were 2 small bottles water in the fridge in the room, afterwards one must the water in the hotel shop buy (and the in all-inclusive). Pool is for my taste with 0,9 meters (2/3) ... until 1,3 meters (1,3) deep too low. The chairs at the beach are hard and without cushions.
Positive: the marked area, in the in the sea swim is huge and you can directly from the hotel beach from snorkeling. read more

We are for a long time no more in so a bad hotel been food, no seasoning, bland without limits. Drinks except in the piano bar always cups had never experienced something like that.
