Really the smallest room with the smallest bathroom I had ever experienced.
It is very noisy, the doors to the corridor have a really big gap, therefore you can hear everything.
The restaurant in the open foyer, has unfortunately a beamer go. This was until 0:30 very loudly used, I understood each word in the room ( what is not very helpful whilst sleeping is).
There are hardly any parking spaces, if the hotel is full, parking many (from not) in the many parkverbotszonen in front of the hotel. read more

Medium-sized suburban hotel features, we park sleep fly hotel. Our booking included accommodation and parking, breakfast additionally booked. During the first night there were hardly any guests in the hotel, the 2 time in probably business guests of different nationalities. It was clean, we were satisfied. I personally like the Mercur style, at least the hotels in a good location near the airport were always different accessories, flying on, to the interior integrated. Whether flugzeugsitze or plane on the walls... I then always fast in the holiday mood. read more

We have this hotel only for night before a flight and are used only in the evening arrived and very early again way. To criticize there was nothing. Hotel ideal for park, sleep & fly. Besides that nothing special - just Mercure. In our room there was a half of the barely get directly at the wall-inconvenient. Also the bathroom was small. Transfer very good. read more

We booked the park, sleep & fly offer booked. Transfer to and from the airport worked great. Actually we wanted to evenings still in the hotel restaurant meals, it had but unfortunately day of rest. We would like to had known, was on the hotel's homepage but unfortunately not specified. The room was for one night completely reasonable, however quite small. We have for that price (103 €) in better 4 star hotels stayed in. read more

The hotel we have because of the special park, sleep & fly offer to the airport Düsseldorf booked and can fully recommend the hotel.
The car can close to the hotel free of charge on a large parking ( not secure and accessible for everybody) will be turned off.
The shuttle bus-service worked perfectly, very friendly driver.
Pick up: after arrival call and 5 minutes later, the shuttle bus and we were right to car went. Perfect!
The hotel was functional, nothing special.
Opposite is right McDonald's, a corner a nice German restaurant. So everything, which one for an overnight ... stay needs.
We would the offer definitely again use! read more

We have the hotel merely as a part of a 'park sleep and fly offer' used, so you other standards needs to start than with a usual stay. The hotel lies close at the airport ( less than 10 minutes drive) and in direct surrounding area, a McDonald's-Branch, as well as a restaurant. The hotel parking is not right at the house, but in approximately 300 meters distance. The room was okay, even if you the decor of the small unimportant age. In things cleanliness there were however nothing to complain about. Bitter was however, that water from the shower ... was freezing. Because of the forthcoming transfer to the airport, liked it however no made sense, a repair to wait. The trips to the and from the airport have planned carried out. read more

We wanted 1 week in the vacation flies and a hotel with airport transfer. The Mercure in Rattingen was the cheapest hotel. That's why were our expectations not too high, but we can recommend this hotel in good conscience. The staff are very friendly and able, the rooms are well equipped with beautiful bathroom, kettle ( coffee and tea) and large flat screen. In the restaurant there is a very good the range of dishes on offer for cheap prices. The transfer to the airport and back worked well and was as ordered on time. From the hotel to the ... airport is less than 10 minutes driving. read more

Before an early flight from Düsseldorf and for the avoidance of a long journey to the airport was the night is a good possibility relatively relaxed to start.
The hotel offers parking for the duration of the trip and a shuttle to the airport and again the pick-up in the Rückkunft.
Everything is in the room price contain, not much higher than if you during the vacation at the airport park.

We have only one night before our vacation in this hotel and parking for the duration of the trip, as well as a shuttle to the airport and again the pick-up in the Rückkunft used.
The hotel has the best time already behind itself. It is clean, however are already many traces of use to see. The furnishing ( for example Heat lamp instead of heating in the bathroom) is partly not anymore. The room size was for 2 people absolutely sufficient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. With the shuttle it worked very well. The parking is not ... very attractive and looks more like a patch, however it did not disturb us so much. The value for money is good.
We would this hotel for this purpose in any case use again and recommend. read more

We booked this hotel as a park, sleep & fly booked, however was on arrival no parking on site available, there was solely a seat on a public 'parking' available, this same however a field of only with rubber boots to reach! In the room it was incredibly narrow as the beds wall to wall went. The heater couldn't be adjusted, it was very warm in the room. read more

We were just for one night there. Are on the next day in the vacation flown. It was everything great. The food in the restaurant we found a little too expensive. The staff but very friendly. Big room, however rather rustic decor, really comfort atmosphere wanted me with not arise. For one night it was OK. The hotel lies directly at the highway, convenient for the through journey. The window I would however not open, this is quite loud. The bathroom is relatively small but sufficient.
The furnishing altogether was rather old, but the breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. A long stay I would however do not book. read more

Because of unfavorable flight at the airport, we had a one-night stay at the Mercure before and after our vacation Hotel. With the price/performance ratio were very good, if not great. Our car could be parked free of charge, with plenty of parking. A shuttle service to the airport and back was included in the price and worked fine. For sleep, park & fly this hotel is definitely recommendable. read more

We used the hotel as a place to stay because of the early flight in the vacation. After waking up were kettle for coffee and tea right on the bed. As early in the morning to 4:00 o 'clock the first transfer enterprise was not ordered, we ordered without' IFS and buts 'free of charge a taxi. What more could you ask for? Those who complain-you should stay at home. Thank you for those pleasant stay. The return transport with the extremely friendly drivers (what did we laughed ☺ worked perfectly. We have used this hotel, in order to fly the next morning stress from the international airport in Düsseldorf to Venice. The airport is nearby and the shuttle, the parking for 15 days is included in the price, was at the airport 15 minutes of ten. The hotel is in my opinion a four stars standard. He has little parking spaces in front of the hotel, but nearby (about 300 meters away) rented a large car park, where you can leave the car parking for those vacation. The potholes should only be repaired. Very positive but we have experienced, as ... the front desk has dealt with the problem, we took place in Dusseldorf in weeze 75 kilometer away and we were in the middle of the night had to be picked up. We have been realized was guaranteed, that this transfer was included in the price. As it was only rarely the case, they were going to their word and the high transfer costs, which we have interpreted, because the driver couldn't believe our commitments, refund. This deserves much credit! read more
