This is a very nice hotel in Boston both for business travelers and people on a holiday. The hotel is slightly far from the histroic "Freedom Trail" but is very easily accessible by the subway 1 exit of which is actually connects directly to hotel lobby. The hotel provided me an upgrade to suite and being just 1 person in a huge 2 rooms, i felt like being treated royally. The Club lounge is pretty good and views of the river and the entire city from the lounge are just amazing. Highly recommended especially if you are SPG platinum. read hotel review

Stayed here on a 3 day business trip. The hotel is in a great location relative to Copley Place and Prudential Center. Easy access to T subway, Fenway and Boston Commons. Lobby was very inviting and quite impressive with the business center nearby as well as sophisticated bar area. Found the pool and exercise room to be well kept and up to date. Very happy with room and city view. Would definitely stay again when in town. read hotel review

The Sheraton Boston as probably almost every other hotel in the big groups nothing surprising. Large, many rooms, lots of people, rather impersonal, etc. Nevertheless, we were very much! The location in the middle in Boston is perfect. Waterfront, Esplanade, Charles river, fenway park, Boston common, Newbury Street, etc. - everything in walking distance to reach! From the room we had a great overview of the city. The interior was generous, clean and modern. In the lobby it has next to free internet also a Starbucks. In the immediate area there is large shopping centres (copley and prudential center). The ... newbury street shopping are two blocks. It is in Boston not on a rental car directed, everything was good and üerbsichtlich with public transport developed. You should still a rental car thereby, is the parking (as everywhere in this town) extremely expensive. Taxis from /to the airport costs about $25, duration 15 minutes The next visit immediately come back to this hotel! read hotel review

No doubt about the Sheraton quality. I liked the position of the hotel that is located downtown and it is connected to most of the close shopping areas thanks to internal connection so that in case of bad weather you do not have to walk outside. read hotel review

The hotel is very good with the t (= subway) and directly at the shopping mall prudential center attached. So you can also in case of bad weather shops and restaurants wind and rain-protected visit, with the t but also in a few minutes in the center. Also the airport can so easily. Our room was well equipped, however relatively small (especially for american standards). Wifi is in the room for a fee, but it is in the lobby as well as many pcs free available. Because we the hotel over hotwire (hotel only after booking, but is the price ... better) had booked, with the price-performance ratio very satisfied. read hotel review

We stayed three nights at the Sheraton. Our son (5 years) loved it, in particular, the view from the 27. Floor of Boston. The room was very clean and spacious. The facilities (tv, etc.) was up to date, the king bed was very comfortable and offered enough space for the three of us. The price performance ratio was excellent. We will be back! read hotel review

We were because of the reviews not only at holidaycheck and torn, because the hotel for a Sheraton not always good critics got. Convinced us however nevertheless the price, since Boston was relatively expensive, the central location and as Starwood preferred guest but relatively inexpensive book in the hope a bit more beautiful room to get. Another plus point was the recent renovation all the rooms. And we did not regret it. The service and the standard is a Sheraton accordingly and for Boston's still affordable. read hotel review

We were really happy with our large corner room( room 2556) on the 25th floor on the SPG floor with a great view. We had a very lots of space and storage space, a desk, armchair, A dresser with large flat screen TV, two large window with a bench outside. It was not super modern nor old-fashioned, but we had us from the recent renovation somehow expected more... Establishing is however sometimes anyway a difficult Issue in America. We at least felt at ease in the room, it was cozy and especially the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom for a Sheraton be a bit of attention. What has disturbed us was that the air conditioning periodically began to whistle and our neighbors through the connecting door quite well heard. We also couldn't understand is, that it Wiki only in the lobby on Starbucks gives. A hotel as the Sheraton should free Wiki can offer.

The room was without breakfast, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby for in the morning with a coffee they quote.

  • Service

The service was a Sheraton accordingly. Here we had the quickest check in on our entire round trip and although we actually at 14 o'clock were early. Then we saw on the Starwood Preffered guest floor on the 25th floor a corner room with a great view gotten, so we were very satisfied with the service! The only thing what wasn't so nice, is that a late check out no later than 13 hours could check out.

The hotel lies on prudential center with food court and a massive supermarket and even by a passage with the prudential center connected. The Public garden and Common garden are 20 minutes on foot to walk, but you can the Newbury street, the shopping in Boston at all, cross-country skiing. In Common garden begins then also the freedom trail to. The underground station is also a couple of minutes walk away, but all together uS the location the Newbury street around the corner so excited and Boston is a city on foot explore should, that we didn't mind that!

Some of the rooms are in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. Rooms have partly not safe nor mini-bar, ironing board and coffee maker. The bath is so short that even sit with life-sized young girl stretched out in legs is not possible. The shower head is firmly installed and more at the younger people relax in comfort and style. For US Americans must give it special offers, as many muskelshirttragende Americans in the lobby trainers populated. Not very serviceminded, see under service. To our understanding this hotel is at least 50 % too expensive for the consideration. read hotel review

The service is really lousy. When we arrived, the doorman delightful and helps neither when you open our door or removal of luggage from the trunk. We were able to carry your own bags. absence safe in the room, we asked to leave valuables in the safety deposit box lock when she asked again, this was also not possible. Rooms weren't properly cleaned. Maids bang despite dont Disturb sign on the door. Even though the restaurant was empty, the waiters didn't finish folded its 30 napkins, before he us, we sat waiting at the entrance, dedicated, that was nearly an Provocation.

Is located in the middle of Boston, meetings at the Convention Center and a shopping mall, this is the plus for the hotel.

The hotel is very large and therefore also very busy. queue to front desk and Congierge-counter were on the agenda. A TATOO-meeting on our second stay seemed silly for such a hotel a bit bizarre. read hotel review

On our first stay we had a room on the 7th Floor with a view and ear to the AC in the hotel. The room itself was quite spacious and clean but fridge. The second stay we had as compensation for the difficulty of first a great room the explicitly choose guest on the top floor of the above with a great view and komfortablerer decor. Unfortunately no wireless internet in the room, only with password in the very unsilent lobby

Generously sized room with good facilities. Condition and the cleanliness was good, as was the bathroom. Very quiet location on the 18th floor. The room safe did not open. This after complaints within 20 minutes. Fixed. We didn't use the gastronomy, as the hotel is part of the Prudential center, a vast and very pleasant shopping center, where there are good places to eat, especially for breakfast. The underground station "Prudential" is also right next to the hotel, so it is easy to downtown Boston and also do get to the airport. The price of about 180 euros for the ... 3 of us (without breakfast) we found adequate for the hotel in a town like Boston. read hotel review

The hotel seemed very clean, very spacious lobby. For the most part it was great, if something has over some people were complaining about could, really could then it would be the many taxis in front of the hotel there were noisy pipes and to the entrance in/out privileges. (The next corner were in a large queue and with a Whistled one drove to the front of the hotel). It didn't us off in the slightest because you from the front door nothing notice. If you full every hour or walk out into the hotel would it fully annoying. read hotel review

The location of the hotel is good. Although it's not in the city center, but rather in the business district, but a lot of shops and restaurants/bar. (In the upscale lodging chain). You subway, but quite basic in the city.
