The Sheraton Boston as probably almost every other hotel in the big groups nothing surprising. Large, many rooms, lots of people, rather impersonal, etc.
Nevertheless, we were very much! The location in the middle in Boston is perfect. Waterfront, Esplanade, Charles river, fenway park, Boston common, Newbury Street, etc. - everything in walking distance to reach!
From the room we had a great overview of the city. The interior was generous, clean and modern. In the lobby it has next to free internet also a Starbucks. In the immediate area there is large shopping centres (copley and prudential center). The ... newbury street shopping are two blocks.
It is in Boston not on a rental car directed, everything was good and üerbsichtlich with public transport developed. You should still a rental car thereby, is the parking (as everywhere in this town) extremely expensive.
Taxis from /to the airport costs about $25, duration 15 minutes

We stayed three nights at the Sheraton. Our son (5 years) loved it, in particular, the view from the 27. Floor of Boston. The room was very clean and spacious. The facilities (tv, etc.) was up to date, the king bed was very comfortable and offered enough space for the three of us. The price performance ratio was excellent. We will be back! read more

We were because of the reviews not only at holidaycheck and torn, because the hotel for a Sheraton not always good critics got. Convinced us however nevertheless the price, since Boston was relatively expensive, the central location and as Starwood preferred guest but relatively inexpensive book in the hope a bit more beautiful room to get. Another plus point was the recent renovation all the rooms. And we did not regret it. The service and the standard is a Sheraton accordingly and for Boston's still affordable. read more

Some of the rooms are in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. Rooms have partly not safe nor mini-bar, ironing board and coffee maker. The bath is so short that even sit with life-sized young girl stretched out in legs is not possible. The shower head is firmly installed and more at the younger people relax in comfort and style. For US Americans must give it special offers, as many muskelshirttragende Americans in the lobby trainers populated. Not very serviceminded, see under service. To our understanding this hotel is at least 50 % too expensive for the consideration. read more

The hotel is very large and therefore also very busy. queue to front desk and Congierge-counter were on the agenda. A TATOO-meeting on our second stay seemed silly for such a hotel a bit bizarre. read more

Generously sized room with good facilities. Condition and the cleanliness was good, as was the bathroom. Very quiet location on the 18th floor. The room safe did not open. This after complaints within 20 minutes. Fixed. We didn't use the gastronomy, as the hotel is part of the Prudential center, a vast and very pleasant shopping center, where there are good places to eat, especially for breakfast. The underground station "Prudential" is also right next to the hotel, so it is easy to downtown Boston and also do get to the airport. The price of about 180 euros for the ... 3 of us (without breakfast) we found adequate for the hotel in a town like Boston. read more

The hotel seemed very clean, very spacious lobby. For the most part it was great, if something has over some people were complaining about could, really could then it would be the many taxis in front of the hotel there were noisy pipes and to the entrance in/out privileges. (The next corner were in a large queue and with a Whistled one drove to the front of the hotel). It didn't us off in the slightest because you from the front door nothing notice. If you full every hour or walk out into the hotel would it fully annoying. read more
