Since 2009 we are regularly for the kratzerwirt. Time as a group times as a couple. We was always very satisfied. When problems were there, they were immediately and competent solved. The kitchen is simply good! A praise goes to Klaus the chef. We are also very definitely come again. What me at the kratzerwirt particularly like, the service is over all the years consistently good. Who didn't feel good here it is your own fault. read more

Really beautiful hotel area with beautiful rooms and apartments with top facilities and great view. Beautiful dining room and a small counter for the cozy end the day. Perfect kitchen with national specialities for any taste. Nice helpful staff that every desire to meet. It was again an unforgettable winter vacation. We are definitely coming again. read more

The rooms are with a balcony, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen the food and the staff are simply brilliant! We booked half board and were with the offer more than satisfied. Excursions could be from there by car or on foot in beautiful landscape companies. The hotel is for all age groups and also families with children very recommendable. We had 2 wonderful weeks and for 2013 booked. The guesthouse's location, the staff and the food have completely persuade us. The rooms are in a very good condition and with everything that you need equipped. We booked half board, the breakfast was great and the 4 course menu was every day delicious and sufficient, especially after the hikes. read more

We stayed here 1 week hiking vacation and booked half board to our 2 Zimmerapartement in addition. The breakfast buffet and the dinner menu left nothing to be desired. The staff were mostly nice and friendly and also extra desires were fulfilled. The cleanliness in the entire hotel area was exemplary! The rooms were generous and very well furnished. In Advance many thanks for the friendly inclusion by Franz and Petra. In the 3 days in Kreuzerwirt we felt really good and would have liked to have stayed longer. Already when entering the room we knew, we were at the right place here. They are superbly equipped with a kitchen and a separate toilet / bathroom. From the balcony we had a great view to the valley. We had the half board and always found a great breakfast buffet and a rich dinner before. For the purchase of the daily Necessities in neustift 2 einkaufshallen. Who something special would ... like to experience try it with a Tandemsprung in the para gliding at a charge school in the town or a trip with the train ( very romantic!) from Fulpmes to Innsbruck. read more

Innsbruck nearby and the glacier is within reach of the kratzerwirt a great Gasthaus. Ski cellar, restaurant, the great sun terrace and the generous sauna area make the kratzerwirt class property. In neustift there are some possibilities to entertain. The town square at the Wednesday is in any case worth a trip. Only fly in the ointment is the length of the ski bus. USA the oberdorf. Staff, service and price fit and we look forward, back soon to the kratzerwirt in the stubaital to travel. read more

We were already very often in the kratzerwirt, at least 15 times. Every time we were warmly welcomed and excellent service. The kitchen-crew pampers each palate and the food is always very tasty. Also in future we will continue our vacation there spend. read more

It is a great hotel, in a great location. The rooms are really spacious designed and sufficient number of available. In points cleanliness i can only say, great! Especially the hotel's location is magnificent, located on the mountain, with a great usblick of the valley. The hotel itself looks, as newly built. We had overnight stay with breakfast booked, breakfast is very plentiful and nothing was missing. The kitchen on the whole is brilliant, that value for money is unsurpassable, particularly the chef - Klaus is really brilliant. About the guest structure there is to say, very lots of regular ... guests of all nationalities. Who once there was, is again and again. read more

    The rooms are all in very good condition and very spacious. They are all equipped with a kitchenette. Safe, air conditioning, mini bar and telephone are not available, was however also not miss anything.

    Restaurants there is one and a nice bar. Over the quality and quantity of the dishes and drinks one can only say excellent! The kitchen style is typical of the country and very tasty. The chef no wonder, Klaus top! The restaurant is tip-top! The value for money is very good.

    The hotel is families run. All are really friendly! English knowledge are available. The cleaning of the rooms reasonable who wants, can in the hotel also wash. Complaints there is no.

    As you in the mountains is, in the summer top hiking and other leisure offers, in the winter good ski areas. For relaxing stands a nice terrace available. In the house itself there is a sauna area free of charge available. An access to the internet is also available- free of charge! Also solarium for a fee available. Who likes it, can also walk over the front desk a massage book, here are for cheap prices massages and other treatments and by professionals in the hotel carried out, very good.

    The location is great, the centre of neustift by car in 5 minutes reachable. But also with a walk comfortable in 20 minutes reachable. In the town itself there are also nice pub, where evenings what is going on. Innsbruck from neustift from by car in 30 minutes reachable, but also by bus from neustift to reach.
