Loved my stay at the hotel. I will definately go back. Actually I looked for planetickets the same day I got home:-))) It was lots of food to choose. The transportation by taxi was cheap. The shoppingcentre had lots of great shops. The nature around the hotel was superb! Took 300 photos during my stay... Looking foreward to my next stay:-) read more

The staff was very warm, friendly and helpfull. Short walking distance to Zadar. With extremely good rates and relaxed nature, I would strongly recommend staying at Borik. The location is perfect, the hotel is extremely kids friendly oriented and the last but not least the outstanding cuisine served 3 times a day read more

Very good family holidays! My children said that they ve spent the best holidays in their lives. One thing to improve is the bed for the third child and the all-inclusive beverage. The spa is just wonderful! read more

We spend two days in hotel. It was incredible. Pool, sauna, massage and relax is wonderfool. Very clean room and all places. Nice and friendly personal. Big room, bathroom with shover and bath. Pool with relax area, different typ of sauna. Wery friendly and profesional staff in SPA center. We fill our battery after long winter in just two days. If you want to fell like new, then you must visit Club Funimation Borik. You won't regret. I give them 5 stars. read more

The location was so easy to get to from the bus station where I arrived in the afternoon from Opatija up the coast. I got the #8 public bus within 10 minutes of my arrival and you can also take the #5 which is even quicker and you'll be dropped off only a 2 minute walk to the lobby's main entrance. It's also possible to take either of those buses 10 or 15 minutes to the pedestrian bridge that takes you to the old town. I walked it and it's under an hour and a fabulous walk along the seaside ... and by several marinas and parks. The rooms are so comfortable and the view to the sea is spectacular, it can't be beat. The spa is comfortable, clean and has lots of choices from pools, to sauna/steam room, Jacuzzi and lots of wonderful resting areas even water beds (1st time I saw that at a spa but very relaxing.) And the food is so incredible partly because of all the choices at every meal. Even the pickiest of eaters will find something delicious to eat and the food it self is prepared perfectly and the staff in the kitchen and dining areas are very helpful and friendly. It's a kid friendly place but the children are kept very busy with lots of great activities. Rooms and general spaces were very clean and well kept. And they provide robes and flip flops which is such a nice touch. read more

    I was upgraded to a suite which was amazing with so much room so if you have a family room 1414 could easily and comfortable accommodate 5 or 6 people. It's beautiful with stunning views of the seaside. Furniture is clean and well kept.

    The city of Zadar is small but charming and beautiful with lots of historic sights so you'll be kept very busy and it's also a ferry hub to go to the nearby islands which looked really beautiful but I didn't get to visit.

The hotel Falkensteiner Club Funimation we stayed for the second time and plan to return again. Wellness and spa area are comfortable and relaxing. We took a package Spa Experience Roses with massage and we enjoyed it. Restaurant offers a very good choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sand beach are right in front of the hotel and there are indoor and outdoor pools. read more

As a college(agency and small hotel owner), I can be objective and give this people maximum rating for hospitality, We just came home and I wanted to write this while it's fresh. Hotel has a very nice location, its near the city but its beter that you oun a car during the stay, it has parking space. The beach is good, very near. The stuff is very nice and polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We are coming back again definitly. read more

We are truly satisfied with whole holiday. Staff is very frendly, polite and outgoing. Food is just marvelous and drinks, especially vine selection is exellent.
