Hello!
I was with my friend from the 9. november 2012 to the 13. november 2012 in the Hotel Stocker. Because i myself work in the catering field, i probably higher expectations at a 4 star hotel as a 'not restaurateur'. But what i experienced there, was beyond good and mean!
Book we wanted to the vacation over the offer the we had. The package pärchenzeit with verlängerungsnächten. When i reservation confirmation sah, a messezuschlag paid should (from the for offer nothing inside was), i called and inquired. At the telephone i got the statement the, that a mistake and ... i new reservation confirmation sent gift. Well around the whole nutshell, i stayed at the entire 5 different rb with different price and different arrangement. Well we then the cheapest lined up and are with this in the luggage we went on our trip!
The check-in was as the e-mail contact from mistakes coined/shaped. When we finally in the room were, came the next shock. The whole room was dusty-the box, the bed and so on. In the middle of the window was a spider web and mittendrinnen sat a beautiful spider.
When i at the front desk i complained the receptionist casual into the room and started easily casual dustbin.
I grabbed my friend and went down to the bar. What we expected was amazing! Although the barkeeperinen in the together rooms were, asked this us totally friendly what we wanted to drink, and joked about an hour long with us rum!
In our package was a candelight dinner included in the price. We were served by an apprentice in the 1st year apprentice. Such a professional service and so much motivation. Kudos!
Excellent wine service to be and great evening service! And the kitchen was a great! Great delicious food crazy beautifully arranged! Really great!
Thus at the whole package: what the front desk and the room service to mistake made, the great service and the excellent cuisine again well done!

It is a small, new hotel, where you however some drawbacks. The room was rather small and the double bed consisted of two together pushed single beds, with this again and again auseinanderschoben, as soon as you only over.
Furthermore it was not possible in the room the heater to be adjusted (it was apparently turned up and we had at night the windows open, as it is so hot in the room was). In the leaflet of the hotel it was pointed out, that it is at the front desk is. Which however after 22 o'clock was not occupied ... anymore.
The breakfast was very good and the service staff there very friendly and hard-working. read more

All together the hotel Stocker is a good hotel. We had personally some problem with the service in the hotel. Starting this already on the first day, as we were told, that we our car in the existing underground parking Thereby it came several times to problems with the retraction in the underground car park. Of al we this at the front desk said, we were in a rather rude tone pointed out, that it was already regulated.
Another problem with the service we had, when we in the evening our recent aufenthaltstages with our room map not into the ... room arrived (which often could happen). So we went down on the front desk, but this was not manned. This can also times happen, but should at least after 5 minutes someone come. Since no one came, we went to the restaurant next door, which to the hotel belongs. They told us, that the person from the reception at the nearby thermal bath drove, in order guests with the offered shuttle bus-service pick up. So we waited, as has been said, after about 15 minutes was someone there and could us help.
After a good half hour, the guests from the thermal baths were now in the hotel arrived, we are back to the restaurant we went again complained. Thereupon us a service staff member from the restaurant the door opened (such a card, with which you in every room comes). This has again and again apologetic, whereby you nothing at all this was not.
The next morning whilst checking out, we have the whole again at the front desk and have no 'apology' or 'sorry' or something like that is.
All together, we found, that it cannot be right, that in the evening or other times the front desk over such a long period is not occupied. read more

We were as a family in the Hotel Stocker and inhabited a junior suite with two bed settings. Main reason for our stay was a visit to the Therme Erding and therefore we also booked the package swim fun. Because of its shuttle service to the thermal bath and back worked wonderful and extremely punctual. Furthermore the hotel is very nicely furnished and all needs equipped. The breakfast works on the first glance quite manageable but it wasn't missing anything and it was constantly refilled. Small wishes were fulfilled quickly, so you around be comfortable could. Compared to the already ... 2008 from us inhabited hotel Erdinger weißbräu we would Hotel Stocker definitely again prefer. The hotel's location is good and one is not in times five minutes on foot in the city centre. As well as the thermal spring quick reachable. Only the no real family room with direct Connecting door is unfortunately, only a extra secluded area with two opposite rooms is available. Here you have the architects in the new building more foresight desired. All together without restrictions recommendable! read more

We visited the Therme Erding and 1 night in this small design hotel stayed in. The hotel is very central - in the middle of Erding. The Therme Erding is by car in a couple of minutes to reach. Parking: if you have a larger car has, you should the underground car park not to use. Nearby there are a parking space, Euro 3, -for 24 hours. Breakfast: everything great, nothing to complain about. read more

The Hotel Stocker is a beautiful neumodisches hotel with private parking garage.
The reservation via telephone there were some difficulties. Wrong information about price, offers and so on
Sundays you should rather than 18 PM, otherwise you may be behind closed doors, if you can't say anything said, where the key is deposited.
The a lady at the front desk was a little rude.
The rooms are very small, but clean. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with mosaic stones.
On the first day a bottle of water and apples as a welcome gift.
Breakfast is wonderful. No massive selection, but ... homemade jams, Bircher muesli, fresh fruit salad, sausage, cheese and cream cheese, otherwise yet fresh egg ( scrambled egg, boiled egg or fried egg) and much more.
Lots of restaurants in the area and a beautiful CAFE with good ice ( café Pano)
The Therme Erding is very close and you can take a hotel's own shuttle bus to the thermal bath.
In the thermal baths there is a' partner-restaurant' from the Hotel Stocker La Cucina, the food was however not very cheap, however therefor wonderful. read more

Hello, the hotel in august 2012 visited. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly. The hotel is located in the city center of Erding. The streets around the hotel are with cobblestones occupied. If you the window open, traffic is very loud and this is in the summer always the case since the rooms no air conditioning have. Another minus point is the parking. On public roads only for payment and in the underground garage it is like in a vollgeparkten box. Crammed with concrete pillars. Parking in the underground garage is only one vehicle lift reached by car so ... very time consuming. Overall the hotel is moderate so nothing from the chair skin. My personal evaluation 3-4. read more

Even if about 2 kilometer (air) not far sounds to Therme Erding you must surely about 10 minutes and approximately 12 €taxi money plan. Shuttle bus is offered there are however with delays of up to 10 minutes to be expected! Check in/ check-out was very uppity/smart aleck, bitchy and neglected. read more

We were although it is only a night in the hotel, but I have to say, it was really great. The hotel is very modernly equipped. The staff were also very friendly. The breakfast buffet was also plentifully and it has good things given. The rooms were very clean. If I the next time to Erding go, I will this hotel in any case visit again. read more

For a short break very suitable. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and the location is great. You get in front of the hotel good a parking and there are apparently still an underground car park. In a few minutes you are in the town center from Erding in the numerous restaurants and bars are available. It drives to register a shuttle bus for Erding thermal bath. Unfortunately was our room a bit noisy and with open window we couldn't sleep (room to the rear over the inventory/ employees' exit from the restaurant and noise from the street). The ... breakfast was sufficient but not outstanding. read more

I think the hotel was very good and very modern, that only negative is the greater the room but since we all too much time in the room spent, it was not so bad. When we return to the thermal spring drive, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Stocker and if there is the offer ' Pärchenzeit ' book. read more

We have a night with the' thermal bath-Erding- Kennenlernpaket' booked. The hotel is directly in the center from Erding and thermal bath it was as advertised only a few drive. The furnishing is very nicely designed and especially the presentation of the informed we were thrilled. The choice is not huge, but the offered food at the buffet high quality ( for example homemade jams, no ' Standtard ' -rolls, fresh fruit). To mention still was the very friendly staff. Only the room was a bit small - but it was but also 'only' three stars. We will definitely come ... back soon! read more

Reception area is very small, but the check in was very good and informative. We had a junior suite, which very spacious was. The bathroom with tub/shower was very large and lots of possibilities to the file. In general was the room very clean. The rooms are very modern, as well as the hotel furnished. The underground car park is free of charge. The Frühdtücksbüfett is totally sufficient with fresh juice, various rolls and breads, cold cuts and homemade marmelade. After eggs and tasted also very good to have. Nearby are good on foot cafes, restaurants and shops of Erding ... to reach. To thermal bath Erding a free shuttle service offered, which we also used.
We really enjoyed it and will definitely go back in the hotel Stocker book. read more

The breakfast buffet was brilliant, there were also homemade flummeries for breakfast, the were great. Also the staff - both in service, as well as at the front desk - was very friendly.
Since we stay for a visit in the thermal bath Erding used, there was however - since we always very late from the thermal bath returned - problem with parking. On both evenings was the underground car park always already filled and it was a feat, from this very narrow garage get back out again. Since the front desk at this time not more busy, we had ... to the car in the kurzparkzone and before 8 o'clock at the front desk his, so that we can see the key for the 300 meters remote garage are handed over could, where the Hotel Stocker also 5 parking rented. read more
