The rooms include renovated, the maid has more atomized than cleaned, after a week i would on the piece of carpet build sand castles. At the front desk i found arrogance and pride, in service in the restaurant partly outrageous comments, but everything was in spanish. read more

A good hotel also for a longer stay adequate. A very nice, well-kept garden with a lot of trees. Owner a small sandy beach, many beach chairs at the pool and the beach. read more

A thorough renovation would the hotel not hurt. The carpet floors are throughout the house significantly verschutzt. There are very disgusting places. The plus : the garden and of course the location in Puerto del Carmen. The offered buffet one could forget. Who spanish kitchen loves should not with half board book, but at the old port and in the area eat out. read more

An outdated hotel in very good central but nevertheless peaceful location. The outside area/garden is very nice. The chairs by the pool with the obligations it behind (loungers neglected/cushions tatty). The sun screens and the loungers on the jetty have been renewed. The rooms are big however the furnishing seems mostly from the first hour of the hotel to come and should therefore be old and worn. The evening music entertainment is little interested and the large rest of the guests it is to the rooms inside zwangsbeschallt. All 2-3 days is the beach at 05:00 o'clock in the ... morning by a very loud arbeitgerät smoothed. End of the night! Staff are very friendly, food varied and tasty, service for the food perfect. read more

The room was for me as a single person large enough. The hotel is already somewhat older but bathroom and rooms were every day clean. I missed a small refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was great and also in the evening was the buffet versatile and well, particularly the appetizers and desserts. I was in february and december ever 1 week and met especially people from 60 upward. For me, it was very relaxing. read more

    As a single person me the size enough. The furniture is like the hotel older, tv ok, unfortunately no mini bar. On the balcony would be more comfortable and lighter chairs an advantage. Badu and toilet were clean, towels very good

    The restaurant is huge i estimated the breakfast on the terrace. Quality and quantity of the dishes mostly good, but could be warmer. Also in the restaurant everything was clean, i could have been a bit more food typical of the country estimated. A shame that you not always the same table can.

    The hotel has it's own small sandy beach and a clean pool. Shopping, restaurant and bus stop for organized trips on foot very easy to reach. The hotel is located gorgeous right next to the sea and palmengarten (were this year unfortunately sick).

    All room with a balcony or terrace and view to the beautiful garden and on the sea. From my balcony the sunrise in the morning and in the evening watching the sunset. Simply great.

An outdated hotel with own charm. Very annoying: worn carpets in the rooms and hallways. Bedspread and pillows on the bed very scruffy, also the cushions for the sun loungers and chair cushions in restaurantaußenbereich. Balcony furniture outdated. Cats with fleas roamed the restaurantaußenbereich. The animals are partly a sick impression. I in a personal letter to the hotel manager. The food: excessively much garlic, sometimes salads from the leftovers, otherwise i do not want to complain about fish and meat adequate, if you prefer vegetarian food, it will be difficult; everywhere wurstreste processed and shrimps in between. For the ... class must the offer be revised, for gourmets that is not anything. A training for the waiters in things customer-oriented work would be my recommendation. The staff at reception was brilliant very friendly and hard-working. All in all the hotel has a great location, a very nice palmengarten, a shame that it gradually filthy! We must be prepared on the a and other way there marriages. One thing that made is a great view from the balcony directly on the atlantic ocean, beach, mountains and Fuerteventura. read more

Great pool area. Direct access to the sea. Rather poor sun screens. For breakfast you have to cutlery! And if one is early, also coffee yourself. Dinner rather monotonous, but great view of the sea. read more

We felt good overall. The location is simply great and the most rooms offer view of the sea. The staff are always hard, that the guest feel comfortable. The dishes were all tasty and there is something for everyone there. The rooms were cleaned daily. The room- moniliar is a bit dated, but everything is clean. We will come again. read more

An older hotel, which the rooms definitely should be renovated ( air conditioning, luftabzüge ) apart from that the room was spacious and with flat screen tv designed. Bathroom also spacious. Room very dark, no lights, no air conditioning. Cleanliness in the room not always good. Carpet was not vacuumed. The complex lies wonderful between palm trees right next to the sea. Breakfast and dinner with a view of the sea. Breakfast more than enough, dinner very varied. Several terraces with free, hotel's own loungers. Towels for loungers are provided free of charge. read more

It is easy to see, that this hotel already better days seen. There is the impression, that the management no trouble is, certain age-related disadvantages to compensate. The general cleanliness was in the all in all reasonable. The 'public hotel toilet' was not always in the condition, the you from a 4 star hotel expect. May here too few controlled. Predominant part of the guests, the during our stay were present, came from britain. But not with the prescribed in connection can be placed. read more

    The standard rooms are not very big, do not have air-conditioning, a fridge (minibar). The bathroom is big enough. Disturbing those are, at least partially existing, flushing valve (strong noise from the room next door). The rooms are clean, the carpet is renew.

    Quality and quantity of the dishes, both the breakfast buffet wise, as well as the dinner, was average. We know 4 star hotels in the Canary Islands, the clearly better. Nice is the covered outdoor area of the restaurant. One had thereby the possibility, if there the temperatures allow, in the open to meals or breakfast. There were no assigned seating. The dining room inside offers not for all of the guest at the same time place. The restaurant is from 19 to 22 o'clock open. The drinks prices at the restaurant and the bar are rather average, but still acceptable. The cleanliness was okay.

    One had often the impression, that the staff, the partly somewhat neglected state of the house, adapted. Exceedingly friendly it was not, perhaps businesslike. In the outdoor area ( pool, terrace) was very slow service. Already used tables were always quickly for new guests newly restocked.

    Leisure facilities: none. Beach chairs and umbrellas were partly in a bad condition. For us very substantial downside was the alleged evening entertainment. On the rooms turned side of the terrace ( there is only this page) played every evening until 23:30 o'clock a solosaxophonist or a pianist (hammond organ) with amplifier. It was hardly to get some sleep, because we lack air conditioning forced were only the practical, wooden sliding doors to close. The closing of sash windows (single pane) brought no improvement or noise reduction.

Actually it would be in the fariones Playa quartered defendendo. We were then but upgraded the los fariones included free half board;-) We had a junior suite, which really well equipped was. With sofa bed, fridge, lcd tv. Only drawback: there is no air conditioning. Very nice hotel with unique location directly at a small private beach. Highlight is the food on the terrace with a view of the sea. However a somewhat outdated hotel and easy worn room without airconditioning. Commendable the cleanliness the entire hotels and the quality of the food, however with little imagination for vegetarians. Deduction for the friendliness at the reception. All together a very nice, quiet and relaxing vacation! read more

A in some points noticeably older hotel, for this great location and charm. Service distant to unfriendly. Very good food, however it repeated after a week. Drink prices way too high. We had a junior suite, very nice, 2 Magnetkartenschlüssel. However safe expensive and old-fashionably with key. Wi-Fi only in the bar area. The small beach is nice, only the hotel-even there with chairs and sun screen are badly neglected. Pool we were not there also in this hotel the bad habit of loungers reserving predominates. Unfortunately, that hotels the cannot prevent. But the total package was good and it ... is in Puerto del Carmen surely one the best hotels. read more
