Am for 10 years in the hotel damona (ex men then ) in february the kurwoche. Since its acquisition by hunguest food variety (was the showpiece!) Greatly reduced, no cold appetizers more, no cakes, no dried fruit more, only apples and oranges as fruit, cheese platter very limited. Salad offer poor. No cloth napkins more, about bottles overly expensive. For hygiene in the wellness /sauna area seems nobody who. Laundry spinner does not exist more, children's playroom in the bathing area locked, one of the three showers except function. The plants in the bathing area wither! The coralrestaurant is closed ..., pictures in the room are gone. From a 4 s is a normal three star hotel became. In need of renovation! Only the staff are despite reduction very friendly, willing to help and courteous we could have stayed longer. As 4 s not more recommendable! read more

Very poor signs, for the food you can tell the saved. If you over hoferreisen bay fits the price. Besides that the hotel I would not a 4 star was excellent. At the front desk for massages very pleasant and friendly women. read more

Unfortunately has the building with the acquisition of hungarorest a bit of quality lost. If not the 4 star wobbled, the superior is no longer appropriate. I have 2 room for ever 2 persons booked. Unfortunately was only a room when ireland standard time. De to 315,00 for 2 people (4 nights /half board) bookable. The 2. room I had to on Jahn Reisen, for the same performance, to 420.00 book. At least a difference in price from 105,00 Euro. Interestingly belong both its, as well as Jahn Reisen to REWE group. If someone else this discrepancy explain can? read more

Altogether a good hotel. A complaint at reception because of defective lighting in the bathroom was on 3. Tag received but it did until the departure nothing. With the cleaning of the tables in the restaurant were crumbs on chairs and floor spread. The cleanliness in the room and other hotel areas was the best. Very attractive the bathing area in the hotel. All of the staff are very accommodating and nice. There were no communication problems. Breakfast and dinner were more than enough and tasty, also varied. In spite of the forenamed small flaws a successful vacation overall. We ... are definitely coming again. read more

We had apartment haus booked a room. It was by the size okay and had a small kitchen with all the necessary. Kettle, hair dryer, missing, television gave it only 3 Hungarian program. No free Wi-Fi as in the hotel itself. It was cleaned daily. Bathrobes were provided. Breakfast a four-star hotel appropriate, the dinner simply brilliant. Of high quality food, such as wild, mussel and porcini were offered. From 9:00 P. M. no entertainment more. You are on your own needs, no program. A small travel agency advertise in the hotel for daytrips. In the immediate vicinity no ... night clubs, no dance. read more

We were in one of the apartments and the room was in a good state.
Room amenities was perfect, there was enough closets for things and a kitchen was still inside.
The TV had however only 3 Hungarian channels.
There were every day the beds made, the towels changed and new Bathrobes available made.
We had only the breakfast and the quantity was completely sufficient. There was something of everything and it was always quickly refilled everything.
The service staff were very nice and helpful ( you can all good German ).
We were also in the offered Aqualand and ... it was everything very clean and there was even a pool with thermal water (as in the LiDo ), furthermore there was a sauna area and a peace area. read more

A very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Very large selection at the buffet, both for breakfast, as well as during dinner. For children there are a lot of possibilities to play ( events). But what you very must highlight, is the staff, which was really very, very nice and friendly is (also children). You can only recommend this hotel. read more

As a comparison the lotustherme in heviz (5 stars), deserves the men then 3. 5 instead of the specified four star superior. Hotel in general okay, however the choice of food or 33 meters buffet not 4 star standard. No outdoor area the pool complex in the hotel.

beautiful winter days in the thermal hotel, we were already for the third time in the men then. The pool area is big enough and offers everything. The food at the buffet are all popular with both the breakfast as evenings very tasty, big selection. We had a room beneath the roof, not sufficiently heated and, within 10 minutes got on a complaint other, equivalent room. The staff are consistently friendly and hard-working. read more

Last time we stayed in the main building, the very much nicer, larger and cleaner room. This time we stayed in the apartment building, which was much cheaper, therefor but the quality of the hotel itself could not keep up. The restaurant is located in the hotel and deserves the highest praise. read more

We had booked a kurreise and a halli-Galli-erhileten club- vacation.
in the wellness hotel including apartment hotel situated about 450 guests with lots of children, which a family vacation the Aktio price spent. The hotel is certainly suitable, but not for spa guests. No peace, lots of noise music and entertainment and, even during the meal.

We were not in the men then hotel, it was the first time for us. Our friends have recommended us this hotel. The staff at the front desk have shown no willingness to help us, we couldn't get a few information. In our package was twice massage, these were great! The restaurant is located downstairs in... You can miss the window! The cleanliness of the hotel was okay! read more

We had a few days in the hotel felt very comfortable. The hotel offers in bad weather, a great private pool (7a 21 o'clock/sauna, massage...) and in fine weather, you should use 100 metres away from the thermal baths. The location is excellent for day trips to Budapest (40 minutes) or Lake Balaton. Conclusion: a good hotel. read more

A friendly and bright hotel.
Staff at the reception is friendly, but little understood German.
The Kura river is well being. The therapists are well trained.
The pool is clean and the three pools with thermal water through, with different temperatures, good.
The food is very good and varied fell.
Unfortunately our room was, not the good impression of the other hotels;
Stained floors. Four Windows did not cover one. Calcified armatures. Toilet not clean (urine stone).
Our conclusion is, until on our room, the hotel is good. read more

A very family friendly hotel with its own wellness area. Room was very large, clean and spacious, but a bit old-fashioned in this design. The food selection is very large and the food was excellent. The dining room is very large, but the hotel was fully booked during holiday season and there was one evening a meeting of the dining room was closed for half. The bathing area is spread over three levels. For children it was only the lower range for disabled guests. This was checked by an excessive lifeguard. The sauna area was rather poor. read more

All staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness in the room, bathroom and sauna to improve is essential. Buffet breakfast and dinner plentiful, tasty and also with full home there is no traffic. Room and bathrooms to renew, a larger sauna would have been nice, with traffic plus! Is to improve hygiene in the SPA! The therapy are dark and rude (my garage is inviting!). Price/performance ratio is right, because instead of to improve the services, the prices may be reduced (how long is the good?!). read more

I actually a family room in hotel Mendan would have booked, but in the reservation confirmation I a Fz in the apart hotel-guest house received, I had accepted that unfortunately. The fact is in fact, that the two hotels belong together and not also not under a management is possible. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given or adjoining instead of the Fz egg apartment with old furniture and we would have had to go on the road to the hotel here. Mendan each day means the wear, beach bag pack and on it goes. It was no direct ... connection. Thank god we could then due to a payment of 120, -transfer and were accommodated in the hotel itself. Was very arduous, but ultimately it has paid off. Despite all I would not recommend this hotel, because discussions with other people, the already often there for vacation, the cleanliness, hospitality, as well as the selection of food or beverage has diminished. read more

A very nice and comfortable hot Springs hotel, especially the quality and taste of the food is incredible. The Aqua land is sufficiently large and very beautiful, pool chairs were always available. The room was OK, only the bathroom was very small.
We were already for the second time here and would definitely come again.

Our room was very small, loud, Silverfish and spiders 'as roommates and the window leaked when it moved exactly sleep terrible in the face. Bathroom was very small and partly missing or rusty, mildew or broken decor.
Not enough beach chairs in the bathing opportunities. Request 'on' switch was ignored read lighting. For broken, no replacement was to large bathrobe available, except to murren-XXL again from a different room. We found no peace, there were many families with children there.
Meals were for us largely OK, also if it sometimes difficult was to find a table for a long time ... reserved were, but empty, or for example for dinner set, and therefore not usable. Bar staff was Okay, if also three days a certain sort available not more was. At check out was then big mess with the accounts of the drinks, 45 minutes before even though I asked to the statement. P. S. we are already a day earlier again left-inquired why, no one has! read more
