The best thing in hotel is definitely the animation team, they are fun and really really interesting.... They made our holiday better... In general hotel was ok, food good, room correct... :) read hotel review

    After twice move we were given a suite, the after renewed complaints, at the satisfying level cleaned. • size and equipment were very good

    • a main restaurant; from the three à la carte restaurants only a partially open (there were two wahlmenüs in two weeks), other not available. • every day the same and mostly cold, nursing home fairly seasoned. Half hour before büfettende was not any longer filled up, virtually always emptied. Simply bad! • very bad... Dirty, disgusting... Chairs totally dirty • in the main restaurant there were beverages only from plastic cups; there was no normal grain coffee, just instant • without tips nothing.

There was wi-fi in the lobby, but also at the pool we had front desk. I don't understand what the people complain. The price performance ratio fits absolutely. I have for the chef/servers dishes and everything i was in a week met. There are 24 all-inclusive at the lobby bar and the free smoke shisha, also these offer the few hotels. The pool area is a dream. The guest structure could definitely be improved, because the russians unfortunately currently everything monopolize. read hotel review

    Everything okay. Always fresh water. Fresh towels every day. Our defective door and television were immediately repaired. We had a lovely view over the hotel area.

    As already described were all desires from the lips. (one must only its open their mouths). If i typically german to eat would like, i should probably also rather vacation in Germany make. It could of course the hygiene be improved. However, i have the same reinigungspraktiken in other hotels can watch. The cuisine was typical for Egypt.

    For a small tip (so often something) every day we received a table and drinks. Also at the pool were drinks served. We had a lot of fun with the waiters and as soon as a request had, everything was tried to meet. We could communicate with all in english. The handling of complaints was very seriously and it was immediately taken care of. There were each day clean towels and the room cleaned.

    The pool area is really nice. We had a lot of fun with the entertainment. The beach pleased us, for Egypt, also very good. There were drinking and food possibilities. In the disco we were one night, i have less russian music. This was done for us. Beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available.

    The Jungle Aqua Park is really recommendable. But it is cheaper with the taxi to go back and to be paid on-site. We were in the bazaar, behind the hotel, almost stolen. Thus always beautifully on the bags be careful.

A relatively large plant with few guests. 70% russians, 20% local, 10% germans and 10% other. Wlan with code available. The area was in the season felt only half booked. Actually speaks for itself! And even with the few guests, there were only problems. Employees fought through glass doors etc. Whether security measures really are respected, we doubt, since we at night from a loud bang and subsequent yelling aroused were. A employee has carried away, the next morning was told, that a chemical reaction/ chlorexplosion was. On our last day, was permanently electricity and/or water. Amusing the whole hotel ... was dark and we could be glad, not in a elevator to get stuck. read hotel review

    The room is not the newest, but good. It was very large and clean. We could 2 german channels (ZDF and RTL). Partly very fuzzy, but sometimes good. We got a bottle of mineral water, which we thought was too little are becoming more (teeth, drink) the shower came úns the first shower just contrary to. After a complaint at the front desk, they tried a little bit to patch and sticky. Helped of course not! Then very carefully handle, and the head in your hands. When we tried to shower, the whole bathroom would get wet, because the faucet incorrect assembled is. The hair dryer we had with the first use in the hand (including housing), it did then back in the wall put. Towel animals or similar, despite tipp not. In other rooms it was possible. Perhaps our roomboy it is not. This was always very friendly, asked, if everything was okay and if we needed.

    There was a main restaurant, which we didn't fancy. Only little selection and frequent repetitions within a week. Cutlery, salt and pepper you had to always gathering. Served you never. Drinks were only served in small plastic cups (0, 2liter ) almost always were dirty. We could watch, that the cups only rinsed with water were without a drop of detergent, cloth or brush to use. Since we are not surprised, that one thick almonds, sore throat and get diarrhea. We were also told, that you per person only 2 cups gets, this means you are on a temp. Of 38 °c constantly on the run, his thirst to satisfy. This was our first trip, in which we per person 1-3 kilogram diminished. The pool bar offered for lunch always french fries, on untertellern or styroporschälchen are served. Even these once bowls are washed and resold... There can be a crime! In the à-la-carte restaurant (italian) there was a soup and a main course without choices. You could at the salad and dessert buffet serve. The quality and taste of the food was not satisfactory. On cups/glasses we had to partly 10 minutes to wait, until one got. Water with carbonic acid was as good as always. As a nice staff and a large glass was, that we could, we the pool boys directly taken away! There are just too little food. One must eternally in the queue, or on a cup and then wait for the drinks are still warm. I wonder what the hotel made, if it really would be written off... Get then only every 4 guest a cup of? We last drinks bought in the supermarket and at every meal and at the pool bring. The behavior we could also at the highest quality watch.

    The occupation of the reception was very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant the staff not recommended. Also in the lobby bar the employees are very rude. Almost all of them spoke english, with german you can only rarely communicate. With complaints relatively well handled and flaws quickly rectified (loose shower) in the italian restaurant, the service was better. As our friends at night a break and the whole room stood under water, with hallway and elevator, the craftsmen genüsslich approached, until the situation seriously. From the reception, there were no apology or similar after a room change our friends then we went back to our room and could watch, that all the workers around and with the cell phone plays, instead of the water. All in all, you can say about the service, that he is rather bad and only a few employees tried the tourists a beautiful week.

    The entertainment started 10, offered stretching, water aerobics, belly dancing, water polo and Volleyball. The entertainers were nice and accepted also a no. The music at the pool was also not annoying. At lunch it also issued. The evening show was mostly russian and english held. The pool chairs were already older, but ok. On the 3 pool areas were always plenty of beach chairs available, so you didn't have to get up early, to get to get a seat. The pool boys started at 9 am, the grounds to clean. So you had to be early risers the beach chairs themselves were clean and the dirty dishes remove, the night owls slipped there have left. The pool itself was clean.

    To the beach it was about 400m, with the shuttle distance. At the hotel directly there are not too many shopping/entertainment. In the immediate vicinity there is the Senzo Mall and the Cleopatra-bazaar, where you can shopping and there were fixed prices. With the taxi one pays there about 3 Euro per route or 30 egyptian pounds. The taxi drivers take no change to, so before change!

We noticed, that this hotel at the last time at percentage loses, but the price and the point that i have stayed in Egypt and it was like convinced. We just wanted to make your own picture and the current situation in Egypt not stop. In hindsight, i am satisfied, i decided to stay in this hotel! Admittedly, the way from the airport to the hotel is not the 'best'. The surroundings, only you should know. Other countries, other customs! Important is friendliness, helpfulness and the first impression of the hotel, since me a thumbs up! I am not always ... safe, with what shows some people arrive and can therefore some bad evaluation hardly understand. For my part, i found nothing really to complain about and so were the 7 days unfortunately chosen. The rooms were very large, otherwise standard. The resort runs, through the 3 large pools. Cleanliness was ok. We had all inclusive and could also good. Unfortunately were at the time few germans locally, but certainly to a large extent the unrest is payable.     I can only say top in size and condition. Furniture, air conditioning, tv, balcony, etc. 4 star rating. The sanitary installations were cleaned daily, as were the towels were changed every day.

    There are 2 restaurants, a larger permanent usable and a smaller (italian) restaurant, the one 1-2 days before at the reception to reserve must. Admittedly, the gewarte at the beverage issuing department is on duration annoying, but easily repair. The one or the other tip helps! We had always found a table, then also (if not done) to reset. I am with the quality of the food good. I am always full and it was better and richer! That the staff the glasses with water washes and not in the dishwasher is typically egyptian. I have also from the ice well and gladly in the without drinking. If the desired drinks wasn't available one should not just the head in sand, but simply umentscheiden.

    As initially already mentioned, the egyptian personnel mostly friendly and always motivated the tourists holiday as pleasant as possible, no matter which group or rank of the staff has or part. Foreign language skills in russian, english and arabic. German is rather the exception, but you can get to 99 percent to a clear objective :-) You should complaints by the conversion of the food or the climate have, then but rather go to the pharmacy, instead of just for much money the doctor to visit!

    The entertainers were always considered the tourists to the sport to entertain. It did not matter from which country the guest comes. It was every evening entertainment and we understood as well as everything in english. The hotel also has an on-site disco, every evening also music. The desire of the music style comment. Unfortunate was only, that after 24 hours in the disco for the drinks had to be paid and in the lobby bar 24h all inclusive was. The beach is not crowded, everyone had a beach chair and umbrella as well as fresh towels were also with us. The water is very clear and warm rather than a dip! So you can all day within splash around, but be careful: very salty and the einkremen not forget! The hotelpoolanlage is simply fantastic. The water was pleasant, everything was very large and beautifully done. Just a real beach/relaxing holiday.

    The hotel was unfortunately not located directly on the beach, but that you could before email confirmations. Up to the sand beach (partially stony on the bank sector) it is a good 15 minute walk, or but you used the free shuttle bus, the every few minutes drove. You had no long transfer from the airport, as it is not too far away from the hotel but you could hear the air traffic. Hurghada city centre is quickly and easily reachable with the taxi and inviting to go on a stroll. Since we only 7 days were there and the current unrest, we did no great desk, except for the Marina and the Aqua Jungle Park (the is highly recommended).

    The rooms were large and we had a huge bed to dream, as well as a beautiful balcony, with outside terrace and pool view. Beds were beautifully prepared with folded towels and flower blossoms :-) great!

    The food in the hotel restaurant was always cold, the plates were dirty and cutlery one had to constantly beg or search! There was always the same and unfortunately not a lot of choice of mediterranean fruit, and every morning exactly dasslebe breakfast buffet. Really a shame! At the pool bar there was food on allocation and so little, that you 3 times had to go and the cleanliness at the pool was zero (everything was sticky and you could see the dirt and it smelled only after alcohol)! Small plastic cups were just swilled out underneath the and rinsed off, not dried, still really clean :-(

    The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We had problems with a shop behind the hotel, we were chinese cigarettes sold and we noticed it only in the hotel. Immediately sent the reception a security/interpreters in the city and solved the problem. Alone was no solution possible with the angry seller! Pool bar/lobby - first the russians, then german, sounds bad at, but it is true!

    The hotel's own beach was easily and without waiting times through its own hotelbusshuttle to reach. The beach was very well maintained! At the back exit of the huge hotel area were directly souvenir stores, a travel agency for excursions (worked great!) and after about 500m you reached a shopping center with occasional bars/restaurants. With the taxi it was easily 3 Euro after Hurghada old or Neustadt. Action and bottles go there to be learned ;-) approximately 50% of the price!

    There is a large dining room in the hotel. The selection of the meals is very large, but tasted the most not very good. Alcoholic drinks are limited (Wodka, rum, beer, wine) quality and rather inferior. Once per week in an italian restaurant, but not a lot of italian cuisine to do.

    The friendliness of the staff was average, some of them were very polite and courteous, others less. One has the impression, that russian-speaking people preferential treatment. Complaints (for example about lasting several hours electricity blackouts) weren't taken seriously, but the people at the front desk as few can do. Room was simple, but always in order. But there is a lack of order and cleanliness, what the bars is (partly no drinks, because no glasses were available, but at other corners were dirty glasses absconded).

    Pool area is very large and clean. There was always free beach chairs and you get fresh towels. The water in the pool is very well maintained and was always clean. Entertainment is almost the whole day on, what hinund again a bit annoying, as the egyptians my, they do the tourists a favour with loud music and a lot of hype. Sun screens give it sufficiently at all pools.

We stayed in the premium blue lagoon a wonderful and relaxing week. We understand simply not why some people the hotel so bad. There was not one thing we could complaint. There were not so many guests in the hotel, but for us it was simply a paradise! No stress, no queues, no fight for pool chairs and so on.     The rooms were relatively large. There was a tv with international channels ( ZDF, RTL). The beds were comfortable, there was an air-conditioning and a big balcony. The bathroom was ok, there was a bathtub.

    There is a big restaurant in the main building, where the breakfast and dinner gave. Lunch in the pool bar outside. The food was in general very good. Every day there were other meats, fresh salads and different cakes. The selection was varied. Everyone found something. The cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant was good. The atmosphere was always great, all were good mood and the guests said. You can also the waiters tip, even if you go all-inclusive, the you also nice.

    The staff is very friendly, always in a good mood and helpful. It was already on arrival los, when we at 3 o'clock at night even a welcome drink got. The we found it great nice. The people spoke mainly english and also a little german. The communication was no problems. Room service was always good. There were fresh towels every day and the room was tidy. As a thank you, you could also every 2. day 2-5 Euro tip leave. It also worked without. In the hotel you can without problems to tablets against diarrhea buy (about 2 Euro). You can also change money in the hotel. The exchange rate was not much worse than in the atm in the town.

    There were 3 large pools. You could without a fight and stress beach chairs choose. There was always enough space at the pool, sometimes we were only 2. inside ☺ A small point of criticism: on the floor of the pools was some sand and dirt. However the pools cleaned every day. Entertainment was great. Especially : Andy, Sam, Lena, jemmy, adriano and mimo. Thank you, it was every day fun with you!

    The hotel is located 5 kilometer away from the airport. You can hear the planes if you start, but that did not bother us. To the beach runs every half hour a free shuttle bus. To town you can get around without any problems with the taxi in a quarter of an hour-note: please correctly with the divre! One comes for 10 pound into town, more than 15 pounds, you should not spend the money. Highly recommended is the harbor promenade in 'Marina'. Since there are a lot of restaurants, cafés and a nice disco.

I don't know what some people have to complain about here. It was an amazing vacation. The food was brilliant and in a great atmosphere. The staff was always very pleasant and accommodating. Even at the pool or beach all very friendly and you were always served. The hotel and the rooms were always clean. We were very comfortable in this hotel and were really relaxed. read hotel review

Never again! Arrivals were only 18 guests in the whole hotel! To 3 days the hotel was closed and all the guests in other hotels reburied. Even local travel agency was not informed. Staff not rude, but sluggish. There were only about 15 guests in the hotel. Accordingly also the selection of dishes. The staff was very nice. However the hotel was and also the complex very dirty. At the beach were the umbrellas wild chaos. The screens broken. The furniture was old, partly broken and filthy. On complaint the manager with lack of understanding. The plastic chair on the balcony broke when i mood began with me. Toilet paper was missing for hours. High chair was very dirty, after two days still. Etc. We are after three days felled and transferred. Regret the staff is, this is ... really super kind, but also sluggish. You would understand. read hotel review

We stayed at the Pyramisa Blue Lagoon for 7 nights from 6th to 13th July 2012. All I can say is that we wish we had stayed for longer. We had stayed at the Pyramisa chain before so knew what to expect, but this time the Manager Mr Sherif and his staff exceeded expectations. We were greeted by Mr Sherif on arrival and were treated like royalty from the time of our arrival with a welcome lunch, to our departure with a packed lunch! The food was freshly cooked daily with a variety of meats, vegetables and salads, and daily ... BBQs. For breakfast, Chef was on hand to make up omelettes and pancakes while you wait. Mr Ashraf Rashad was on hand to make us special cocktails in the bar every evening. Although the hotel doesn’t back on to the beach, the frequent shuttle bus service meant we were able to travel in our beachwear as we were dropped steps away from the hotel’s private beach entrance! The beach was never crowded and we were able to swim in peace. There was also three pools if you wanted to stay on site. The room we stayed in was light, clean and airy with a large balcony with fantastic views over the pools and gardens. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaner made clever designs with our towels and robes! The hotel seems to be popular with families with children as well as couples. All in all we had a fantastic time. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation. We made some lovely friends and look forward to returning to the Pyramisa Blue Lagoon next year. read hotel review

    Room - very spacious with seating area. Big bathroom and balcony. Very good Movie channels if you feel like having a quiet night in. Clean towels every day and cleaned to a high standard daily. Excellent airconditioning system so room was very comfortable in the high temperatures.

    There was always something nice on the menu...we never went hungry! Beef Wellington was gorgeous - melted in your mouth. Lovely desserts too. On the last night my partner and I and 2 friends we made during our stay had a special meal cooked for us. They set up a large table with lovely flowers and servied us a gorgeous 3 course meal - was delicious!

    The hotel was quiet when we were there and the animation team tried their best. Volleyball, belly dancing classes etc. They were open to suggestions - I asked if they would do an Arabic class and they spent time with me and a few others teaching us Arabic phrases.

    Once we had found the rear entrance to the hotel this saved walking to shops etc. There is a rear entrance - manned by 2 Security Guards - which leads to a street with loads of shops. Taxis only cost £1 - £2 to go to most areas of Hurghada (Just agree price beforehand). Bus is only 20p!! Only 10 minutes from airport but no flight noise so ideal.
